I haven't delved in too much, but I'm already seeing an inconsistency with the rules of the ladder match. This is what Seph originally posted in the FIW.com forum:
However, it's great to see the PPV on time and early enough to be fully read through. |

Huh. I just realized the inconsistency in Seph's post stating that they could continue in the match but then go on to claim that three men will walk away blessed while three will walk away forsaken. We've gone TNA, folks. It's a sad day. |

From the talks that were had about the match, I was always made to be under the impression that the match would play out as I wrote it. That must have been an unfortunate snafu and misunderstanding, sorry for the confusion that news blurp brought. |

From my understanding Seph had a part in creating the match and those were always meant to be the rules. But alas, like the rules and competitors, they seem to change on a dime. Liked the comedy bits in the ladder match with Mungrel/KW and the mention of The Sleaze Powers. |

Before I get too into reading everything on the show, I want to touch on my stuff because I'm so self-centered and only care about my characters... Brittany vs. Helena I had so much fun writing this match and I was so happy to see Adam show up with Helena. I love this character and I think Adam is doing fantastic with her. She could be a major player in the Hellcat division if she were more visible. Here's hoping this victory is the start of and upclimb for her. Helena vs. Mercedes would be amazing! I hope Adam enjoyed the way the match went. I tried not to make it TOO violent as I didn't want to show anything else up on the show but I wanted there to be weapons involved and I wanted it to be fairly even between the two of them. I think this could be a long-running rivalry that is never quite off even though it's not always on. Blessed or Forsaken Ladder Match I am absolutely overjoyed that Johnny won the FSC match. I honestly wasn't sure if he would claim anything as I barely remember the last two weeks of RPing. Today is the first day that I've already felt GOOD since catching a pretty nasty cold. I hoped that I was able to keep him in there for the fight and it's awesome to have him finally holding a title opportunity. I'm thrilled to see Mungrel with the DC briefcase because I love Mungrel and he's got unfinished business there anyway. I kind of wish Keith had left with something, if I'm being honest. Do I really need to go into my love of Keith Williams in every feedback thread? Okay, I will! I love Keith Williams and if it were up to me he would have all the gold. So, I guess it's a good thing (for everyone not named Keith Williams) that I don't decide the matches around these parts. The addition of Jimmy Steel and removal of Nemesis was interesting. I'm kind of excited to have more Jimmy and Johnny interaction going on. I love the idea of Jimmy being absolutely jealous and bitter over Johnny's success. It's such a simple story that gives Jimmy an almost sympathetic vibe despite clearly acting like a heel. It's so fun! Hellcats Title Match This feud with Mercedes has been such a blast. Bleak is so easy to work with so it's no wonder I have characters involved with both of his characters. The back and forth with Kim and Mercedes has been so natural and I love how they both get under one another's skin while trying their hardest not to let it show. From RPs to segments to matches, this has been so much fun to be a part of and I'm so happy that the feud ended with Mercedes on the highest of highs. Bleak is absolutely amazing playing the character of Mercedes and the fact that we were given the main-event spot to finish out this story is like the cherry on top to a perfect ending. I hope Bleak is as happy with the feud as I have been. I hope he had fun. I hope he's enjoying playing Mercedes. I hope he liked the match (as well as the little Mercedes bits I put into the show to build this match up even more). Also, in addition to enjoying working with him, he's the only other person who wrote a match for this show and for that I am truly grateful. That's why he's Bleaktastic, because he keeps helping with the matches. Sid wrote SO MUCH for this show but even someone taking one match is a huge help and I appreciate the time and effort Bleak has put into helping around this place. |

So...does that mean Blink can call shenanigans? Though...yeah, she wouldn't. So you're safe there. I'm happy that she at least won something though now with the beating Avila took, does that mean Blink's not her slave for the week? Pet would say "No givesies backsies" because damnit she wants that date! Anyway, match was good, working on the Terri/Honey one now. Like I said, tomorrow when I get home from work seeing as entrances alone have been a couple pages. Didn't help that Victoria got one for guest commentary and I plan on making Chip a little more annoying. Also, I noticed the new colour codes for the commentators, should I go ahead and put that in myself? If so I'll need the code for that. ![]() Again, sorry for the delay in the match. I honestly thought there was more time to RPing...yes, even with the show date blaring at me every time I came here. ![]() Party on, Joe. ~eat snacky smores~ |

