A spotlight is focused into the room and figures can be seen fixing the lighting in the room as they quickly dance around the room trying to get everything in place for what seems to be an interview of sorts. A couple stagehand drags in two couches into the room and the screeching of the couches being dragged over the concrete flooring and then the buckling of the rug as both men lift the couches onto the oriental woven rug.

A man walks into the camera shot and he begins to point things out to the stagehands and they quickly begin fixing the mistakes that he has noted for them. The man turns around and it is Richard Robbins with a notepad in hand trying to communicate to the ill knowledge stagehands. Richard gets frustrated after a few seconds and he begins to make the corrections himself as he points to his watch noting that time is running out.

Now with the couches and lighting being fixed Robbins motions for someone to come over and it the person appears into the camera view. It’s Sean Madrox and he has a cup in hand which he sips from as Robbins mumbles to him about what he wants to accomplish with the interview. Make-up crew walks over to both men and they begin to pretty Robbins up and Sean waves them off and continues to sip from his cup waiting.

Sean walks over to the couches and he goes to sit, but is stopped as stagehands put a microphone piece on his shirt and then he is able to sit and get comfortable because for once he is going to have a true interview. Robbins gets his microphone piece and he quickly has a seat and flips threw notes before he sits back and nods at Sean and in turn Sean nods back at him and the interview is set to roll. Robbins clears his throat as Sean coughs and the green light is lit of the camera meaning they are now live.

Robbins: I want to welcome and thank everyone for joining me here today for my segment with a superstar that will compete at Anarchy in the UK. Sean Madrox.

Sean clears his throat trying to excuse himself for the interruption that he is going to do.

Sean: Well Robbins, not to tread on your toes, but I don’t consider myself a superstar. Well maybe.

Robbins fiddles threw his notepad as he begins to ask Madrox some questions on everyone’s mind.

Robbins: Well Sean, just this past day everyone was pretty much shocked and surprised as to what you said about you well being here on Slam! What has caused you to do a one eighty degree turn after wanting this match against Ragin’?

Sean sips his drink and it is clearly that his hands are shaking.

Sean: Yeah since yesterday I must admit I stick to what I said about everything, for the first time in a long time I listened to the music and it has spoken to me about what my actions have been since I came back and I don’t have a reason to act this way…well not a reason so to say, but why did I act this way.

Robbins: Not to throw you off Sean, but you did a great job with that acoustic guitar, very talented. But why now Sean why are you looking at yourself and not liking the person you have been?

Sean looks down at the floor a little hesitant.

Sean: Thank you. Robbins it’s not the fact of liking, but the state of knowing who I am, who is the person behind the mask, the one person that can judge you.

You know something Robbins, just last night I read a book about some helpful tips and it has helped me. This whole time I lived in the future or past and never in the present so to say. People go their whole lives wanting something or reminiscing what happened in the past, but people never live what is happening right now and that is the one thing I have come to terms with…my inner demons.

Robbins looks at Sean as if he is a different person.

Robbins: So Sean you have come to terms with your inner demons, would you elaborate on that for me.

Sean nods his head.

Sean: The thing that brought out the inner demons and it is hard to say is Ragin’ because he is one person that I must admit is a teacher. He has taught me valuable lessons and for once I respect him for that, for teaching me that you have to live in the moment, not the past nor the future.

Robbins nods with agreement taking it as advice for himself.

Robbins: On a side note, why have you decided to drop the name ‘Mr. Phenomenal’ for?

Sean chuckles a little.

Sean: Honestly Robbins, who is I kidding when I used that name, I know I fooled a lot of people because I haven’t reached that peak here on Slam! to be associated with that name, but don’t fret because once I realize that I am able to establish myself as being a more skilled and qualified for the name then I shall wear that name with proud.

Robbins: And when do you think that will happen?

Sean rubs his hands together a little as he thinks for a few seconds.

Sean: I myself want to say after this match with Ragin’, but like I’ve said today isn’t going to be the day for me to wear the name so it can be tomorrow, next week, or years from now, but I know that with time I will become ‘Mr. Phenomenal’.

Robbins: And why do you see Ragin’ as a quote on quote “villain” meaning you have to “wear you soul on your sleeve?”

Sean: As to why I see Ragin’ as a “villain”, I don’t; I see Ragin’ as a teacher, one who doesn’t teach you physically, but a person that teaches you mentally so to speak. Ragin’ has the gift to give me the sense into realize its not matter vs. matter, but mind vs. mind and this I have realized is what going to be the key to the decision in the winner of the match.

Robbins nods in agreement with Sean.

Robbins: Now onto a question that everyone at home has been thinking about. Do you think that Hutch will one way or another cost Ragin’ or perhaps you the match?

Sean: I for one have no clue what the situation with Hutch is, but for one I know that Hutch has grudges against Ragin’ well don’t we all. But I know for sure that Hutch is more than looking forward to winning his match and his vendetta for either of us will only jeopardize his win for the International Championship.

Robbins: So to ask a question the ladies have been dying to hear. When are we going to see the cocky bad boy back?

Sean can’t help, but grin as he tries to find words to put together.

Sean: Well Robbins, kind of surprised to hear you ask that question, not hitting on me right, nah. I can tell you that I haven’t changed from the cocky guy I was, but I have grown in experience so yes I will be cracking jokes, pissing on Rebecca, and better yet having the time of my life.

Robbins: Also have you quit smoking?

Sean shakes his head.

Sean: I’m still working on that folks, but I can tell you that I sure did cut back to Marlboro Menthol Lights.

Both Robbins and Madrox gets up and they shake hands as the camera fades to white.
