Static, it is the infamous display that is made up of white and black dots contorting & distorting like a snow storm. Colors and mutilated images flicker into this black & white stampede, giving some sign of progress to the reception. More and more frequent is the rate they start to invade and infect the picture, and the static starts to give way for them as the dominant display. After several moments the static fades away completely and these images give way to the picture restoring itself, into darkness...

Only the sound of the few stray lights in this place shrouded in darkness is keeping it from being complete silence. Each of them fluttering on and off, trying their hardest to shine some rays down onto the area they are in. It is these brief glimpses at the area that show the concrete walls and floors with too many cracks running along them to count. As well as there is the damp and filthy nature of it all, and a sense that this is a warehouse or perhaps once a factory.

Jarringly another sound enters and over powers the lights' feeble noises, this one is far more mechanical. Akin to the sound of cogs and the irk turning, spinning, twirling, all leading towards them achieving some thing. Louder and louder the sound grows and with a flicker of a near by light it becomes clear where it is coming from, behind a large metal door. Rust lines this massive sliding door and it doesn't prevent a single ounce of this noise to be muffled, it comes through perfectly.

Abruptly when the noise reaches its peak the door slides open dramatically and crashes against the wall, hitting the extent it can go. Rising up into the camera's view on a old wooden platform elevator is two figures, one standing and the other crouching. The one that stands grabs the barbaric and ancient controls, and gets the platform to stop when they reach floor level. It shows its age by the less than graceful and noisy stop it makes though neither man seems that bothered by the process.

Both men are wearing rather interesting attire for a location like the one that they are in, and further make them stand out. Flowing and glowing snow white fabric encompasses every square inch of the two gentlemen outside of their heads. It fits the two almost like a gown or robes with the arm sleeves each possesses yet it carries a loose quality to it that a cape of some kind may. They match wonderfully with the near pearl white masks that hide both men's faces and in their stead show ancient Japanese designs of demonic features.

For seconds the duo resides in the lift, letting the lights' noises engulf our senses once more without any more distractions. The crouching gentleman seems to be pondering some thing if the angle his masked head is at is any indication. Despite his lack of visible hands, two things sit before him on the floor of the lift as well, what precisely remains a mystery to the views. Though they look to be made out of mostly leather, and are long and look as if they may have some thing shiny on them...

???????: I believe it's time I say my piece...

The standing one takes a step forward and his hand comes into view, and rips the mask from his face in the blink of an eye. Beneath we find a face that may be thought of as possibly handsome but that could be incorrect as the face paint deludes it. Black and white runs across the man's head in a complicated design, and his glorious pure white eyes stare into the lens. The features of his painted face contorted into the pleasant smile that seems ever present on the man that was a champion, once upon a time.

Onikage: James Brody...

Roses and velvet is the Reject's tone, too sweet for most to be able to handle and lucky for them he clears his throat before he continues.

Onikage: The slang insult sum bitches is not some thing you have to say every five words.

Surprisingly, the Savior of Sorrow mimics Prime's voice perfectly when he utters the two words the monster is known for saying. By the way his smile grows into a large grin, it is safe to say that this is sarcasm on his part. Dismissively he waves off at the camera at what more than likely is some uproar from some one viewing the footage. He tries his best and suppresses the grin, letting it fade back into his usual painted smile.

Onikage: Actually James Brody there is some thing I wished to discuss with you that seems to have gone over your heads.

Turning, the Straight Edge Artist allows the camera to capture a side profile of him and through his smile his teeth glitter in the lights.

Onikage: What you fail to realize James is a simple matter, a simple matter of society as a whole in this day and age. You see, professional wrestling has a tendency to reflect society's state no matter what time period you look back on. It has a tendency to show the worst of our race and the best of it in smaller pockets than what is out there right now. When society is failing, it shows here, when society is on a up swing, it shows here, I hope that is starting to sink in.

His right thumb pokes out and points between the crouching masked man, and him a few times.

Onikage: Us? We are the forgotten sons, we are the forsaken spawns, and we are the bastard children of a age that has led to one self indulgent action after another. We are the brothers and sisters of a generation that were promised these fabulous lives of rock stars, wrestlers, actors, and sports athletes...and we are slowly realizing it to be a lie. And, we are becoming very angry, and very bitter over that small fact of life.

That thumb curls away and a index finger erects in its place, wagging about to garner attention.

