Matches: Craig, Lita, Sticky, Jes & Tom Promos: Craig First of all, I’d just like to raise that Erik Holland vs. Rob Garcia vs. Alastor Saintclaire was the most difficult to judge in all my tenure as GM. After the first three judges got in touch it was one vote each, then one for Alastor or Rob and finally another for Alastor. Congratulations to all three for the quality of rp’s. Another congratulations to Otaku, who has been a bit unlucky with titles in the year that he’s been with us but you can’t ever question his commitment or passion. I don’t know which combination you want with the titles, I assume Yuki and Kira but just confirm that. Neo vs. Gus had one vote in it, highlighting how competitive that one was. I personally went for Richlen, but it was mentioned by others how good the Neo output was. Lots of storylines hit, lots advanced, including the Summer of Sin main event announcement. After a fairly standard show last week, this week picked the ball up and ran with it. You do need those storyline-light shows to balance things out. Fantastic to have so many writers on board, it seems so long ago there were one or two writers per show. It’s great to see and have the different styles in one show. Sticky was hard on himself again in the writing thread and I really enjoyed Xenia vs. Mercedes on a personal level. It’s probably my favourite Xenia match yet. Special thanks Tom getting his in despite personal issues arising. I've just realised I've booked a record number of matches next week so all support welcome. I could have cut one or two but for the sake of just slimming down, it didn't seem worth it. Welcome HAYATO (Dai) and welcome back to the Tattooed Freaks (Dustin). Over in another thread we have the opening up of Campaigns but here in the feedback thread… any thoughts? |

Wow, that show was awesome! From beginning to end! Congrats Tyan! Alastor finally got the title!! Lol! The show itself was great from beginning to end with the build up for Summer Of Sin! I loved it! The Crew lost 2 titles. Robs new winning streak comes to an end at 2 and 1 now lol! Also congratulations to my boy Otaku!!!! You really deserved this one! I'm glad to see your hard work pay off. Who ever wrote the ending, well done! This whole thinks got me excited for SOS and the ending of this show was just perfect! I loved it! Well, Im in Vegas and about to go to the club. Everyone have a nice weekend. I'll be back Sunday night or Monday morning. I'll be using my Vegas trip for Robs twitter account as he is " grieving" over his loss. Lol |

This means a lot, thanks for this feedback! I hope Bleak also enjoyed what I put out for this match. Honestly, it feels like it's been months since I wrote for FIW. Has it been that long? It's honestly felt like months since I've been involved in FIW, sadly. Some know, most don't, that I'm currently in another efed that has no connection to FIW. I even recently helped out over there by writing a match for them and... it was kind of weird. Felt wrong helping them and not over here. Anyway. I was glad to write for this show and glad Craig liked what I put out for his character. I truly had a good time writing this match. A special thanks to Tom, who has gone out of his way to try and help rekindle my excitement with my characters over here. I've realized that I really enjoy the Twitter aspect of my characters and that having a social media presence with them (not to mention something of a "personal life" through the aspect of DM roleplaying) plays a lot in my interest in my characters. Those aware of the non-FIW character I have and those that I have spoken to about Harley could probably see it. Tom (and Bleak a little bit) has really gone out of his way to try and bring that to at least one of my characters here. But enough about me! This was a great show that I could tell Craig put a lot of effort into. That's nothing knew from Craig. It's sad that he's coming to the end of his reign because I feel like he's still producing high quality shows every time. But I believe he said something about going out before you falter, and I can't really fault him for wanting to do that. It was incredible to pass the World Tag Team titles onto Otaku, who has really been a stand out member of his forum for a long while now. You've got an incredible attitude and your passion is beyond brilliant. I look forward to what you are able to do with the titles moving forward. Huge congrats to Seph on Alastor winning the Rising Championship. I was at the forefront of pushing for Seph's return (as well as allowing the return of Neo) and I am very happy to see the way you have handled your return to the community and the effort that you've put in with Alastor. He hasn't really received much notoriety or reward for the efforts, and you've never let that get you down. I really admire that. On a sidenote, I want to point out that I am the judge that voted Alastor or Rob. I supported the victory of either man in this one. The RPs from all three handlers were exceptional. Seph had the above factored into my support for his victory while Jes has been committed to his character's gimmick and progress since he showed up. I feel like Rob is one of the fastest rising talents we've seen and it's because of the effort Rob puts out. You're careful to avoid repeating yourself and I appreciate that. Holland... as I said, the output from all three handlers was exceptional. I was deeply disappointed at the Valiente no-show. If people don't already know (I'm sure I've mentioned this before) but I personally take issue with anyone who chooses to run multiple characters and then neglects one of them in favor of putting all their efforts into a title match. I feel like that's what happened here and it didn't endear Holland to me, despite the great effort that was put out. It's not fair or respectful for the people in the non-title match. So, just something to remember for the future. I'm anxious to see where things with Dee Dee Summers is going. The multiple personalities gimmick is always one that can go really good or really bad. So, this should be fun. No pressure, though! Lol. Also, anxious to see the Freakshow/Zombie storyline progress. Congrats to Keith Williams on his victory. Everyone knows I'm a huge fan of the character and I'm really enjoying this is he or isn't he story that's going on. Adding Neo Carner into the mix makes it all the more interesting and compelling as to where Keith is gonna fall. I'm very happy with Kim's involvement in the Fighting Spirit title match. I was pleased when I read the plan to have Nathaniel urging Kim to get involved but her refusing. It was one of the requests I think I had back when Joe Stanton came to FIW in the first place. I'm not sure how well I verbalized it, but I'm glad to see that she hasn't meddled in his business in typical Coulter fashion. Main-event was great if not a little too in favor of Dream, but given that the poor guy didn't win again it's definitely understandable. Dream is someone who I feel has the unfortunate luck of rarely being in the right place at the right time. When things seem lined up for Dream to win, Hayden has real life get in his way. When Hayden is ready and raring to go, the stars just don't seem to align in his favor. It's frustrating, but honestly when Dream finally does get that moment it's going to be so incredible because of it. Loved the progress of the Crew story leading all the way up to this point. Craig has really added wonderfully to the angle with his own Orion/Suzanne stuff that is just perfection. I'm excited for Summer of Sin and for this entire angle to finally be resolved. I know it's been a long time coming and it has dominated a majority of the shows, but hopefully people can recognize how many people this story has highlighted and given opportunities to. That was always the goal and I'm very proud of where everyone involved is. Those who have stepped up to the opportunity have done incredible for themselves and I hope they're having a good time because of it. |

