Promos: Lita, Wight, Crys, Craig and anybody I’ve forgot.
Matches: Rob & Craig

Thanks to Rob for taking his match.

I don’t think I’ve ever read a show with as much storyline focus. The Deadlock card is coming together, I’ll get that up tomorrow with what has been announced.

As usual difficult to judge, especially the FSC Scramble.

Can I make the usual plea for storyline and especially match ideas. Little suggestions go a long way.

DeadlockeD Series update:
1. Helena Handbasket - 24 pts
2. Brittany - 22 pts
3. Marilyn Lee Cross - 18 pts
4. Olivia Areano - 14 pts
5. Yuki Sakaraba - 10 pts
6. Shaelin Marie Richlen - 10 pts
7. Trianna Charles - 10 pts
8. Sunshine/Crystal Blake - 0 pts
Basically, everybody can still qualify for the Deadlock semi-finals. If I've added that up wrong, do shout.

Apologies for short feedback notes, I have a cold. As everybody knows, it affects us gents more than our female counterparts.

Be gentle.

Sorry you are ill boss. Having a cold is a big stinky!

Are Dawg and Manson Jr still beating each other up as we speak? Lol! My GOD I loved that! Two madmen constantly going at it.

Grats to all the winners. Judging is a LOT of fun and the talent here makes the decisions akin to splitting hairs.

I really enjoyed a lot of the talent intermingling with each other during this show. It keeps a freshness to the results and gives the fed' a real organic feeling.

Clay Krueger, sorry if I spelled that wrong, on the loose! That guy scares the Hell out of me! 8O

Excellent job on the promos everyone. Not one character ever seems unreal in the context of the way you all write them.

Special kudos to Crystal for getting involved with my match with me. I am already enjoying interacting with her :)

The big train is rollin' towards Deadlock! Can't wait to see what is in store!

Peace and hugs, Rob.

Quick bit before I head out to comprise the Wyatt Section on Smackdown tonight:

1. Elimination match must have been close to result in a three-way split on points. Still trying to figure out a way to strengthen what I'm doing with Shaelin.

2. Congrats to Bleak on claiming the FSC. And now on to Deadlock.

I still say Triple Threat Theater. Triple Threat match, have to pin/submit both individuals to win.

- Super surprised Mairlyn is in third. No one expected that, least of all me. Bet your ass I'm gonna go for the victory.

- Dream got robbed! He had victory and Nick Riot stole it and then Eversol stole it too!

- Okay now there's a c-o-n-spiracy against The Dream. He won that shot fair and square, and the law offices of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe will be on hand to rectify this mistake. We're going for a triple threat y'all!

Also, rumors that Sherlock Holmes has been spotted at the FIW Arena are unfounded.

All i have to say is that the "By Gawd the pumkins had a family" part made crack up that was funny stuff.

the manson jr and mad dawg fighting all throughout the show was cool and was very intresting.

the card was good this week and i'd like to appologize for lack of promos this week.I just had a huge brain fart and had trouble getting some really good stuff this week.I managed to progress yuki's mini storyline kinda thing though which is good and me and craig started our story line this week too.Things are heating up for every one and the shows are really showing the tension in the air!

Weather you won or lost congrats to putting in effort any ways! and to our writers and judges thank you for ya'lls hard work every week and half.

Just a note that Marc and I had been working on an incredible in-ring promo that I thought was going to be on the show. I'm guessing Marc hasn't been on since my last addition to the promo but I thought it was something requested from Craig so I assumed the show was waiting on it. Guess not.

Good show. I, too, enjoyed how much story stuff went down today. A few very interesting turns, and it gives me some stuff to talk about with most of my characters, which is always a plus.

Didn't expect to do as well as I did with Trianna. It's one of those situations where I like the idea I have of her as a character A LOT, but it takes me a lot of effort to write what I do for her, and that isn't anywhere near what I want to be seeing. The fact that enough somebodies dig that is heartening, if extremely confusing.

Such a great show! And a big thanks to Craig for writing nearly all of it himself! I always try to help (especially with the Hellcats match) but Tuesday shows aren't the best for me to write.

I'm really liking how the Hellcats Deadlocked Series is unfolding. I'm not the biggest fan of tournaments but this one in particular has been fantastic in getting so many Hellcats over! I feel like Helena Handbasket is really becoming a star through this series and the anticipation of her challenging for the title (whether it's through winning this tournament or not) is getting insane! I've had tons of fun writing Brittany's struggle to take the top spot. Olivia Areano is thriving in the series and I'm thrilled to see her handler really take this story by the horns. And how about Marilyn ranking 3rd? Incredible!

