Cheerfully with micro phone in hand Toby Bostock strides down the hall way in the arena, looking like a man with a purpose. Though this image is far from unusual in any sense of the word's meaning, Toby does look especially happy today. There is an extra bounce to his step and his clothes not only look extra neat, they look like a slightly more expensive pair of threads. Course, he is far from a Gunnar yet, as made apparent by just how goofy he looks in these types of clothes, like a child wearing his dad's suit. With a sharp turn he heads down another hall way, heading into the ever familiar locker room area of the arena. Surprisingly, young Tobin passes several large name Full Intensity Wrestling athletes' door ways and keeps going straight. One would imagine he'd have to be this happy because he's interviewing some one fairly important. Yet without a single hesitation he walks away from the doors of all of the champions and most of the major names in the company. As he nears the end of the hall way he starts to slow down in his walking pace and makes sure every thing is in order and where it should be on him. It would appear that Bostock thinks he needs to look his very best for this wrestler, perhaps one of the Hellcats. Rather, he stops in front of a door way that reads "Extreme Ninja #2" in a fancy font on the upper half of the door way. Lightly Toby knocks on the door and doesn't get a response, a few moments pass and he knocks on it again, this time a bit harder. Toby Bostock: Excuse me Ninja, it's Toby Bostock, I'm here for the interview you granted me. That big grin flashes over Toby's features yet again when he hears himself say that sentence, just feeling really good about it. But, there is still no response from the second Extreme Ninja behind the locker room door way. After a few moments of this worry starts to set in on the youngster, and he knocks again on the door way to check. This time the door just opens, revealing it was a jarred, and Bostock walks into the dark room with a look of panic. Toby Bostock: Not again! Not again! He said he'd give me this interview when he was ready, and he called me to do it! Toby stomps his feet and looks around the dark locker room quickly, growing very upset over being stood up again by Extreme Ninja #2. Toby Bostock: People are going to start thinking I can't get the job done, I'm ruined! I'm rui- ?????: Konichiwa Bostock-san. The mysterious voice and a equally mysterious hand coming from the darkness and resting on his shoulder from behind startles the interviewer. Causing him to yelp and leap into the air out of fear, before landing and turning around suddenly to look at the person. Toby Bostock: Who is it?! Who's there?! The figure takes a step forward out of the shadows and reveals a man wearing a black martial arts gi that ninja use. When Toby's eyes fall upon this sight he sighs in relief and wipes his hand over his forehead, letting his fright wash away. Toby Bostock: Oh, it's only you Ninja... Ever so slightly the former Flycore Champion nods his head as his eyes continue to stare straight at Toby. Extreme Ninja #2: Hai, I apologize for startling you. Bostock takes a few moments to regain composure and pull his bullet point note cards out of his suit's pocket, skimming them before looking back at EN #2. Toby Bostock: Alright, so, ready for the interview? For the second time in the last few minutes Ninja nods his head just barely enough to tell he is. Extreme Ninja #2: You may proceed as you wish. FIW's dorky interviewer waves the camera man into the locker room and he does as he is told, standing in front of the two and filming them. Toby Bostock: After two successful victories since your return, you are now walking into a match where you must take on three different people. But, you also have two others that are on your side and apart of your team. My first question for you is this, what do you think of your team mates? At first all Toby gets out of the masked ninja is a shrug, but he soon explains further. Extreme Ninja #2: Phyllis Bathory-dono appears to be a rather strange fellow, who I'm not quite sure understands the concept of honor. I will give him credit, despite his size and lack of actual ability in combat he's done very well. Even managing to contend for and nearly win the FIW Flycore Championship from Graver-kun last week. Perhaps one day, with a little help from some one, Phyllis could go on to do great things in his career within the promotion. The hand that was on Toby's shoulder only mere moments ago reaches up and scratches the side of his head as he thinks some thing over. Extreme Ninja #2: As for Justin...I've spoken with the young man who is his representative earlier and both appear to be odd men, perhaps even more bizarre than Phyllis. Though he's picked up a few victories, he's not really proved himself yet with a decisive big win to his name. I think this week could possibly be one of the things he needs to break out from the rest of the pack. Course, to do that he would probably need to get his head more focused on the task at hand than the million other things that distract him. At a feverish pace Bostock nods his head and scribbles down a few notes before he continues with his questions. Toby Bostock: So, we've heard your thoughts on your team mates for this week. Now, let's hear your thoughts on your opponents, Shaun Wilson? Gently Extreme Ninja #2 shakes his head and let's out a sigh like deep exhale. Extreme Ninja #2: The man has ability, no one can take that away from him regardless of what some might think of him. That said, he is probably every thing else wrong with the industry of wrestling at the moment. He is brash and arrogant, and expects for every thing to be handed to him simply based on his skill. Not to mention, he refuses to accept blame for his own losses and instead decides to take it out on whoever is near by. Ninja exhales a second time, but this time it is much more of an angered exhale than the previous one. Extreme Ninja #2: I hold no respect for a man that will strike a person who isn't a professional wrestler without any reasoning behind it. Let alone a man that decides it is okay and makes him feel big to try and smack around a female referee. This man appears to have no shame for his deeds and even appears to gloat over the fact he's done these things. I am half tempted to simply display why I defeated him when I was champion this coming week to him. A nervous chuckle creeps out of Toby Bostock, who is sensing the hostility in the air around Ninja. Toby Bostock: Um...right, so, moving on, what are your thoughts on the man that defeated you to take the FIW Flycore Champion, Graver? Clearly this isn't a name to say around EN #2 as his hands quickly ball into fists at his side and a few parts of his body tenses up. Extreme Ninja #2: Graver-kun isn't much better than Shaun Wilson-kun, neither of them deserve the right to be called dono after their actions. It would seem that he's gone through a bit of a transformation as of late, but he's still the same man underneath it all. A joke to this industry and a man that gives it’s reputation a black eye wherever he roams to next. My only regret in my wrestling career is that it was by his hands that I fell as the FIW Flycore Champion a few months ago. As his eyes shift from the camera to Toby he nods his head slowly, the outcome of that match still stinging him to some degree. Extreme Ninja #2: Maybe one day it is some thing I can change and fix for the better, but that day isn't this coming week. None the less I will be going after the parasite of FIW as much as I can without losing focus or giving into my rage. I may not like the man, but I will not allow my anger towards him to cloud my judgment while in the heat of battle. For if I were to do some thing foolish like that, it would surely mean my downfall in the ring. This response makes Toby calm down a bit and he even smile again as he looks over his notes. Toby Bostock: What about your other opponent, your one time friend, Zesboca Devani? Have you two even spoken since you returned? At the mere mention of this name Extreme Ninja #2 adverts his eyes from the camera and the goofy interviewer. With several moments and no reply, Bostock moves closer to Ninja with an unsure look on his face. Toby Bostock: Um, Ninja, what do you think of Zes- Extreme Ninja #2: I'm done, this interview is over. This announcement makes Toby Bostock's eyes grow as big as basket balls and he starts to panic. Toby Bostock: What?! But Ninja! You said I could in- Extreme Ninja #2: This interview is over Bostock-san, end of discussion. Soon his panic changes into whimpering misery as he reaches out towards the masked man in front of him. Toby Bostock: Aww, come on Ninja, please? With that EN #2 turns his back to Toby and starts heading back into the darkness, disappearing for a moment in it. Bostock frantically follows after him only to find a stone wall and not a single trace of the man he was interviewing. Toby Bostock: How did he do that?! Toby Bostock looks on in a mixture of annoyance and worry as the camera gradually fades to black... |