Thanks all for the congratulations it still feels unreal and hasn't sunken in yet that i won the tag titles. And Craig i'd like to have Kira and Yuki with the titles like you assumed. Kira got the win for the team so it seems fitting IMO. I loved the flow of the show too. From the involvement of Orion to the eventual ending it all felt like a good episode of RAW or SMACK DOWN. it was really really nice. Cool to see Nichelle get the win for sorrow as well! That was a nice touch and i finally hit the kamehameha! that was cool. Congrats to Seph on getting the strap and congrats to everyone really for their efforts and dedication. Everyone,at least to me did dang good and i'm sure we'll kick butt again for tuesdays show. I'm interested to see where we're going towards and after SOS and this should be fun. |

In my defense, Lita, Dai did not roleplay for Val/Hikou either. I realize I've got multiple characters so the onus is on me to be a little more conscious of that, and I'll remember that in the future but neither competitor roleplayed in that instance. I am sorry that I no showed for it, I never like to no show and I never deliberately do it, but I think it's a little premature to suggest that I did it because I was focused solely on the title match. I didn't exactly neglect Valiente so much as I didn't really have anything for him, which happens. If I had come up with an idea that I felt was worthy of putting on the board, it'd be up. I wouldn't ever put one of my characters on the back burner just because I felt that I had a better chance of winning with the other one. I was getting a little more creative with Erik mostly because things really opened up ever since I started using Twitter, I feel like it's easier to come up with ideas. Plus, Rob is a good, conscientous and funny roleplayer and he's very friendly too, so it was a snap to come up with stuff we could go back and forth on. Perhaps I need to do that with my other characters? That I'm not sure of. Glad to contribute to making judging difficult for that match, though. It was a lot of fun to participate in; Seph and Rob really made me step up and I love it when that happens. The rest of the show was great, I fully think Otaku deserved the win as did Alastor, and I think it's cool to see seasoned characters like Clay that are fully able to "put over" other characters in a sense and elevate their stock with victories. I love doing that for new, and excellent, roleplayers so it always makes me feel good to see that. |