It was a joint effort. Seph suggested the initial idea, then a few of us expanded upon it & threw more ideas into the melting pot. |

In the future it wouldn't hurt to plainly state the rules of the match. I can see it was described in the Pre-Show, but that came out the same day as the show. |

From a fed management standpoint, its silly to triple-stack someone with rewards like that. From a writing standpoint, its a bit tedious and needlessly complicated to keep everyone in the match even after they've gotten a reward. It seemed to me that everyone got a moment to shine, and that's basically what a match like that needs to accomplish, aside from the obvious. It might not be the exact letter of what was originally conceived, but it honors the spirit and keeps things simple. Stuff like this happens. *shrugs* Anywho, I liked my matches a whole lot. Ways I can't really describe accurately on my phone, which is what I'm typing from at the moment. I'm glad Depicting Sorrow retained, because my efforts with 10/31 this week didn't compare to what Darian Gray managed, even if his partner was absentee. I'm so happy that Gus Richlen looked amazing. I gotta say that old-school FIW fans might be clamoring for a match of the year contender on that; it blended throwbacks with shocking turns, great athletecism, great storytelling, and sweet sweet violence. The surprise with Nemesis was neat, and I liked Kims promos and the pre-show. There was some stuff I wasn't hot on... but I'm not gonna poo-poo things people worked so hard on. Suffice it to say I read most of the show, and even if I didn't like the turn of events, the way it was written was dandy. Also: I am curious to see feedback for this entire angle, if anyone has it. Its been a lot of work between Sid and I and I wanna see if it paid off. |

Mungrel and Blink find a way to slither back to the top, interesting. Good for Johnny. Had someone read my rules and at least tried to correct my errors we could have avoided confusion. Although I don't see a problem with winning more than one briefcase, hard work should be rewarded. Crying shame Keith didn't walk away with something |

It's a what if scenario that's left open and was a platform for my RPs. Obviously the likelihood of anyone getting triple stacked isn't very high, but it's really no more tedious to keep people in than it is to have a 40 person Cibernetico. And I have no disagreements that spots weren't had in the match. I'm only pointing out the confusion to be had with an official announcement of the rules, as opposed to what actually happened in said match without explanation beforehand. Thanks for the feedback though, Wighty! I'm looking forward to Tier 2.0! |

I agree with you entirely, Kyle. I also dislike the cibernetico for that reason. But I know a bunch of people around here love it, so I don't bother arguing it much. Since we're tossing out feedback, I really liked the last Keith RP. I think if we had seen more of that, to match Johnny or Blink's output, Keith would've walked away with more than a handsome moustache. |

I can get behind that. I did love the whole "picking teammates" thing. That moment with Death choosing Johnny Amazing was awesome to me. I was still new back to FIW at that time and to have one of my rookie characters get that kind of attention was mind blowing for me. It sort of crumbled to pieces after that when the rest of the roster was piled onto it and it all became a clusterfuck. |

Not one to toot my horn....but the Triple Threat match between Jimbo, Pain, and I ABSOLUTELY did what I hoped it would: It stole the show. Bleak did a DAMN GOOD job writing that match! Bring this man a wheelbarrow full of Pepsi, immediately!Everything else was great, also. Minister Wighty's definitely onto something with his characters. The Dual Crown and Hellcats Championship matches were fanatstic. I liked that Johnny Amazing got the FSC shot; what a well-earned shot.

