I cut my finger. It hurts. Cue the star wipe, stolen from Blake Orange, and open the scene on board of an express train. The view of the beautiful English countryside, ruined only by rain and flocks of sheep, flies past the glass window at incredible speed. Suddenly, the camera pans away from the scenery and stares across at Ash Koopa, who is in an extremely comfortable looking blue seat. An equally comfortable, but empty, seat resides to his right and is capped with a small piece of fabric reading 'First Class'. In the background, a stewardess in an all-red uniform attends to the needs of another passenger, causing Ash to glance over his shoulder to investigate a little. He quickly turns back to focus on the camera and unleashes a big smirk, before resting his arms on the faux-wood table in front of him. Ash: "Funny, how every time something exciting begins to develop, I have the carpet taken right out from under me and get sent back to mid-card purgatory." Seemingly hurt by his own comment, Ash scowls to himself, not in any particular direction. Ash: "I really thought that I was going to get my first big pay-per-view match, and I figured it would be with Kennedy. Former Dual Crown Champion that I put the boots to and defeated clean in the middle of the ring by pin. She didn't like it and got one back on me, though she had to cheat. But that's neither here nor there, as I assumed we'd have a rubber match and it would headline Anarchy In The UK. Instead, she has to defend Prime's belt and I head back to the same little hole that I always do. I sometimes wonder if I should just get comfortable with my neighbours, because I always seem to find facing off with Shaun Wilson and Extreme Ninja Two. Is that a coincidence, or something more sinister?" Before Ash can answer his own question, the stewardess appears and looks to speak, but notices the camera and nods politely to Ash. He puts on a brave smile and waits for the stewardess to move out of sight, then focuses back on the camera and shakes his head for some unknown reason. Ash: "The best thing is, every time I hook up with these weird kids, there always seems to be another name floating around for whatever reason. Love; Drake Love. At the last pay-per-view - the one with the weird Japanese name - I think the great dolt tried to make something of himself by running around a hospital. His brother made some sort of threat about making a return to the ring as well, but thankfully nothing came of it. However, this time, Drake appears to be coming back. Again. I don't know whether he's indecisive or just thinks he's working for Revolving Door Wrestling, but I wish the fool would make up his damn mind and either stay in or stay out." Again, Ash shakes his head. This time in frustration at the whole situation. Ash: "On top of that, I have to go against my fellow Reject, Colbert Tottington. It's not so much of an issue, but knowing these sort of situations, we'll start the match and the people will go crazy for the in-fighting. And then, we have the new guy, Blake Orange, who thought it would be a good idea to put a beating on Dragon to prove how great he is. If anything, it's shown him to be a bit of a pathetic human being, having to beat up the whipping boy of the roster to try and make a name for himself. It takes a real man to get a good match out of Dragon and make him submit by choice, just like I did." Using his right index finger, Ash motions for the camera to come closer. With the lens barely two foot away from his face, Ash breaks into a smirk and stares into the camera. Ash: "Blake, I dare you to put a beat down on me. I can promise you now that you're going to need a team of family lawyers to get a heads up on me, kid." Quietly chuckling to himself, Ash motions for the camera to back away, resuming the original position from the start of the segment. Ash glances out the window, then back to the camera and smiles warmly, rather than smirking. Ash: "Still, nothing can quite bring me down from my natural high. Right now, I am the most powerful wrestler on the entire roster. There is not another wrestler in this promotion that has any authority over the production of a show. Now, in case you haven't heard, the pre-show for Anarchy In The UK has fallen into my hands. It's my baby and I intend to make the damn thing better than the pay-per-view, which shouldn't be difficult considering that I'm actually wrestling on. But that's why I'm on this train, heading from Manchester to Reading, give or take a few changes in London. I need to get home so that I can organise the event and make it the spectacular that Reading deserves." The smirk returns and Ash begins nodding slowly. Ash: "See, from two-thousand-and-two through to two-thousand-and-five, I ran New World Wrestling from Reading. That promotion caused so many problems for Full Intensity Wrestling that it was unbelievable, and for me now to take a show back there in my control is something that no-one could ever expect to happen. Especially not me." Once again, Ash begins quietly chuckling to himself. As he looks to continue, a stewardess moves into sight with a drinks trolley and Ash quickly grabs a can of Popsi for himself. The stewardess forces a smile and continues to push the trolley along the aisle, quickly moving out of sight. Ash cracks the can open and takes a sip, then sets it down on the table and turns his attention back to the camera. Ash: "There are two reasons why I've done this, the first being that if I'm going to be wrestling on the pre-show, then it's going to be the best damn pre-show this promotion has ever put on. And the second reason is that, going into this match, I have the home crowd advantage and that is sure to throw just about everyone off course. My friends, family, neighbours and the various other locals are going to help Ash Koopa earn contendership to a prestigious piece of gold in the promotion. I'm going to sleep in until the early afternoon and no-one is going to stop me. Not Blake Orange. Not Colbert Tottington. Not Extreme Ninja Number Two. Not Shaun Wilson." Leaning toward the camera, Ash pauses for the so-called dramatic effect. Ash: "And definitely not 'Mister Indecision', Drake Love." Holding his gaze, Ash stares intently into the camera in an attempt to deliver his strong message to everyone named. After a few seconds, his expression softens and a slight smirk cracks in the left corner of his mouth. And on that note, Ash rests back in his comfortable chair and waves his left index finger across his neck, signalling for the end. As Ash turns to look out the window and rests his hands on his stomach, the scene cuts and goes to the obscurity that is static. Star wipe from static to a black screen and it's all over.
