Weekly Training Types:

Solo Training: Training Focused on Increasing All around Physical Stats.
Gains: +50 to Physicals
[+12% fatigue]

Master Training: Training Focused on learning new techniques. Must Unlock Master via Master Quest
Gains: +10 DP, +10 EXP
[+10% Fatigue]

Meditation Training: Training Focused on increasing focus and mental fortitude.
Gains: +25 to Mentals, +5 DP
[-15% Fatigue]

Intensive Training: Training specialized in one specific physical stat.
Gains: +200 to any one physical stat or +100 to any one mental Stat, +15 DP
[+20 Fatigue]

DP- Distribution Points. Distribution Points can is the universal point system of the game and can be explained on the Stat Page.
