Think you can draw better than Aaron? Let us see your drawings of your favorite Endtown characters, or photos of your cosplay.

I really, really wish that I could draw. I can barely do a straight line with a ruler. I definitely admire people who have artistic talent. I can cook pretty good- - -but I'm a "stick figure" artist.

Ya never know - the mutagenic virus might've resulted in a few stick figures.

A long time ago, I used to meet up with Phil Foglio (Girl Genius, Buck Godot) at conventions in Minneapolis or Chicago. Once, I said the exact same thing to him, and he just looked disgusted at me. Told me that for straight lines he uses a ruler, too. Said that I should just sit down and draw and try anyway.

That's a great drawing, Jenner! A lot better than what I can come up with.

Picture of Holly. She offers up her heart. I'm so scared someone's going to break it.

Excellent! Holly does present the image of the "tough frail". Physically capable of great feats, but with a tender heart, as you say.

Al and Gustine (photos taken prior to adding Gustine's ears).

I just went to the Tim Burton exhibit at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. (I have been a long-time fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas and The Corpse Bride.)

Mr. Burton appears to have spent a good portion of his artistic talent developing pixel monsters:

Hundreds of drawings, with eyes very reminiscent of the unfortunate surface-dwellers of Endtown, were evident throughout. (Along with a few very beautiful and evocative paintings of Emily and Sally, not to mention the original models of those characters.)

His work ranges from "grows on you" to "grotesque" — but I was surprised at how familiar his monster artwork looked.

My portrait of the war-weary Allie. I really do feel for her.