Match is done and sent to the dumb, ugly Ne***** account. I hate that name. Anyway, yeah, um...yeah. So hopefully it gets added soon and people can say "Jo, you suck" much sooner. ![]() For the record, I don't mind the spirit of the Cibernetico, but would've liked it more had the rules not changed at the last minute with no prior output. Also, I kinda thought the ladder match was continuous for all even if they took a briefcase, which was how I rped it. Just wanted to start off by congratulating Sid and Lita for basically doing the whole show themselves. Sid is a mad man with how many matches he takes on a weekly basis and then to still do so many for this show was amazing. The show was put up fairly early in the day too. I'm super excited for all of the new directions all of the characters will be taking after this show. Show Opening Segment: Lita Loved it, the pace on the show overall was great. Everything felt big and the tension was set perfectly. Nemesis & Kennedy Segment: The Great & Powerful Sid & Lita Really cool just seeing Kennedy back in general. I read the pre-show and loved seeing banter between her and Jim O'Brien. I'd love more of those on future PPVs. Steele Media Spotlight Match It's still not up as of this moment but I'll leave feedback for it as soon as it is. Kim Coulter "Interview": Lita I liked these as it gave Kim and Mercedes that "feeling" of them being the main event contenders from the beginning and Kim being Kim is always great. Lucas Bergeron Segment: Jim Lucas is one of my absolute favorite things going on right now. Cool segment. Brittany vs. Helena Handbasket This was pretty brutal. I enjoyed the match though and like that Helena got the win in order to give her some traction and set her up as a serious contender in the Hellcat division. But Brittany is one of Mercedes' best friends so I was sad seeing her get destroyed like that. Can't wait to see more from this new Hellcat. She actually scared The Tea Party which is crazy in it's own right. Nemesis Attack: The Great & Powerful Sid Fuck Nathaniel Alexander and everyone who likes him. I'm kidding, I really liked the segment cause it helped re-ignite Jimmy Steele as a threat and re-ignited Nathaniel's feud with Nemesis so this was great booking. Well done. Blessed or Forsaken Contendership Ladder Match I know there was a lot of controversy surrounding the rules but I enjoyed the match itself. Keith Williams and Mungrel groping Blink and being perverts was pretty funny. I'm glad she won a UIC title shot. I was really into Jo's RPs for her. I'm also glad to see Johnny Amazing get a title opportunity as well. That's been well over-due, in my opinion. I love the work Lita's been doing with Johnny and I can't wait to see where he goes from here. I was hoping Keith would have been the third winner but I think it's safe to say that we're all Keith fans and his time is coming at a title opportunity sooner rather than later. Mercedes Blackwell Bumper: Lita This was a pleasant surprise. The banter with the commentators made me laugh especially the pervertedness of Chip Martin. These little segments are what made the show build the "big fight" feel of the show and what's missing in modern WWE. NXT seems to understand it. Anyway, I'm glad that Lita added them in so the tension was built up. Cody McGinnis vs. Lucas Bergeron vs. Psycho Dragon I had a ton of fun writing this match. I usually do when I get to be a little violent with some hardcore spots. Writing triple threats is really difficult for me so I'm glad that Jonny liked the match and Jim also expressed that he enjoyed it as well. I was really worried I wouldn't write the Psycho Dragon dialogue well for the ending or capture the ending well at all. Luckily the reviews have been positive. This is one of my favorite feuds currently in FIW so I was really glad to be able to contribute to it in some small way. Johnny Amazing Interview: Lita Loved it as it gave us an insight into the conflicting feelings Johnny must have felt after receiving a title shot but still being worried about his sister. If anything it also put over this new Hellcat too. So good job Lita. Havok © vs Gus Richlen All I know is that TIER is back and he has a title. We are all now fucked. Seriously, I'm really excited to see him back and it now gives 10/31 more of an impact given the fact that TIER is their leader. I'm now wondering where this leaves H@vok and that whole dynamic but I'm definitely entertained. Depicting Sorrow © vs. 4R vs. 10/31 I was actually really happy that Depicting Sorrow retained the titles. I liked how Darian had to go out there by himself but ended up being somewhat victorious. He also pissed off 10/31 in the process too, so that was cool to see. Great match. Kim Coulter Bumper: Lita Another great job building up the main event. Neo Carner © vs. Bloodbath McGrath vs. Mad Dawg It was definitely time for Mad Dawg to win this title. He'd been crapped on over and over by both Bloodbath and Neo recently I was so glad to finally see him get that win. Him vs. Blink is going to be interesting but still awesome. Nathaniel Alexander © vs Stephen Eversol So I can't say that I'm not a little bit disappointed that Eversol couldn't win the titles. I really felt lost and kind of frustrated and considered putting Eversol on the shelf for a while to re-charge for a while until I spoke to Sid and he kind of gave me some ideas to put him on a new path. I feel Eversol might have gotten lost in the dynamic of Nathaniel and him as he might have come off to similar at times. Hopefully he can actually be champion some day, especially with these new ideas that I have in mind. That being said, I don't feel it was really time for the title to change hands necessarily as Nathaniel is just getting started right now. He's pissed off enough people over time that he'll be having people keep stepping forward to take him out. Plus the way it was booked with Nathaniel using a low blow still keep a future feud between Nathaniel and Eversol on the table. But I'm glad this program is over for now. It was a ton of fun. Deadlock Promo: Lita I like how each PPV has a promo for the next one. It keeps things moving and gets me excited for what's to come. Hellcats Bumper: Lita Reminds me of old WWE when they would show the cage lowering and really give the viewer a feel for what's about to unfold. I really liked it and everything that Lita wrote to build it up. Kim Coulter © vs Mercedes Blackwell Wow. I'm beyond happy that Mercedes is Hellcat champion. I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to get her over just cause I'd never handled a female before and never handled a face either. They were both challenged for me and the fact that she managed to become champion is super awesome. It's been really fun going against Lita and these past few months. Just like Lita, I'm super honored that we were given the main event and then to be put into a steel cage was even better. The match itself was great work by Lita, as always. The high spots were awesome. A damn top rope Rack City!? I also liked the fight in Kim as she was hellbent on keeping the title too and didn't just roll over and die. That near fall was put at a perfect spot in the match as I could completely visualize the crowd popping for it, thinking Kim might have defeated Mercedes. I can't wait to see what future competitors start vying for the title now. The Hellcat division is only getting better each week. |

