A rhythmic tapping leads us into a place that a sensible person would rather not be. However, as a wrestling fan, it's taken as read that the Constant Reader is not entirely sensible; although whether that's true or not is neither here nor there. It certainly isn't in the dark cavern we currently find ourselves in. Whether it's a real cavern, or just a large hall with absolutely no light in it is also neither here nor there; because the positions of Here and There are already taken up, and marked with two spotlights: Here is the White Mask, White Cloak and White Hair of Brother Lust; Kiyoshi Nakahata, leaving Brother Sloth - Onikage - over there, to rock back and forth on his chair, giving us a steady stream of rather distracting tapping; not quite drowning out the Yeti, but his soft voice doesn't make it easy to hear.

Kiyoshi: In the last eighteen months, I would like to think that I have come far. Championships won and lost; friends made, and again lost; General Managers have come and gone; even the very structure of Full Intensity Wrestling has changed in my time here; and yet, here I am, ready to stand and fight against any and all.

He stops, and drags a lock of hair out, looking at how long he's let it grow recently. This isn't really to make any kind of point, and really just side-tracks him.

Kiyoshi: Not that I am exempt from the turning world, in any way; I have still done everything I possibly can to stay true to what I believe in, however sorely tested. Despite whatever I feel about an opponent or a partner, I treat them with respect, and in turn, I also expect a similar level of respect from them...

FIW's Morning Star continues to rock back and forth in his chair, a smile peaking out from beneath the mask. Those painted demonic eyes staring towards the camera and his fellow Reject, an almost child like quality to his presence.

Kiyoshi: And yet, throughout this year and a half, there has been one person smirking, strutting, prancing and preening his way to Championship Gold and the self given title of "Greatest Fighter in the World." This in itself, I have no problem with, after all, at Summer of Sin 2006, this man gave me something to aim for, as well as a perpetual reminder of him...

Trailing off, he lifts up his mask, tilting the left side of his face to the camera. This is where a jagged, uneven scar across his cheek lives. Once upon a time, there was a small cut, stitched up. Someone, who shall remain nameless, kicked them out.

Kiyoshi: Every time that I look in the mirror, I am reminded of this "Greatest Fighter in the World." Every time, I see his mask, or his grinning face... And every time, I hear the laughter... Always laughter...

Back down goes the mask, as Kiyoshi takes a deeeep breath and slowly lets it out.

Kiyoshi: Insults, cuts and bruises, but they come as part of being a wrestler; drowning it all out is the the laughter. Even the insults come with laughter. What was it the "Greatest Fighter in the World" called me, Nakahaha? I wonder what about me inspired such feelings of mirth... Certainly none of it has come from me. Not from me for far too long.

With a loud thud two of the legs of the Savior of Sorrow's chair hit the ground, snapping Kiyoshi's lamentations. His grasp on the back of it tightening and his body leaning over the top of it a bit, his head cocking to the side to get a better view of the camera. As soon as the last word leaves the White Haired Warrior's mouth his advisor slaps the back of his chair and starts shaking his head.

Onikage: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

Surprisingly putting on a good performance of some one that is innocently laughing at a equally innocent joke. His laughter and motions causing such a stir that his mask falls back over onto the top of his head, revealing his painted features. Gradually the laughter grows softer and fades out, dying out into nothing but echoes in the room the two are in.

Kiyoshi: Ahh, the soft laughter of friendly banter; oh how I have missed you. It has been too long since I last heard this from the heart; not even among fellow wrestlers. This is suppose is not entirely expected, since amid the fear, the hatred, the lust, there is no room to actually like anyone. In a place hidden away, this troubles me; although I must admit, it does create a good atmosphere for fighting in, but not one to be living in...

Scratching the back of his head, Kiyoshi ponders this for a moment.

Kiyoshi: That is something for me to consider, and really is not relevant to this situation. Nothing more than a distant memory. This is the laughter I want to hear... But what I hear from myself is something much different...

After Kiyoshi finishes, the stage is left for the Demon Shadow, who folds his arms over the top of the chair, the Reject buries his face into his arms and his body starts to tremble all over. Sniffles and mumbling is heard through his arms, creating the perfect picture of a tragic incident. Convulsion begin to accompany the trembling and the sniffles turn into full out crying, his head lifting up out of his arms to show the tears.

