the scene opens up in a darkened room, Max Rowley is sitting on a steel folding chair looking at the ground while rubbing his neck.

Hijo: "It's currently roughly 3am... Wednesday morning... I got banged around earlier tonight at Fallout and probably should be asleep right now... resting up for a long two weeks of training for the Panopticon for a future Dual Crown Championship match... "

Max looks up at the camera.

Hijo: "but yet here I am... wide awake and alone with my thoughts... so I figured that I'm going to record them just so that people can understand my current mindset. Now I can't promise that they are going to be entirely coherent... because I really should probably be sleeping."

Max shakes his head.

Hijo: "Now if you tuned into this episode expecting the usual tight run ship that focuses solely on a single topic and doesn't jump from place to place and usually has one or two times where someone cracks-wise... this video may not be to your tastes... but these are my videos and I personally don't care what you taste."

Max pauses for a moment.

Hijo: "I'll be honest I'm not entirely sure where to start exactly... I guess I'll start off with a question... do you know how long I have been with this company?"

Max stars at the camera.

Hijo: "Two thousand three hundred and sixty seven days."

Max takes a deep breath.

Hijo: "If you want an easier way to parse that perhaps Three Hundred and Thirty Eight weeks and a day... or Fifty Six thousand Eight Hundred and Eight hours... or Three Million Four Hundred and Eight Thousand Four hundred and Eight Minutes... or Two Hundred and Four Million Five Hundred and Eight Thousand and Eight Hundred Seconds if you're nasty."

Hijo: "You could also look at it in non-time based forms, which are EIGHTEEN Dual Crown Champions, Twenty Seven Tag Team Champions, Twenty Seven Fighting Spirit Champions, Four Retired Championship titles, and roughly Ten shifts in management."

Hijo: "and through all six years five months and twenty-three days of that. Do you know how many weeks I have taken off in that entire time I've been here."

Max clicks his tongue and holds his right fist in a 0 shape

Hijo: "I have been here each and every week in that entire time frame. I've seen people come... I've seen people go... I've seen some come back... only to walk out again... and it happened so damned often I am the person with the longest tenure on the roster."

Well anyone of importance... Hitchen! -_-

Hijo: "and that includes EVERY single member of management... and at least one or two interviewers... and of them only really Toby gets any work done around here..."

Max shakes his head trying to refocus himself

Hijo: "ANYWAY, despite being the constant consummate professional who went out every single week and did what I do... do you know how many of those TEN managers actually seemed to recognize and appreciate my talent"

Max holds up a finger. Max stares at the camera.

Hijo: "and sure not all of them showed open disdain for me and everything I do... Rurik Krychek for example gave me the title match that I earned, which I might add is somewhat of a rarity among management... but still no one but Mr. Schwartz ever recognized me as the backbone of this company THAT I AM and have been for YEARS."

Hijo: "Don't believe me... when Jim O'Brien WALKED OUT with the Dual Crown Championship... who was the man defending the Fighting Spirit Championship weekly in back to back to back match of the year candidates? "

Max points to himself.

Hijo: "Who ahs sold more t-shirts and other assorted merchandise in the history of Full Intensity Wrestling."

Max points at himself again.

Hijo: "Who was constantly named the best professional wrestler in the world, whether it be through weekly rankings, match of the month, match of the year, or wrestler of the month awards EVERY SINGLE time? "

Max points at the camera.

Hijo: "MAXIME F*****G ROWLEY... that's who."

Max takes a deep breath and wipes his hair back in silence.

Hijo: "People love to lump me in as this worthless goofball that does armdrags and backflips off things... but I am the only one that says it to have been third part verified as the BEST PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER ON THE PLANET... and if you don't believe me? check the history books or go back and watch the Maxime Rowley Internet Exclusives, I used to have a trophy case with me every week and I had to stop because it got too full to film well and too heavy to carry around even with an officially designated pack-mule."

from off camera a voice we haven't heard in a long while is heard.

Voice: "HEY!"

*Max points in the direction of the sound.

Hijo: "Shut up Scotty... you don't exist any more."

Silence

Max collects his thoughts in the silence for a moment before looking at the camera again.

Hijo: "So what I really have to ask... Ms. Schwartz... why do you have such a problem with me being in the Panopticon exactly?"

Max stares at the camera.

Hijo: "You obviously have some problem with me and I'd love to hear it. It's obviously not a question of my in ring talent I beat Rurik Krychek to win the Lady Luck Tournament, I beat the man that beat Billy Walker in that tournament too... and of course I had Mungrel beat at Summer of Sin, and if those three deserve to be included surely I do as well."

max stares at the camera.

Hijo: "You state that Mungrel should be included because he's one of the most popular wrestlers on the roster... are you trying to imply that I'm not? I could again point to my merchandise sales... but no instead I'll do something else... and simply ask a question that if it clearly wasn't management that made me The Main Event... I mean I was the main event long before Mr. Schwartz gave me his seal of approval. "

Max leaves an empty space allowing the people listening to figure that conundrum out on his own.

Hijo: "and talk of burying people and holding a grudge... that is exactly what management has done to me... lest we forget that after the big to do with Clay Krueger... the first Panopticon was created... I still had the fan support, I was about a half second too slow at Anarchy in the UK... and what happens? William Reigns doesn't select me to compete despite the crowd practically demanding it, instead choosing a superstar who was returning for the hundredth time only to leave shortly thereafter for the hundred and first time... and to add insult to injury he saw me backstage and said "better luck next time"... which of course next time never came... I had to continue being the best and not being treated like it for years and four owners before earning another chance at the Dual Crown Championship."

Max leaves a brief moment of silence.

Hijo: "and sticking Rurik in there just because he's had problems with Nathaniel Alexander... "

Max shakes his head.

Hijo: "Firstly, Rurik has the Grand Prix Championship... he can walk in and claim a title match at any point he wishes... does he really need a second contendership opportunity at the same time? "

Max rolls his eyes

Hijo: "but that's not the real point of order... the real point of order is simple. I've had problems with Mungrel recently. Aren't my issues just as worthy? I mean it took until a few weeks ago for there to be a rematch for something that happened over the Summer... and in that match Mungrel refused to stand and fight and continually tried to back out of every single fight we've had. Hell look at what happened at Fallout... he couldn't even get the pin fall he was so afraid of me. "

Max nods at the camera.

Hijo: "I have no idea as to why you chose Swamp-squatch... so uh... I can't really argue against that ... but still you're own arguments for the 3 others used as reasoning as to why Schwartz chose me for this match... and why despite your odd yet obvious objections I belong. "

Max stares ahead at the camera in silence. Allowing you time to digest everything he said... including things like did he really call Rougarou "Swamp-squatch?"

Hijo: "on that note... I need to change memory cards... I shall return shortly..."

Max walks up the camera and it cuts out.