Bit late on the feedback, sorry about that. I know there's other things going on; primarily the deciding of the new fed-head, but just wanted to leave this here. ![]() Graphics The graphics for the show were amazing, as always. I love the Wanted poster that Nathaniel is featured on. It's fitting for a couple reasons; one, Nathaniel is nobody's best friend, and on top of that he also has the DC titles. Awesome work from Lita as usual. A Light Segment I I really like the way these segments are presented, with the narration bit on the left and right and then the promo part in the middle almost like a poem. That bit at the end; "The clock is ticking…abdicate the throne" was awesome. The idea of a ticking clock is usually a good one in adding drama and tension to whatever may be coming. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what that might be with these segments. Show Opening Segment "If Nathaniel Wins We Complain Online" was a great idea for a sign in the crowd! Lol. The opening segment was really cool, and it definitely added that bit of realism to the show as a whole. Then with Suzanne coming in and basically laying down the law with regard to the DC and Hellcat titles was a nice touch as well. Nemesis & Kennedy Segment Like Bleak said, it was really cool seeing Kennedy back in this and in the pre-show before B&F. Seems to me like she took a page out of Nathaniel's book with the one-liner before walking away. ![]() Honey vs. Terri Golde This was a lot of fun to read. The constant shilling of the Steele Media reality stuff from Chip was hilarious. It felt a lot like the constant shilling for WWE Network (for only $9.99 mind you), which made it all the more hilarious. The match itself was really good and easy to follow along with as well. Kim Coulter "Interview" This was a cool segment as it definitely played up not only Kim's general demeanor, but it almost seemed she was even more intense given the match she had to step into later in the night. Lucas Bergeron Segment This segment was awesome. Jim never fails to pull off this kind of awesomeness with Lucas. It was a short segment, but it had a lot going for it at the same time. Loved everything about this, man. Great stuff! Brittany vs. Helena Handbasket I really enjoyed reading this match. I think it did a great job of showing both Brittany and Helena's toughness overall, which helped put the mystery woman over in a really big way at the end of the whole match. So, it did a lot to help everybody involved and that's awesome to see. The bits with Helena screaming at Brittany and then slapping her were a nice touch as well. Nemesis Attack I was really eager to read this attack segment when Sid mentioned to me that it'd happen on the show. Chip's never-ending loyalty to Nathaniel and the entire Coulter Crew is always hilarious to me, cause it's clear Nathaniel is a Grade-A asshole. This segment served to emphasize that and I like that Jimmy was also added in the mix as well. Blink vs. Johnny Amazing vs. Keith Williams vs. Mungrel vs. Nemesis Jonathan wasn't kidding when he said it was karma that led to Jimmy getting the briefcase with a one-on-one match with Silas after stealing the spot in the match from Nemesis. Totally not at Nathaniel's orders, of course. *shifty eyes* What?! It wasn't. Jimmy acted on his own volition, the consequences are all his! This match was seriously awesome. I agree that it would have been great to see Keith take one of the briefcases, but the despite that, this match was really fun to read and I enjoyed it.Mercedes Blackwell Bumper LMAO! Chip was lied to! I really liked the banter between Jonathan and Chip here and it did a good job of setting up the main event even more, this time from Mercedes side. I think with just a small line of description, it did a really good job of just showing how focused Mercedes was as compared to Kim (who was probably focused, but still arrogant to believe she'd keep the title, lol). Cody McGinnis vs. Lucas Bergeron vs. Psycho Dragon I agree with Bleak in that this has also been one of my favorite feuds to watch in FIW as well. He did a great job in writing this match. Triple threat matches are an absolute nightmare for me (I've tried writing a couple and both times ended up turning them in later than I'd wanted to) so kudos to him for doing that and doing such a damn good job of