Gosh, I have so much I feel like I need to communicate and so few words with which to say it. Does that make sense? Show's a bit later than I would've liked, but that's what happens when I put off writing promos until I had the matches and the majority of the matches for the PPV are written by one guy. Not trying to shame anyone, just saying. A few of our matches were decided beforehand for story reasons. A few were decided by people and/or characters leaving the fed. Hikou is gone, and I suppose to that extent Rebel with him. It was fun, but I think Dai and I both have other stuff to focus our attentions on at present. Hayden, if you feel the need to end the Rebel/Hayden relationship at some point to free him up for something, go for it. Dr. Shrapnel is also taking his leave. Unfortunate, but there it is. I'm also removing Ike Travers and the Tattooed Freaks from the roster until I hear from Dustin, which I have not since... gosh, almost a month ago. I'm also not sure what's up with Cory. Got some Twitter messages about putting in effort for the show, and then... nothing. Disappointing. At the same time I know I'm partially to blame for the... uh... low-energy vibe that's been going on here. I've had a hard time getting into FIW, even with the fun/ridiculous Havok storyline. But in truth I was hoping it would inspire more in everyone else than in me. I was hoping that inspiration would open the floodgates and give me something more to work with, but alas. Only a few people really took the bait. And boy, did they! This leads me to my feedback on the actual show. Given the on-forum efforts it might seem odd I went with the Fallen Goddesses for the Tag-Team Championship victory. But their RP was early, and the handler was VERY active on Twitter, and has been for some time now. Being a person who takes feedback well is a good way to win in my book, and I've seen nothing but improvement. So... this might not be the safe bet, but here we are! Congratulations! I think you can really do some cool stuff with the titles. I'd love to see more interaction with the roster, more of the awesome stuff you do on Twitter. Maybe one more RP per cycle, but the Twitter work is really good so as long as I see it (@FIW_Network or #FIW) we're good, and the effort put into the coding is good. I feel like I'm always missing parts of your storylines? More info could really help with that. Even if you have to deliver it OOC from the narrator or a newspost in the FIW.com forum or something. But you've stuck around and you've put clear effort into the pointers given. That does a lot. Now, I'm not saying Sticky hasn't. In fact, I thought his work this week was really good. And if it were just the RPs on the forum I was measuring... I might... might have gone a different way. Being on deadline day (albeit early on deadline day) isn't great, but there was a lot of good content there, and I like to see that. But it wasn't just one RP vs. another. Don't get discouraged by this loss; try to RP earlier and maybe once more. Twitter integration isn't mandatory, so don't feel like that's what's holding you back. Effort from any avenue is welcome so long as I can see it. The stuff between Kira and Starr was tough, too. One of the two was going to take the Rising Championship, it was just a matter of which one. In the end I wasn't feeling Kira's stuff this week or the last few weeks as much as I did at first around when Havok showed up. That really blew me away, but it sort of fell off after a few weeks. Starr's work felt really well-thought-out and cohesive despite being so damn late in the cycle. Plus, he's been a really consistently good RPer since he showed up, and that earns some major points in my book. The main event was... I don't wanna say an act of desperation, but a smart idea on Nir's part due to the less-than-favorable RP situation. I believe Dream's put out some Twitter stuff, but it wasn't... anything meaty. It certainly helped me push a few things up a few months that I was planning on getting around to eventually anyhow. Reward people who are doing good stuff now; that's the idea. And Adam has certainly been doing good stuff. Congratulations, and thank you for being more than enthusiastic since your debut than a lot of people have in the last few months, myself. That's the kind of passion I want to see, and the kind of passion I need to work harder on evoking out of you guys. Like I said, I take partial culpability here. I need to figure out how to fix it so we can get to firing on all cylinders again. If you're ever asking what you can do to make me notice your character or enjoy your work, GET ME HYPE!!! Take what I've given you to work with, what your opponents have given you, and use it to get the audience (ie, me) PUMPED to see the next show! Some of you already do GREAT at this, and I'm sure you see the fruits of your labor. The more than can contribute, the better this fed will be. Special thanks to Lita for arranging and writing the Johnny Amazing/Michael Hayden confrontation! It's always nice to have her around. Please leave feedback for the writers and roleplayers; they worked hard to bring you this show and they want to know what you liked and what they can do better in the future. If you have an issue with the result of your match, specifically please PM me personally and we'll discuss it. Remember; if you and the management are doing their jobs, you should win about 50% of the time. However 50/50 booking is one way to book a wrestling show, but it's not very good when it's the only way. We're all doing our best to tell stories, here. Putting over your opponent and telling a good story are more important than arbitrary points in a win/loss column. Matches: Nir and Lita. Promos: Wight and Nir. |