Onikage: But do you know why, James Brody? Why we are these things? Because of people like you, James, because of those that were born with the right genes or the right families or whatever else. Those that never had to understand the various walks of life this world has or maybe never bothered to. So, you mocked, you teased, you fought, you pounded on, you embarrassed all those that were not dealt the same hand as you.

For a brief moment the smile grows smaller and a more thoughtful expression tries to grab hold of his painted features.

Onikage: You represent a destructive human nature to your very core, there is no respect, there is no honor, nothing in what you do. One can not breed a subculture into existence Mr. Brody by your means and then expect them to not bite back eventually. And, just like in the real world it was you and your ilk that bred us, bred the Rejects into creating their brotherhood. If you have any one to be upset with, it is yourself for every time you arrogantly shrugged off a opponent or cracked a foolish joke at their expense and left it at that.

A small shake of his head and the Messiah of the Mind's hands disappear back underneath his robes.

Onikage: Yet there is a difference between us and you when it comes to our methods, James Brody. We are helping people; we are helping the misfits and freaks, geeks and outcasts of this society. Perhaps it is only a small percent and perhaps we are merely wrestlers in the end but at least we are making a positive difference. Rather than you, Mr. Brody who encourages the elitist mentality to reign supreme for several more decades.

Those white eyes continue to stare into the camera, paying no mind to the fact that the other man is now looking over at him.

Onikage: There are those like Kenneth from New York City that had his boyfriend slashed and murdered by a group of men. Right out in the ever lovely Central Park while taking a moon light lovers' stroll. After seeing us, after listening to us, and after seeing what action can bring you...he's now taken them to court. He is ordering Anarchy in the U.K. to see Nakahata Kiyoshi-dono destroy all that you stand for.

A small bemused chuckle comes from the crouching figure when the Dual Crown Champion's name is said in the traditional Japanese manner.

Onikage: Or, Jessica from Houston, Texas that had a teacher that was a little too friendly with the female student body. Who took it upon himself to encourage to the girls to give a little some thing extra to his male students, especially the sports athletes. And, offered as extra credit a few lessons to help them along the way...He's now facing jail time and accused of raping several underage students through the years he's worked there.

That ever present smile grows larger once more, border lining on a grin as the Straight Edge Artist turns to fully face the camera again.

Onikage: Or, Stanley from Seabring, Florida that had been a wrestling fan since he was a small child many moons ago. Though he wanted to, he never thought he could become a professional wrestler because he always saw men like you, Mr. Brody. So that dream was pushed to the side for him to become some cubical jockey for two decades. Then he saw us, the Rejects, Brother Nakahata and myself who are far from the super model norm....Stanley's making his debut in Orlando in a couple of weeks.

There is a sense of pride that twinkles within those soulless eyes, some thing akin to a father. Gently his left hand moves over the smooth surface of his shaved and painted head, his features going back to their usual smile.

Onikage: Or, my personal favorite...Yoshihiro from Okinawa, Japan. Ever since he started school none of his other students would pay him any mind, they shunned him completely from them. The only attention he'd briefly get would be from the males when they beat the crap out of him for being different. Depressed over these facts and stressed from the pressure to succeed in his classes, young Yoshihiro-kun was looking at things rather bleakly. Then...he saw a man on his television that had the same problem as him, not because of bleaching his hair out but because...it was his natural hair color. It was this honorable & righteous champion and Reject that gave him the strength to carry on with his life.

With a sweep of his left hand the Savior of Sorrow makes a gesture as if he's displaying all of the stories.

Onikage: These are only a few of millions we've received and yes Mr. Brody, I am aware that not all of those people are like you. I am aware that you don't go out on Saturday nights and go around murdering helpless men that choose a different life style. Or, that you on the week days slip into business casual and try to have your way with teenaged girls. Or, that you hop over to Japan, almost rip through a male Japanese student uniform as you pound on a white haired kid.

Once more the index finger erects itself to gain every one's focus.

Onikage: However it is your mentality, your ideals, your beliefs that you share with the majority of our society that has caused this. And, while you may never have had a direct contact with any of these people...you didn't lift a finger either. There are billions of cases like these ones, and most people, you included in that do nothing about them. They merely sit back and dwell on their own problems, and let our society's vicious machine roll on.

Lowering his head, he only stops when his eyes are on the verge of being obscure and stares up at the lens. Holding out his arms to each side of him as if he is bowing in some manner or about to summon forth some thing.

Onikage: We on the other hand, we have done some thing and have helped the masses. We have given a voice to those who never had a voice before, we have given them some thing our society has lacked sorely...hope. We gave them hope, Mr. Brody, and we showed them the way to build their own means of escape from your cycle. In the six some thing months we've been in existence we've done more good for this world than you have in your entire life span.