it. Great match and I really liked the ending of it as well. Johnny Amazing Interview This was a nice segment from Lita for Johnny. I've mentioned countless times that Johnny is one of my favorite characters, so seeing this segment was really cool. It always seems like Johnny has so much weighing on him at any time, it's almost sad to see him never catch a break, and really it's all because he genuinely cares about Brittany (obviously; that's his sister) but also genuinely cares about the business of pro wrestling and making an impact on him. So, in a way it's almost like it destroys him mentally, but at the same time perks him back up when he gets the big victories like he did in the match earlier in the night. Havok © vs Gus Richlen No ropes, exploding, flaming barbed-wire bat on a pole…AND Tier comes back?! Holy crap that was bad ass! Lol. I loved seeing Jonathan's reaction early on in this match after it was revealed that Tier would be in it. His reaction alone put over what a monster Tier has always been and it made him look like a force to be reckoned with (even though we all already knew that to begin with, lol). This was a really fun read and it's cool to see Tier back in FIW. Depicting Sorrow © vs. 4R vs. 10/31 This seemed to be one of the shorter matches on the card, but nonetheless it was a great match. I think it made sense having the DQ finish to this match and it was cool to see the portrait breaking spot again. I don't know that I'd ever get tired of seeing that spot. Lol. Good stuff with this match. Kim Coulter Bumper This is another bit that reminded me of WWE where they'd hype the main event later in the evening like on RAW or a PPV or something. It was cool to see this because, as I mentioned with the previous bit pertaining to Kim, it added a good amount of realism to the show. Neo Carner © vs. Bloodbath McGrath vs. Mad Dawg The other of the shorter matches on the card I was referring to before. As I said about the other match, despite the fact that it was short, it was still really good and it was cool to see Mad Dawg take the victory here for the UIC. Nathaniel Alexander © vs Stephen Eversol This match was awesome. I wasn't sure which way it was gonna go after the RP cycle was over, but I'm glad it went in my favor, though. I would have liked to have gotten some more RP's in for it, but honestly the creativity just wasn't flowing for me during the cycle, or for several cycles before that to be honest. Still, I really enjoyed this match and it definitely looked like Nathaniel and Stephen were in an absolute war. A Light Segment II Again with the mentions of Alexander! Whoever this is has definitely picked a fight now! Lol. The ending to this segment was really good, and it only serves to heighten my interest in it to see exactly who's behind it and what's gonna happen. Like I mentioned above, ticking clocks always make for good drama and intrigue. I legitimately am interested in seeing where this goes and finding out who's behind it all. I don't think that it's fair me not knowing when they're clearly mentioning Alexander. As The Hurricane would say: "Wassup wit' dat?!"Deadlock Promo The graphic for this bumper looks really cool, and I like that there's actually a song called Deadlock that fits perfectly for this PPV, and it was a pretty cool song to boot, at least in my opinion. Hellcats Bumper I agree with The Other Steve that this bumper was reminiscent of the WWE ones when they'd show the cage being lowered and the commentators would shill the "ominous nature" of the cage and the "hellacious battle that is about to ensue" and stuff like that. Those specific phrases stick out to me as ones that the commentators have said before, I'm almost positive of that. Lol. But yeah, this was a great way to heighten the tension to set up for the match. Kim Coulter © vs Mercedes Blackwell And speaking of an absolute war! Lol. This match was absolutely awesome and the perfect environment for Mercedes and Kim to finally put a cap on the feud they've had going on. It was great to see Mercedes finally walk away with the championship as well. I think Bleak's been doing great things with the Mercedes character; he's done a great job with making the Mercedes character seem real and he's really made her the kind of character you can get behind, especially when going against a major heel like Kim. |