The Triple Threat tag team preview thingie was great! Kris Hansel is one of my favorite characters on the roster right now and I love seeing him succeed. His story with Paris is one of the most entertaining stories to read. Kris is so mean to her but dammit if I love reading it! He's a terrible person and it just makes him hotter. The Lords of Salem finally laying the smackdown was great, even if it was on my characters.

The Dream being selected as DC challenger and then getting taken out was really cool and if it's going where I think it's going, it should be tons of fun! And how about Clay Krueger getting a crack at the Dual Crown? I love me some Clay Krueger but do you know who else I love? Darian Gray! The Portrait of Perfection in Dual Crown form!

And I have to say major congratulations to Bleak for winning the Fighting Spirit Championship! I'm a huge fan of Stephen J. Eversol (isn't it obvious?) and I love that he's captured the title just as it's about to be transitioned into the replacement for the International Championship level. I know Bleak will do great with that title!

A special note about the Halloween Party this cycle. There are actually TWO threads for the party this year. One for a traditional indoor celebration and one for a less traditional outdoor celebration. Both take place at the same location just with one housing the indoor RPs and one for outdoors. This is just to help cut down and confusion when trying to interact with other characters and potentially losing track of where they are.

I'll just be quick, free time right now is kinda sucky. First, I hope people don't mind Crystal attacking Pike the way she did. It's a storyline that Rob and I are working on and the obvious fear there being the whole man vs. woman thing. No ideas where it might go so...should be fun. :) Promos were short as I realized all I really did thus far for it was the short tweet. Figured a little more was needed and yay for Hayden's typo helping me out! :D

Looking forward to the party, if anyone wants to do anything I'm always open. :)

What a fantastic show! Top to bottom it was supremely entertaining.

Win or lose; this past week was an incredibly fun cycle. I had a ton of fun with Eversol and Nick Riot going back and forth on Twitter and Brittany and Eversol's DMs were hilarious. The costume shopping thread was really great too with Richlen interrupting Brittany and Eversol and then the inclusion of Helena was even better. It gave the two Coulter Crew members a chance to interact so that was great.

I definitely wanted to win that title but I could see Nick wanted to keep it and Richlen was trying his best to win it back, not to mention Dream's awesome RP's as well. So with all of that in mind I wasn't exactly sure that I'd win but I'm incredibly happy I was able to pull out the win. It's going to be fun now seeing as what happened to Dream and I like that the banter between all of the other participants can lead to future story lines as well.

The Hellcat series is one of my favorite things at the moment and Brittany having to tag with Helena was great. I can't wait to see that feud unfold even further and props to Marilyn for gaining all of that ground in the points system.

That promo between Kim and Mad Dawg was absolutely amazing. I have no idea what's going to happen which is what makes it great. Mad Dawg is a mad man haha. The next few cycles are going to be very interesting.

This cold has ruined my planned WWE 2k17 time.

Thanks to Rob, Steve and Lita for storyline/match ideas that went into the show.

I like Trianna, I like that she doesn’t… I don’t know… fit in? No. Meet expectations. As part of the stable, I mean. Although I like that she isn’t meeting Wight’s expectations either. Wight sets himself such high standards, I find Trianna more endearing knowing there’s a struggle with her. The match with Shaelin is really going to be interesting, probably the most interesting on this upcoming ReVolt card. Wight has said to me before, why do you do this to yourself? And it’s one of those. Realistically only one will make it through to the top 4, which just makes it more intriguing. I really am pleased with how the DeadlockeD Series has gone, it’s surprised me because coming to this last week I was worried that it’d be already determined who the top 4 were or the matches left wouldn’t add to the drama, which thankfully they have and because I’m sad I’ve looked at little scenarios where different people win and how that affects the scoring.

Congratulations to Bleak (Other Steve?), it was a tight one.

Kudos to Olivia Areano’s handler (can’t remember your name, sorry!) for the mentions on twitter, that’s really helpful in getting our name out there.

You may have noticed this week’s card says ‘the heartland of America’, which is a reference to something said around 25 times during the King of the Ring 1993. If you haven’t seen that tape or are too young, shame on you for not seeking it out. On a related matter my brother visited just the other day with pictures of a wrestling event he got a last minute ticket to where he had a meet and greet with Kurt Angle and Cody Rhodes. He was six feet away from Bret Hart. In the same room! Six feet away!

Bret Hart gave me five at Over the Limit 2011. B) Where I just so happened to get Evan Bourne's free ringside tickets. Probably the luckiest I've been in my whole life. Though I really wish I could have encountered Bret in his prime.

I came about a foot away from Bret at a house show in '97 when he shook Nate's hand. Though I was more excited when I got a high-five from Shawn Michaels.

WCPW?

The only mainstream wrestler I've ever interacted with was Carlito at a local wrestling show around a year ago. I was very pleased that he was actually cool to the touch.

