As we understand some portions of End Times may seem confusing or require a bit more explanation, we've composed a list of commonly asked questions with the appropriate answers to assist you. For any questions you may still have, you are welcome to post them directly to this thread and we will answer them accordingly. Frequently Asked Questions What exactly is End Times? End Times is a fantasy, forum-based roleplay. What kind of characters can we play? The characters of End Times are presently one of the following: Angels, Demons or - most importantly - Human. At the moment, only Humans are playable. Do I have to know a lot about religion to join? No, you don't. We do, however, encourage you to look up information about the types of character you intend to play - particularly if they're a well known angel or demon. Are there limits on the kinds of powers our characters can have? Yes and no. Considering their powerful nature, all races - except for humans - are expected to have large scale powers. That being said, we expect them to be reasonable and not powerful enough to level an entire planet within an instant. Anything too powerful will require a revision, but we're pretty lenient as far as 'too powerful' is considered. We also ask that your powers are an extension of the type of character you play. Try to be creative in what you chose and not step on anyone's toes. Can we have weapons? Yes, you can. All weapons that are unique with special powers or skills will count towards your powers. Any normal weapons such as the standard handguns or shotguns purchased in a store do not take a power slot, however. Are we allowed multiple characters? You are. Presently, we've set the limit at sixteen. Our only stipulation, however, is that for every four characters you play, one of them must be human. Do we have to make separate accounts for each character? It's not a requirement, but rather a preference. Should you choose to do so, be sure to name each character's account as their actual name. Thus, Lucifer's account should be Lucifer, the Abstract of Lust should be Lust, etc. Where does all of this take place? Most of the roleplay will take place in various places throughout the state of California.
