And the Gallery is excellent. It's just around the corner from the National Gallery....I highly recommend both for anyone who hasn't been to them. |

As usual, Scott is absolutely right! The National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery are both fabulous! Plan on spending the whole day at one or both of them. It's a beautiful photo, Scott. You are a great photographer!

Another wonderful art gallery is the Courtauld Institute of Art, a small museum in the heart of London . . . lots of Impressionist paintings.

Cheers Bobbie! Yes the museums of London are wonderful...so many good ones and at lot of obscure ones...maybe I'll start up a thread about that subject.

Is that Kat Slater out on the left? Sonia walking with her back to the camera by the fence?

"Stacey: The bird in the café she's a bit up herself but not too bad. Yolande in the shop, she's up herself. She's all right sometimes. Pauline in the launderette, she's a right old dragon and she's up herself. The other one just goes on about God all day. My Nan's a battleaxe. My cousin Mo's all right but my cousin Zoë, wait till you get a load of her." Ruby: Do you ever say anything nice about anyone?" | |