Absolutely fine with the decision in the main event. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Dream as champ and I would have liked the reign to have lasted a little bit longer, however my output this cycle didn't really get that across. A mixture of real life and forgetfulness played a part, and I don't blame anybody but myself for that. I'm a firm believer in the story being told above personal stuff. Heck, Dream losing the big one a many times allowed me to explore that part of his character that wanted to finally win. So while I'm bummed about the loss, the only thing go me to do is to work hard and get another crack at it. Hard work and all that jazz. Happy to have Hayden on the card as well. I believe this was his FIW debut, and whether he has another match in FIW or not, I'm glad he had one. Shame we're losing Shrapnel. I can't explain why but I like that picbase. The character of Shrapnel and Nursey were interesting, and interesting is always something that can hook readers. Congratulations to Starr and Holland on their victories. Dream's gonna be over the moon about that one. Is it weird that Suzanne's part as one of my favorites? It plays to the chaotic nature FIW's been in since Havok appeared and makes this feel more Lucha Underground and less WWE. The five on five is intriguing and could open up to another War Games, which I always love. Might be a bit soon given SOS, but I ain't complaining. Will we ever find out who Spider-Man was? I'll accept Horus Osborne or Zombie. I fully expect Richlen to fight for the World Title in the coming year. The talent is there, it's just getting the promos early. (Pot. Kettle. I made this joke in the Dream promo. Very funny.) Finally, sad to hear Rebel is going away. Even sadder than when Setsuko left the first time, and I took that pretty hard as well. |

Not upset about losing the tag belts. What I AM upset about is the fact that I can't seem to get myself to think of anything creatively until way late. Obviously, the shitshow that is Black Friday preparations was no help this cycle but still. What I'm hoping might help is if I cut down my workload here in half. Which means Shaelin is getting written out for at least a year. I suppose it's easy to figure out HOW considering what can happen in the span of that year, but now you know WHY I'm doing it. |

Err... Sorry my stuff wasn't as that good this week. I think being in way too many feds is really fing me over. I should be able to fix that here soon... I'm happy to of even been in the title match honestly. Just being on the ppv was worth it and i hope to do better next time. When ever next time will be. I hope that we can continue to do awesome stuff and i liked the show allot this week. Also sorry i was a broken record this week... i'll try not to be a broken record anymore. I like the Suzane announcement as well. if we get a war games like thing or even a survivor series like thing, then i'm all for it and super hyped! Congrats to all winners and champs, lets kick ass next week guys! |

I'll give everyone some feedback on my own writing and rps. IT might help with future storylines. I basically have Tiami and Karari spread across three different companies between the two characters. Where pieces to the rp might be missing is I try and spread one story over multiple companies. Especially with Karari because the character is so new. I am always one for posting all rps on twitter as much as humanly possible as well, so you will be able to see the whole story there. I take all feedback to heart, the only way I can improve is if I know what to improve on. Thank you for taking the gamble on me with the tag belts. I'll try my hardest to keep the improving going. Now for the show itself. I have to say this show has given me the fire to write more. The four way with Starr and Holland winning was incredible, I read all those rps and knew that one was gonna be close. I can not wait to see more from Starr. I am actually interested in The Dream as a character. Following the last few rps, many questions come up. Why the mask change? What brought this on? I am really looking forward to finding out more about Dream. Also, the whole Havok/Badd Breed story. It has been fun to write, and I love reading Badd Breed rps as well as those on Havoks side. It is going to make for a rather interesting story indeed. Multiple layers. Show rating 11/10 would watch again! |

Definitely a really good show. I loved what Wight did with the show writ large to make up for some of our RPing shortfalls, but I get the sense there won't be much more of that to worry about. Ad's been busting his ass so I think he absolutely deserves to win the championship. Really surprised (positively) to see Ti win the tag titles, I thought Sticky was good but Wight's justification makes sense and I think opens the door for a lot of good, unique swerves to come down the road. Happy with the result of my match, obviously; I thought it was well written and I liked the way the finish went down. Sorry to see Travers no showed; I hope Dustin is well with all non-FIW stuff and hopefully Wight, you hear from him soon. I think this is the show that gets us all in gear again. |