I know I'm late to the party but really really great show to go in the books. Just want to say thanks to everyone involved with putting this massive show together as you all did an excellent job. Lita, as always, did a beautiful job on graphics as well (the Halloween background is pretty sweet too) The Light - Not gonna lie it didn't entirely click that this was an actual segment (I think this isn't the first Light segment either that kind of went over my head.) so I'm a little intrigued on who it could be. I'm gonna take a wild guess and go with either Drake Love or Clay Krueger. I'm probably wrong but softballin' it anyway. Suzanne Show Intro - Loving seeing Suzanne appear out of nowhere and getting to fill in on the last two shows and playing up a little bit of a foil to Kim Coulter's shenanigans. I know it's temporary but wanted to comment I thought it was really cool. Nemesis/Kennedy Bump - Small but interesting little segment with these two. I'm not sure if it was mentioned yet but just wanna give a head's up that the last paragraph in the segment was duplicated. Honey Vs. Terri - Not a bad match and the banter between Chip and Steele definitely helped keep interest. But it felt almost too non-consequential that I felt it hurt it a little bit but it had a good interesting ending and Terri definitely needed to come out on top. Coulter interview - Fun little interview spot with Kim really showing out despite not really saying a whole lot. Lucas segment - One thing I can say about Jim is out of everyone he really gets you to get his characters. Lucas has a ton of layers to him and he feels so much like a real person, which is so hard to do in a wrestling capacity and not make feel like a gimmick (WWE should definitely take some notes). Cool seeing a Rougarou sighting and I'm getting this feeling we'll see more soon LOL Helena Vs. Brittany - Wow, this was a fun match with brutality you never would expect from a women's match. Poor Brittany but Helena gets a deserving win. Have I said yet that Cherry Poptart is officially my favorite name of any female wrestler, real or fictional? But yeah, felt sorry for Brit especially when she got beat down. Steel/Nathaniel attack Nemesis - Yeah I got a little forewarning that this was happening but thought it was a cool spot. Having fun here with Steel's whole evolution from white meat baby to jaded heel and I have a feeling things are going to get much more interesting for him. Lethal Lottery Ladder Match - Great match all around and congrats to all the winners. Some really great spots and a really good moment of karma for Jimmy to steal Johnny's briefcase only to pull The Rougarou card. Definitely a nice big shock for me there. Lucas Vs. McGinnis V PsyDrag - Just an insane match that felt like it could've went to anyone so a bit of a shame to see no one win. Liked the spot with Lucas accidentally helping Psycho Dragon and his reaction when he realized what he did. Ending was pretty wicked with Basilisk interrupting but now I'm gonna be wondering if he's the Jim that I think of when I think of a Jim around here. Just noticed, lots of mystery people on this show. Johnny segment - Cool little continuity segment on Lita's part with us getting a look at Brittany's condition. Havok Vs. Richlen - Definitely didn't see a change from Havok coming so was a huge shocker. This incarnation with Tier I think will definitely propel him forward so looking forward to see where he goes. Tag Title Match - Short but a good fun match and real good way to book out with Seph's situation with Darian getting the DQ finish. UIC Match Another short one but Mad Dawg looked beasty so I can't really complain. Sucks though that Adam kind of fizzled out at the end so the feud didn't get to end with very many fireworks.DC Match - Definitely had that hard hitting big fight feel through the whole match. Nathaniel proving in the end why he's top dog right now and Eversol came out looking great in the end. Very interested in seeing what this light is heading to. Hellcats Main Event - Well deserving of a main event as this match was all over the place. Very nice stamp to put an end to Kim's reign and what a way for Mercedes to start hers with a bang. |
