The openers were in limbo as I never heard back from the writer that said he could take them. Lita said she'd whip something up when she got home. I have an extremely busy night and just wanted to get the show up for now. Sorry for the lack of the two openers. Show was great! The gauntlet and the main event were easily the two best matches on the card. Not spoiling a thing. Nope. Mm-mm, not me. I think this is just another in a string of great shows. |

Meh. I owned the only award that matters. As for the show...Kinda anticipated Blink losing. Not that big a fan of how though but whatever. It's done. Terri/Brittany match was nice and physical. Lita came to me with ideas for the ending and I was a little iffy with my choice but a little thankful now because that feud deserves better focus from me. I couldn't get my mind on anything last week. Alright, time to see how Pet does. Party on, Joe. ~eat snacky smores~ |

Could have used the FIW Award Dispenser account for that Billy -_- Only skimmed the show since I'm at work... from what I read it looks like another good one... may return later with more detailed feedback later... Also if anyone has any Match nominations for future awards could you kindly forward them to the FIW Award Dispenser account for consideration when nominations get compiled. Having a list to choose from should expedite at least that part of the process immensely. |

Gauntlet was perfect. I'm glad I lost, I'm glad Nemesis looked so damn strong, and I'm glad Mad Dawg won. Definitely the most fun and dedicated rp of the cycle. I wish I had remembered to come back and do that followup Sunday, but I'm sure ill have other opportunities in the future. I liked the action a lot, and Nemesis character makes me want to learn more about him. I might have to make some time to read the archives! |

All the matches were written great this week! Thanks to everyone who wrote! Sid, you're awesome. You're almost at Marc-level writing so much every single week. Though, I am glad to see Marc getting a break. It is much deserved! Big thanks to Steve and Seph who seem to be writing every single week. I hope Rowley vs. Razorback was written OK. I tried to make it more than a squash match even though Razorback is a jobber that nobody RPs. It was pretty fun but I wrote it so quick I can't really say it's any good. James Dern vs. Cody McGinnis was harder to write than I expected it to be. Dern is such a babyface while Cody is also very much a blue chipper. I tried to show some shades of aggression in Cody without making him seem too much like a heel. I hope nobody minds me getting Kim Coulter involved into the contest. She's got her eyes on Dern so I wanted her to make an appearance and when I was told the finish, I thought it might be cool if Kim was the reason Cody got rolled up rather than Cody just being caught off guard on his own. I am very happy that Marc won the UIC contendership. Mad Dawg is a great character and Marc is a great writer. If I'm being 100% honest, though, I was rooting for Shaun Wilson. I think Tamarcus and I had some great chemistry in the Shaun/Kim encounter and I was hoping to see more of them with the UIC involved. Still, I think it'll be good with Mad Dawg too. He and Kim have a history. It was awesome to see Quincy force his way into the FSC match. I am liking that the Summit members are getting more attention on the shows and that all the members are getting more active in RPs and in title divisions. I particularly like that out of the entire group, Quincy is the only one on the outside of the title pictures so it makes perfect sense that he would bully his way into one. Great story telling there. Shame that Knight had his shot ruined, though. He's such a great character. The Roy and Brittany segment was so much fun to write. How cute is Roy Harlowe when he's nervous?! I am loving this almost brand new character that comes with some regrettable baggage. I pretty much figured the Krychek was going to win the match against Nathaniel. There was some communication issues that screwed things up this week. I think this match could have been such a bigger storyline piece than it was but... oh well. Water under the bridge. I'm really good that Jo enjoyed what I put together for Brittany vs. Terri. I really tried to make both girl look good and while writing Terri I made her all heel. Is she ready to be moved to the heel roster yet? I mean, does this woman have any face qualities left? Lol. Sorry to Jo but I was pulling for Bloodbath all the way. I mean, he's my character's client! Also, Adam is all kinds of awesome. And he's older than you, so he's had more time to be more awesome. One day you'll get there, Jo. ![]() I am so glad that Neo vs. Mungrel is continuing on and on. It was definitely a great feud and I think the characters are perfect enemies for each other. Neo just needs to cut his hair. And Mungrel needs to admit that Kim Coulter is the best kisser on the planet! Holy cow that main-event! That was an incredible match and I read line by line, creeping down the screen so I wouldn't spoil myself. I got really disappointed halfway through the match when I thought that Death was going to sneak by and keep the belts. Damn, Johnny took a beating! Thank goodness that Mark has his back. That could have gone ugly if we came all this way just for Mark to turn his back on Johnny. It would have been a shocker but ultimately a poor move on Mark's part since he'd gain nothing from it... unless he's bitter over Johnny being the Summit Golden Boy. Thankfully no and Mark made sure they won the belts. I knew I could ride Dan's awesome RPs to a title! Whoo!!!!