I met John Cena at Krogers way back in the summer of 2007.It was hot as heck out there but it was worth the couple hour wait.He was very nice and cool too.I couldnt say anything though.Just shook his hand and got an autograph. My aunt though asked if he could sign her belly when she was pregnant and he said no which was probably for the better.

The closest I ever got to meeting a wrestler was at some indy show in Halifax that my older brother took me to way back in... oh, I can't rememer... 2000-somethingorother. I met two guys. Lincoln Steen who made such an impression on me in both meeting him and in watching his match that I decided to use his likeness as a rep for a future character... Stan Stevens! And a guy named Garrison something, or something Garrison, who had a sweet looking moonsault. So sweet looking that I felt compelled to compliment him on it while he helped dismantle the ring after the show.

Yep, I got to shake Bret Hart’s hand once. Bleak not only got a high-five from HBK, but if I remember correctly he got the same from Ahmed Johnson in the same match.

Also, hey-o! Guess who’s back!

…or, maybe not? *shifty eyes* :P

In all seriousness, great show everybody! Obviously, since I’ve been gone for the past three months—although it feels like a helluva lot longer for some reason—I don’t know what’s going on in terms of storylines, but regardless, it was a fun show to read. The opening bit with Jack Jr. and Mad Dawg fighting on the stage was a great, explosive way to start things off. The scramble match was awesome and it’s great to see Eversol come out as the victor on that one. I haven’t read anything from him since I left (other than a couple RP’s he’s pointed out to me every now and again) but if he’s in the same form he was when we were teaming together, I have no doubt he’ll do great things with the title.

The bits and pieces between Courtney and Crystal were good. You got the sense like there’s some distention there, unless I’m misreading the situation. Crystal clearly took exception to what Courtney said about her reason for being in FIW.

It’s cool to see Sakura is still the Hellcat’s champion. I think she was before I left, too? Or maybe she’d just won it when I left? Either way, all I do know is Kellyn never got the opportunity to face her for that title. Eh? Eh? :P And Kellyn never gave Brittany a fair shot against her either. Hmmmm….lol. Also, I loved Orion’s heel promo after the match basically saying she’d have to defend the title at Deadlock against an opponent of his choosing one way or the other.

Great to see Cody pick up a victory in the Trial Series match. I’ve always been a fan of Cody’s going back to NGIW, so seeing him pick up the victory is cool. And against someone as strong as Mad Dawg too, that’s huge, even for a count-out victory. That’s a good way to keep Mad Dawg looking strong and still elevating Cody to a degree. Good stuff.

I enjoyed the bit of interaction between Harley Torres and Jericho Cruz. Obviously, that’s another storyline I know nothing about, but seeing Harley being the bumbling fanboy was funny and the promo overall was fun to read.

The two Deadlocked Series matches were short and sweet. The apparent animosity between Helena and Brittany was portrayed well, and seeing Helena pick up the pinfall victory after Brittany put in most of the work to gain that victory was a nice touch to that as well.

Nice promo between Kim Coulter and Mad Dawg. Kim has a knack for getting under people’s skin. Mad Dawg announcing he’d retire if he loses to Jack Jr. was a big surprise and it’ll be interesting to see how that plays out. I’m going to be reading that match for sure to see how that plays out.

And finally, a great match between Clay Krueger and Darian Gray. Darian is another one I’ve always been a huge fan of, so it’s great to see him as the Dual Crown champion. Which reminds me, Alexander never got to jump into a program with Darian Gray, did he? Hmmmm…..*shifty eyes*

Okay, I’ll stop doing that. :P

Seriously, though, great show and reading “as a fan” as it were, it made me want to check out Deadlock and see how things shake out in all the storylines and matches going on. Should be another awesome show.

WCPW sounds right, it was a W and then a long name. He's a big John Morrison fan and said Melina was there. Next time Jim Cornette will be apparently, which is big news because he doesn't usually fly. And then he looked at me to confirm that, yeah, like I'd know.

We have got Ryback in Blackpool in November, which I wasn't interested in but now James Storm has been added to the meet and greet. Am interested in it now.

I would love to meet Jim Cornette. He is kind of like the crazy uncle at the family reunions but I love the guy. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the business and I enjoy his stories.

I have only met one wrestler in person once but it left a huge impression on me. AJ Styles at the Florida Mall sometime in 2006, I believe. He was doing an autograph signing and a DVD of his work in TNA was being released. I was a mark for him ever since he and Air Paris were in WCW. He was a great, very nice guy and took the time to talk to me. I shook his hand and he wished me well. I am beyond happy to see him as the WWE Champion and how far he has come.

James Storm was a member of one of the greatest tag teams ever, and I don't mean Beer Money. He and Chris Harris wrestled as Americas Most wanted in TNA. They were freaking amazing.
