Section I: General rules

1.1 All members are expected to respect all members of board, this includes staff members. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.

1.2 All forms of life are all welcome here. I've seen lots of discrimination in the past and it will not be tolerated here. Any Racism, Sexism, or anything that falls under this rule that get violated will be result in suspensions for 48 hours. Any continuous violations will be suspended once more for a week. Anything after that will reward the violator a ban hammer.

1.3 Everyone deserves their right to their own opinion. Stuff will get said and stuff will happen. In any case we strongly urge you to keep any bad opinions to yourself. This rule has no real warning limit, should a staff member think you've taken it too far your punishment may vary based on how the said staff member thinks it the punishment should be.

1.4 Cursing is okay from time to time, using it to joke around is fine sometimes but don't do it so frequently that everyone labels you as an idiot. I don't mean to sound mean, but that is the case.

1.5 Flaming is not tolerated here at Vector. Arguments like debates should keep flaming to a minimum and kept in the general discussions area. any place else will be considered spam as well as disrespect. In any case should it get out of hand, both parties will receive a 24 hour suspension until they settle down.

Section II:Account and Character Rules

2.1 One account per IP address. Multiple accounts will be deleted and the main account will be warned. If, for some reason, a friend or family member want to register an account here, please contact a staff member and await their response. Anyone found guilty of ling for a second account will have a nice IP Ban hammer.

2.2 All members, including staff, may only have a avatar 120x120 pixels max. Max Flash for motion avatars is 35 kb at max.

2.3 Signatures have no limit on characters that may be in them, but we strongly urge you to use images that wont stretch the page. If a staff member deems your images too big or Explicit, that staff member has the right to remove your signatures content. If it happens more than once, your Sig will be disabled.

2.4 You may have up to 10 characters, but is recommended that you start with one and work your way up. As a fail safe to making new characters right away, you have to use your current ones a while. This doesn't mean a Day or a week. Two weeks at max for new character applications.

----2.4.1 Please don't nag a staff member to look at your applications, we will get you as soon as our personal business is done with. Any staff members that are being nagged should give warnings to anyone doing this and if it continues, are authorized to suspend said person for 8 to 24 hours.

2.5 All Character applications must be approved before usage. I can't express this enough when I say NO, Characters CAN'T be used without APPROVAL!

2.6 Please follow the templete and the guidelines that are provided for you in the proper application section. Don't add or even remove parts from the templete. Moving stuff around is a no no as well. I know it may seem better to move stuff around, but the templete is like that for tidiness and you need to follow it.

2.7 (To be added)

Section III: Battle Rules

3.1 No God modding, Metagaming or any sort of power playing that can give you or an ally an edge in battle. Everyone has to play fair or their will be consequences. Punishments for breaking this rule vary based on how bad the rule has been violated and how much of the staff think a big punishment should be given.

3.2 Please take note that character can die, So to enforce this rule only three of your character can be plot shielded at anytime. Any characters that fall under that and NPCs will die based on how the user moves them. So be careful with how you choose to go around shooting at people.

3.3 Ammunition is the key to a good gun battle, but you have to remember that ammunition is also limited. Missile launchers wont have 15-20 missiles a tube, unless its a ship grade thing in which case, should only be used on ships. Rifles can only carry up to forty - fifty rounds, while handguns are only able to load seven to twelve rounds. Extended Mags and clips maybe added, but remember that ammunition is only added to about five to seven rounds, and don't forget about weight differences. Your not hercules! Or are you? Anyways, if a staff member thinks you have too much or maybe thinks your godmodding for more ammo, then that staff member can edit your post for the appropriate ammuniton or just give a warning if they have too.

3.4 When using Suit, please remember that your a bigger target. I don't wanna see someone getting frustrated cause their the only one being targeted by the infantry or other Suits. Warings maybe issued for continued complaints.

----3.4.1 Please try to refrian from overwhelming your opponent with thousands of infanty. No one can take that many, even in a suit. Should a staff member think someone is taking on to much, that staff member has the right to step in and lower the number of opponents. I recommend that anyone person only take on two - three opponents at a time.

3.5 Everyone has a fighting capacity, since battles can go on for months, it is crucial that temas pull back their members from time to time to give their teammates time to rest and resupply. If resupply isn't possible, then just save what you can and retreat to a place for resting.

3.6 To get rid of any complaints about where to shoot, all parts of the body can be shot at, but as longs as your shooting at someone who is using a plot shielded character, that person can avoid any major hits. This is to reduce people constantly making character applications as well. This will be monitored as much as posible.

Section IV:Other

4.1 This is a rule for the staff, I wish to say that Mods can "NOT" override an Admins final decision. A mod can Appeal the decision but not fully change it. Mods maybe the ones to be around more, but the Admins are still the heads of the board.
