I qualify plancha as any type of flying crossbody variation (including moonsaults on standing opponents). Most people use that term to refer to a crossbody (or variation) on an opponent from the ring/apron to the outside. Hope this helps. |

Yeah, what they said. Casual fans usually refer to a plancha as a flying bodypress over the top rope to the floor. |