We have marched through wars, and have rushed into battle when our backs were pinned to the wall and the deck was stacked against us. We've watched some of our brothers fall in this idiotic war that Full Intensity Wrestling has tried to put us against. We have survived and thrived despite every one's best attempts to make us the villains of this story. And, it is because of all of this that we will storm into a event that holds a soft place in my heart and storm out...stronger than ever.

Gracefully the arms go behind him, and against his lower back as he lifts his head back up.

Onikage: Even if by your own stupidity you've denied my brother the fight that he desires...

Taking a step to the side the Reject turns and looks towards the crouching figure in the lift. As if it wasn't already obvious, Kiyoshi Nakahata is the one crouching, and it is his sardonic half-smile greets us as he slides his mask to the top of his head.

Kiyoshi: Not that all the blame can be laid at your feet, Mr. Brody; after all, what are we but a product of our environment? Without wishing to get bogged down in the eternal debate of "Nature vs. Nurture;" I would say that the company we keep largely defines who we are, and what we become.

As he speaks, he slowly motions to the masked menace standing up by his side, just to hammer home that last point..

Kiyoshi: Of course, with the society that we find ourselves in, who we are to begin with dictates the company we can keep. A silently enforced caste system, if you will. Growing up, the company I kept largely consisted of a pudgy hide* freak who never left home without his guitar and a pair of baka-ninja, complete with smoke-bombs and costumes. As you see, times change...

A sinister laugh escapes the mouth of the Demon Shadow on that line, cutting off the Yeti as he speaks. Kiyoshi waits for it to subside before he continues, having completely lost anything that resembles a smile.

Kiyoshi: Times indeed change; now on the one side, I am reviled as either a puppet of one of an insidious threat to the very fabric of our fair sport and on the other, a menace to the 'beautiful' establishment and a hero to the oppressed minorities across the world; from Yoshihiro from Okinawa to Kenneth from New York. I know which of the two I would rather be remembered as; but touched though I am to be named as an inspiration to these people...

Removing the mask from the top of his head, Kiyoshi turns the porcelein ogre face to stare into his own eyes, and sighs.

Kiyoshi: It is strange to hear of anything of the weight of expectation on my shoulders; of all the rest looking to me to smash through this disgustingly vain soap opera, the preening blonde bombshell, and her obscenely inflated bodybuilder fiancee; who unfortunately finds himself trapped between her and a one night lover who finds herself engaged to another, as yet, unrevealled party.

He shakes his head and rubs an eye as he shakes his head from his crouched position.

Kiyoshi: Thankfully, only one player in this drama concerns me right now; the one who would see himself as my natural successor, who fancies himself not only as some kind of monster, but also as a sensitive and caring gentleman, who does his utmost to balance the two women in his life, and unfortunately fails miserably in the process; and he does it while all the world watches...

With just a hint of a exasperation, Kiyoshi throws his free hand up in the air.

Kiyoshi: And it almost seems as if the world cares which of these paragons of human virtue is sleeping with the rest, or going to stab the others in the back... Is that what perfection is? The heights of beauty and depths of depravity?

After making appropriate gestures with his hand, it falls with "the depths of..." and almost drowns out depravity with the slap it makes against the floor, making the ramshakle lift the two rose up on tremble.

Kiyoshi: And suddenly, our pure and simple fight has taken on much deeper meanings, you have your 'fair maidens' and I have this "crusade." Would you have slept with Kennedy if she was as ugly as I? Would you have given Miss Jaymes a second glance without her platinum blond hair, and all the rest? Do you expect me to believe that you can turn either aside for just a second when you face me?

Onikage takes a step forward; this time to say but two words, but not before offering a hand to Kiyoshi to pull him up. In more of a symbolic gesture, as opposed to Kiyoshi having any kind of problem standing up, he accepts the help. Once on his feet, the two start to slip their masks back over their faces in unison, the two standing side by side & shoulder to shoulder at last.

Onikage: After all...

Kiyoshi: All...

Onikage: That...

Kiyoshi: Remains...

Onikage: Is...

Kiyoshi & Onikage: The fight...

By the time Kiyoshi's even begun the last word, the lever on the lift is thrown, and the two return from whence they came...

[size0]* hide, [pronounced hee-day] was Jun Kimura's idol growing up, to the point where he dyed his hair pink and wore brown contact lenses to mask his naturally grey eyes.