Yes, you're really good. *Pats head and offers cookie.* I don't think there was ever any face qualities about Terri so...yeah. She can be moved. ![]() I take no offense there, to be honest it wasn't exactly a match I wanted but with how things were it kinda had to happen. Awesome f'n Tuesday! Just an incredible show top to bottom and an overall great read. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised to see Mad Dawg walking out with the victory, I thought Nemesis had him so I was surprised to see him make it past him. And then when Havok came next, I thought for sure his goose was cooked. Wight's a hell of a writer (hell he just beat Walker the week before so that tells ya something) so I was a bit worried when he came in last. So to come out and pull off the win against that level of talent is really cool. So that means he's comin' for you ya big hairy bastard...and he's got one of those ten pound Hershey bars for Kim. Brittany and Terri was definitely a treat and I'm glad it ended the way it did. Gives even more reason for this to continue possibly into a Hellcats Championship feud. Same with the ending of the #1 Contender match, I know both Mungrel and Neo were tops in their own individual ways this week (I know I couldn't personally choose a winner) so ending with it possibly going into a triple threat. I was somewhat hoping Catherine could find a way into the DC match, but we've still got a few weeks so it's still somewhat of a possibility. And yay, Immaculate won his first ever match. I do think this whole Kim Coulter thing will be pretty fun so stay tuned to that.Congrats to Lita and Dan on capturing the tag titles, it's definitely a big deal when anyone can topple Kyle. Definitely enjoyed the end as I wasn't expecting 4R to wreck shop on the post-match celebration. I can already see that's going to turn into a fun feud as well. I'm also noticing I'm going to be seeing a lot of Lita in the coming weeks...which isn't a bad thing. Awards...big smile on my face for getting writer of the year and both PPV and TV match of the year winners being matches I had written. I was crossing my fingers Schwartz could pull heel of the year, but with Neo and DEATH in the runnings I couldn't argue at all with that. Congratulations to all the other award winners, 2014 was a hell of a year!

I'll be editing this post tomorrow to post detailed feedback, but for now just wanted to say this show (at least what I've read of it so far) was awesome. As Lita said, I knew Nathaniel was gonna be losing the match with Krychek. As for the communication issues she mentioned, the fault for that is all mine. There was some plans in the works that I thought had been passed along to everybody that needed to know and then I came to realize I hadn't done that. So, apologies to all involved for that. Still, the match worked out exactly how it should have and it was a good match as well. I liked the aftermath of it involving the GPC, too. I think that's gonna play well for Nathaniel from here forward. |

Congrats to Dan and Lita. The main-event was superbly written and totally sucked me in while reading it at work. I was a little dismayed to have things end before I could start approaching Good Men status, but considering what I previously did with HCM and what I managed to do with HoM I'm pleased with myself. It's great to see new tag-teams and the division thriving. I also like the amount of activity that's going on with the FSC currently. It's weird how much you miss things once they're gone, but I'm glad to see it back. Also... Who's ready for the Hellcat division and championship? I know I am. It's definitely going to be a great part of the shows and I'm interested to see what happens in the weeks to come. Despite dropping the tag straps, it's hard to stay down when winning Newcomer of the Year, runner up as Heel of the Year, runner up Feud of the Year, and Marc giving me such high praise. ![]() So happy to see the FIW we have now as opposed to what things were just a few short months ago. I regret that I don't help out as often as I once did, but I can't thank enough the people that do write, for getting things together and starting a new trend for FIW of having on time shows. Something that hasn't happened in some years. |