Onikage: Ha...Ha...Oh god...Ha...Ho...Ha...Ho...

The water skates down the snow white painted features and drip down to the ground, hitting it in tiny splashes. His laughter comes out almost like contorted sobs and hiccups slow and tinted in misery over some thing. Abruptly they are silenced when he buries his head back into his arms, the tears and laughter continuing for a few more moments till they cease completely.

Kiyoshi: That unfortunately sounds much more like me: the laughter of the broken and abandoned. The laughter of someone who absolutely nothing left that he can do, except sit there and laugh to stave off the inevitable tears. As I say, it sounds a little like me... Desperate though I am, I still have this chance to choke the laughter out of this "Greatest Fighter in the World," And put an end to this; but not before I finally get to telling you all about the laughter that I hear when I see my own face...

His body stiffens, and FIW's Morning Star sits up straight in his chair and brings his left hand to his face. Softly he presses the side of it against the right side of his mouth, the index finger pointed upward while the others remain relaxed. The smile on his lips distorts and one side of them relaxes, creating a arrogant looking smirk on his painted features.

Onikage: Oh, ho, ho, ho, ho!

This goes on for a few moments till the Yeti nods his head and his fellow Reject falls silent yet again in his seat. Kiyoshi bears his teeth in what could be mistake for a smile.

Kiyoshi: Now onto the main issue: The deep set arrogance, expressed as wordless sound. The laugh of a man so secure in the illusion of his own greatness, that he feels it gives him a free license to look down, as if some kick-boxing training and a pretty smile makes him king of world. I wonder how that sounds today. "Greatest Fighter in the World" prepares to fight a man he has left broken and bruised on the floor; once fairly, under the setting sun of the desert; the other last week... But a not just that, he prepares to face a man who has shown that his paper title is nothing more than five empty words. But I am not the only one. Shaun Wilson, Mr. Blond and my old friend Daniel Hutchinson have all exposed this lie. Although none have yet managed to take the real title; the gold.

Much like before, the Reject's method actor changes his posture to slightly more slump than before. Embarrassment mixing itself into his facial expression and a faint shade of red looks like it can be seen on his cheeks through the face paint. Idly he brings up a hand to the back of his neck, rubbing it and looking a bit nervous around his surrounding area.

Onikage: Eh, heh, heh, heh...

All over his body begins to grow tense and worry overcomes the embarrassment, his eyes darting around the room. Just when the Savior of Sorrow looks like he may have a heart attack, he resumes his casual sitting position.

Kiyoshi: I wonder if "Greatest Fighter in the World" does not laugh to himself closer to that which we have just heard. I wonder if, after all of the jokes, all of the tricks, and all of the dishonour brought upon himself and the Dual Crown, that all that the "Greatest Fighter in the World" has is this hollow, nervous chuckle. Is he worried? I truly hope he is. I hope he knows exactly what beast stalks him, and I hope that this reminds him of what is expected of him...

What happens next is rather interesting: while Kiyoshi hits a turn of phrase more associated with a certain Black Bird; Brother Sloth returns to his earlier straight posture in the chair. Gradually he lets his facial features become almost regal and snob like, taking on mannerisms of higher class.

Onikage: Ku, ku, ku, ku, ku.

Unlike the others, this laugh is much more tamed and subdued, giving off the same aura as his body language, and it provokes a strange reaction from Kiyoshi: a stern glare, along with a locked jaw and still bared teeth. This is a laugh is very close to Kiyoshi's heart, and still doesn't intend to talk too much about, instead deciding to talk in general terms as he finishes off.

Kiyoshi: I have fought on through it all. I have been insulted, mocked, laughed down at, stitched up, stolen from, and lately I have been carried to the back unable to straighten up properly. I have left everything behind and in turn been left behind, all for this one symbol that I am indeed the best at what I do. If I am not, then so be it. That has been the case before, and will probably be the case again...

Nakahata unhooks his mask, and turns it to face himself. He stares deep into its eye-sockets for a moment.

Kiyoshi: But this time, I know that it is not. I am the better man. There is absolutely nothing left that he can do. There is only one thing... All that remains...

The Yeti turns up to the camera to finish his brutal statement of fact.

Kiyoshi: Is the Dual Crown...

And there we fade away, leaving nothing except the steady rocking of a painted and masked man rocking on his chair...