I appreciate the attention and detail given to Rebel/Dee Dee vs. Shaelin/Crystal. That match went on a lot longer than I expected. RPing up to it just proves Rebel works best with Hikou. I'm glad I've never gotten a burr up my ass to try and take her solo because this is strong evidence (through my inability to come up with much) that she wouldn't survive it well. Zombie/Freakshow was an interesting way to turn things out with what I guess must've been a close call? I like it. Is it weird that Orion is my favorite character on the show? He's had such a strong, clear storyline and this event just threw it into even stronger contrast. Well-defined character, well-written promos, clear goals, clear drive... the perfect foil to Kim Coulter. Also War Games. My early-90's-WCW-watching heart pitter-pats. I'm usually not a fan of revealing who voted for who, and indeed who votes at all... but I'm also very careful about what I say by not saying anything and this is one of those times where... due to past complications and to re-enforce in ida, I feel I should also speak up. I would not encourage this to become a trend, for the reason the judges are made anonymous to begin with. I ALSO voted for Alastor to win, in large part because while I like Rob's irreverent sense of humor like a heel NGIW Dream, or maybe a dialed-down Max Rowley, and I like Erik Holland's gritty intensity... their stuff more felt like a petty argument between the two. Alastor was the cooler head that prevailed. In addition, yeah, whatever reasons he had, Will didn't write stuff for Valiente. Was this my primary consideration? No. But I've dealt with enough situations before where the loser felt slighted that the winner had multiple characters booked, didn't RP for the non-title one(s) and still won the title match, while the loser RPed for them all. In fact, if one handler in an important match has multiple characters booked across the show, I'll try to do the same for their opponent(s) if possible. Winning a title isn't just a question of quality writing at the time; it's about ability to handle stress, overall effort, and responsibility. Regardless of your reasons (which I've felt the cold sting of in the past, so I do get it) in the end your opponent put the effort forth. Even if your RPs were considered the best it's kind of lame to hand you the title when you didn't put forth the same effort. One might even call it 'unfair'. I also voted for Neo Carner to win, for the record. I know, I'm as surprised as you are. Keep your characters distinct and keep being a positive force OOC, Seph. You're doing great. |

Reading the show at 2am I was shocked and dumbfounded by the amount of results that were spot on and brilliant decisions, both booking and match quality written. The writers of this show should give themselves a pat on the back because this RATC felt like a top tier PPV, easily 6.25 stars. Winning the Rising Championship is a feeling of validation for Big Ol Al who despite his ups and downs I've tried to stay consistent with, I was never ready to call it quits with him as I feel he deserved a good thrust because he didn't fall under the related to Neo's arc umbrella. Willie and Jess have nothing to be ashamed of as I felt they put out stellar work, I initially thought one of those two would be walking out with the belt. Kudos to them both for putting on an epic show and bringing out my A game. Neo beating Gus is a jaw dropper for me. I felt Gus knocked it out of the park with his first RP, I scrambled that entire morning coming up with a retort strategy. I went balls to the wall describing cobwebs and dirt and I guess it paid dividends. Sticky shouldn't feel bad though because honestly his promos were top notch and felt he was going to take the victory come deadline. Congrats to Otaku for winning the tag straps, that was a huuuuge boon for him and honestly echoes my thoughts from the last feedback that he was due for some gold. Good stuff, hella good stuff. Keith beating Amazing was a shocker as Lita put a premiere promo up that reeked of radiance. I guess Neo/Keith didn't forget that time Johnny eliminated both of them from that Elimination Match years ago xD. Keith's campy 60s Batman send off was a brilliant tribute to Adam West and honestly was one of the best promos Kyle's done since his return, good on him. Plus Homeless Jack Manson Jr. The War Games announcement was a perfectly crafted piece of business as JR would say. Kudos to Craig on his GM Farewell tour putting out a golden effort, him leaving as a boss is a huge loss but I understand the role is taxing and demanding, so I don't blame him for needing a break from the position. Sorry I didn't mention everyone but I'm on borrowed time! Kudos to the writers and those who RP'd for the show, lot of good stuff in the RP forums that we should all be proud of. X) |

Its funny, I was actually joking with Ryan early on in the week saying had he had a laptop I'd have lost to him a long time ago. Lol! With that being said, after reading others reviews I would like to thank the powers that be who judged and put me over for a 76 title day run. I greatly appreciate it. I am going to try my best to improve on rping and I am going to try my best to become the first 2 time Rising Champion! Lol! I really like that title now. It will always hold a place in my heart because it was my first title I ever won in an efed. So with that being said, Craig and the booking committee, thank you all so much! |

The show was off the hook. I am so glad to be back and looking forward to contributing more. I write matches for another fed but wouldn't mind writing a match or two here. If you need a sample of my match writing skills then I'll share. I don't know what is going on as it pertains to storylines but the fact that this show was so jam packed with action. You almost don't need to know what is happening to appreciate good hard work. |