Including a link to your last few relevant RPs in your RPs here on the board might be a good idea, too. Like "Last time on Dragon Ball Z" style. Otherwise, thanks for the clarification!
I mean, he's Peter Parker, man. Don't you read comics?
Richlen and Crystal have been in my eyeline for the FIW Title but one or two things have stayed my hand a bit.
I like the character, too. But she doesn't function well on her own, and even with Dai it was hard for us to find new shit to say every week. He'd usually come to me day one and ask if I had anything, or vice versa, and we'd end up posting something we cobbled together by the last day. Not a great show of leadership skills, y'know? Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone. I'm glad this show is resonating with people. EDIT: Also, Otaku, don't be so hard on yourself. Your stuff was still good, just not AS good. Chin up, mate. We like you here! |

I've been reluctant to post much by the way of feedback, mostly out of self preservation because I'm not where I need to be in terms of Scope yet but I might talk more about that in the character thread. In terms of the PPV, it had a really good pace. Nir's writing flows very well and the promos were all relevant and added to the stories. Lita's contribution with Johnny vs. Hayden was good fun, a fitting one last hurrah for Johnny (for now maybe). Shame about Dr. Shrapnel exiting, I was hoping for a slightly extended interaction. Thank you for the short feud while you were here. If anybody does have any ideas for Scope, I'm all ears, shoot me a PM. I have to be honest, I don't completely follow all the storylines/angles yet. It's actually really difficult going out, doing your own thing, then coming back. If you ask me to name the Fallen Goddesses, I can't, which is on me obviously to be interested and find out, but it has given me much more empathy on why some people who are new or returning do struggle. I don't know the answer to that, maybe some sort of 'update for newbies' topic, but is in truth a thing for yourself to go look up. I have enjoyed the Bloodbath McGrath/Joe Stanton storyline, which is one I have been watching with interest. Ad has filled a real need with so many main eventers lost through various means and congratulations to him for winning the title. Right decision in terms of putting the two matches together. Interested to see where we go with the five-on-five, after being so entrenched in the last power struggle match I'll be on the sidelines enjoying how it plays out. |

I know I don't give public feedback here often, but I wanted to say that this show felt right. It was really easy to digest, felt snappy, had a clear story, and the matches all flowed well. Thanks, Nir and Wight. Also, thanks Wight for pitching the Spider Man story line to me to help me get my groove back with Freakshow. I'm excited for the contendership match next week. It's been a while since I've been stoked to write real promos. Sad to see people go, but that's the way things roll around here. Glad to see the effort people are putting in, and I dig the integration of male and female talent. It's bringing a very indy feel to all of this, which is really cool. |

Holy crap, I'm the champ! I... I really don't know what to say. Thanks for the huge vote of confidence, Wight. I've never considered myself to be one of the top writers. I've always felt like that tier was just beyond my capabilities, and I'm talking about a time and place when FIW had insanely good writers. Even now, with writers like Nir and Bob and Will doing their thing every week, I still don't feel like a top guy... but I appreciate the chance to run with the belt all the same. I know scooping up Dragon is probably a controversial move to some of our veterans, but just go with it. Hopefully, you won't be disappointed. Turning the co-ME's into one awesome slobber-knocker was genius. Filled gaps, gave those who needed it their due send-off, and I can't think of a more fitting way for Bloodbath to pick up his first world championship than while covered in blood and amid chaos. I don't know how I feel about Twitter being a factor... I don't use it and I feel like that leaves me out in the cold. I dunno... am I alone, or do others have mixed feelings about it? |

I've played with guys who don't use Twitter and have been right there with me. One of my opponents in Elysium last PPV was absolutely dynamite but didn't use Twitter. And he almost beat me. So I'd say keep doing what youre doing and you oughta be gravy. |

Haven't heard "gravy" in a while. Good old Danno. Anyhow, yeah, you're fine. Usually super plot relevant stuff doesn't drop there. Just some smack talking. And if it does I try to update the super important shit somewhere in the show or on the news ticker. Think of it like some of the WWE Network original programming; you don't need to watch it to get by. Its great bonus material, but not necessary. |

A shocking week for me RP-wise. Just didn't have anything and to be quite honest, Hikou has no business being anywhere near the championship. Hopefully I can do better with Sakura coming up. I've always had a better handle on her voice than Hikou, so here's hoping. Gotta love that handsome devil of a referee. Adam, what are you talking about? You've been one of the best since time out of mind. |
