Ash
Capt. Ash Kapow~!

Cutting backstage at the Qwest Arena in Boise, Idaho.

Ash: "Up and down this lonely road of faith, I have been there. Unprepared for the storms and the tides that rise.."

Sat on the concrete floor of a corridor with his back against the wall, 'The KoopaManiac' Ash Koopa looks up and stares at the camera, revealing a dull gaze. Dressed in the same self-promoting t-shirt and denim shorts as before, Ash forces a weak smile for the viewers.

Ash: "I've realised one thing.."

He turns his attention back to the floor.

Ash: "I've been in Full Intensity Wrestling for a while now, and in professional wrestling for a whole lot longer. Thirteen years to be precise, compared with five months here. And yet, I think that some of my most defining experiences have taken place under contract with this promotion, which concerns me greatly. It makes me question my past and doubt my future. If things have been this volatile in five months, imagine how things are going to be in a year. And I have to ask myself, do I want this?"

Chuckling to himself, Ash continues staring to the floor.

Ash: "Of course I do. Despite all of the crap that's come my way, I've forged a solid friendship with El Lumberjacko. Not just a partnership as the team with no name, but as two friends who want to compete and be the best they possibly can be. Here is a man who - despite being a Canadian lumberjack, despite a fetish for maple syrup, despite being twelve years younger, and despite wearing a mask - looks up to me, literally and figuratively. He sees me not only as a friend, but as a mentor and an equal. And it's hard to find someone like that in this business. There's only one other person who I could trust like I do 'Jacko, and that's my mentor Maxx Anderson. I would trust my life in the hands of just two people in this business.."

Nodding to himself, Ash smirks slightly.

Ash: "I like Liam, I really do. We've had our conflicts in the past, but since we both appeared in this promotion, Liam Mortell and myself have gotten on just fine. I consider him a friend. And perhaps if we were on the same path with the same goals, I'd be able to call him a close friend. But for the minute, we respect one another, which is a good thing. Much like with the Revolution. I have a ton of admiration and respect for Grant Rice and Nightmare, and if the situation was different, I might actually like them and call them my friends. But for as long as they have those tag titles, I'm going to have a little resentment and animosity toward them."

Turning his attention away from the floor, Ash focuses back on the camera and breaks a half-smirk.

Ash: "And speaking of animosity, I think Daisuke should get an idea of what is coming his way. There aren't many people who I have a strong dislike for, but you're one of them, Daisuke. You and Azazel have been the two biggest pains in my backside since I arrived here. I think you should take note of what happened to Azazel, because we left him battered and broken after a hellacious match. We being 'Jacko and myself. And that is exactly what's coming you're way on Friday. Azazel felt he needed Belial to justify his actions, much like you do with you're entire corporation. Your Zaibatsu.."

Again, Ash allows a half-smirk to cross his face.

Ash: "Despite your heritage, I don't find you to be an honourable man, Daisuke. I think you're a bastard and a poor excuse for a human being. I don't really know how to sum it up better than that, so I won't bother trying. I see you as a politician, always putting a spin on things and making out as if you're the resolution, as opposed to being the responsible party. Backed by a good ol' Southern boy and a pink-haired bitch, you don't put out a very good image for your Zaibatsu. Then again, after I have my way with you on Friday, your image is going to get a lot worse. Blood and welts wouldn't be very good for a press release, would they, Citizen Cane"

Laughing to himself, Ash rises to his feet and steadies himself against the wall, then pulls down the bottom of his t-shirt and rolls his neck.

Ash: "Sleep well, Daisuke. I need you in top form on Friday.."

For the first time this week, Ash flashes a grin, albeit a sadistic one. And with that image burnt into our minds, Ash turns and walks out of the shot, bringing this all to an abrupt end.
