<insert twitter> The scene opens in a backstage corridor at the Odussey in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Directly in front of the camera is a pair of red doors. The left door is marked with the FIW and ReVolt logos, whilst the right bears a sign reading 'Quiet - Filming in Progress'. After a few moments, the camera pans around to show Ash Koopa walking down the corridor toward the doors. In addition to the Fighting Spirit Championship over his shoulder, Ash is wearing black cargo pants, a white t-shirt and a brown pin-stripe blazer. Trundling close behind, reading the information on a bottle of Guinness, is Maxx Anderson; Ash's long-time mentor. Reaching the doors, Ash stops and turns to face Maxx, who almost bumps into the Fighting Spirit Champion. Ash: "I'm going to go in, say a few words about the match and then come straight back out. After that, we can go to the airport.." Maxx: "Fair dues. Can we at least find a bar beforehand?" Ash smirks at Maxx, unsure as to whether his mentor is joking or not. Rather than respond, Ash turns around and looks to enter the production area, only for Toby Bostock to appear out of nowhere and thrust a microphone under Ash's nose. Although caught off-guard by the microphone, Ash quickly gathers his wits and glares at Toby. Ash: "And what, pray tell, can I do for you, Bostock?" Toby: "I was hoping for a few words, Ash? About Sunday coming. Sunday gone. And anything else you'd like to talk about?" With a sigh, Ash nods. Toby: "Brill! Now, Ash, you've made your intentions quite clear. You want to win the ReVolt Rumble and you want to take Prime's Dual Crown Championship. What makes you so confident?" Ash: "It's because I can. I know I walk into that ring on Sunday and throw everyone over the top rope. I have the strength, the power and the determination. I have the Fighting Spirit and a mean streak over a mile wide. There are others who are bigger and stronger, and some who are faster and more athletic, but it doesn't matter. I am a man on a mission - a mission from God, no less - and I fully intend to reach my destiny of becoming the only Triple Crown Champion in the history of this promotion." Nodding in understanding, Toby tries to retract the microphone, only for Ash to pull it back. Ash: "The fans don't recognise talent, which is why I am who I am today. Because of the people who sit in the arenas and those who sit at home, all judging me for what I do. When I wore the red and yellow, I was entertaining, but nothing special. Now I live by the Fighting Spirit, I am a vicious bastard and even still, the people pay me no attention. They dismiss me as a nobody with a belt. That is, until, I pinned their Dual Crown Champion. The people may not like Prime, but they recognise he is at the top of the mountain and for me to throw a rock up that high, hit Prime in the head and knock him over; it made people take notice. They saw a glimmering spark in Ash Koopa. Not the sort of spark they wanted to see, but a spark no less.." Toby: "A spark?" Ash: "Yes, Toby, a spark. They saw what I was capable of. If a lowly nobody can unsettle the biggest dog in the park, then there must be something special about him. Slowly, they are recognising that I pose a threat to the Champion, to the roster and most importantly, to the future of Full Intensity Wrestling. And I think - I hope - that scares them." Clutching his hands together, Ash chuckles and stares into the camera. Toby: "What about Prime? According to some sources close to Smarty Smark, Prime has actually written a hit list and your name is on there, along with Onikage, El Lumberjacko and a few others." Ash: "Prime can write all the lists he wants. But the only way he is going to be able to bump me off is if he gets back in the ring with me. And seeing as he isn't too keen on doing that, I guess I will just have to hand-deliver myself on Sunday night." Toby: "And Shaun Wilson? He's said he wants another shot at the Fighting Spirit Championship." Ash: "Anytime he likes, he's got it. I need to defend the belt against someone at some point, and I guess I might as well take it easy for the first one. Shaun Wilson may have beaten me once, but I made him suffer and I am truly surprised he wants another crack at the whip. If Keenan can set it up, then I look forward to a future contest with Shaun Wilson or any willing sacrifice." With a smirk, Ash nods to the camera as Toby presses on with the interview. Toby: "Anyone in the match that concerns you?" Ash: "Nobody. And everybody. As I said last night, the Associates are a force to be reckoned with if they focus. Same for everyone else. It may be that I hit the ring and everyone decides to work me over. That scares me, because as great as I am, I don't truly think I can handle ten or twelve people punch, kicking and biting me. Not my sort of thing. But if they stand divided, they will fall divided and that is what I am hoping for. Form an alliance in this match at your own risk.." Holding his gaze with the camera, Ash places his hand over the microphone and lowers it away from Toby's mouth, preventing him from asking any further questions. Ash looks over to Maxx, then turns on his heels and moves toward the two red doors, then disappears into the production area. Toby watches, looking slightly disappointed as the door shuts, then shuffles toward Maxx and grins. Toby: "So, Maxx Anderson, as Ash's mentor, are we going to see you on ReVolt this Sunday?" Maxx: "No, lad, you're not. I offered my help, Ash refused. That's his choice and I have to respect it. So I'm headed to the airport in a minute and I'm going back to Reading to watch the show from my armchair." Toby: "What do you think of his chances on Sunday?" Maxx: "They're strong. He's got a good chance, but it's all about the luck of the draw. Knowing Ash, he'll be wanting to throw every single opponent out of the ring and that's the sort of attitude that is more likely to bite you in the arse. Me, personally, I'd sit on the outside and wait 'til the last couple of guys were left, then I'd storm in fresh and throw them out. But whether Ash does that or looks to throw everyone out, it's his choice and he'll stick to his guns. I just hope for his sake that he manages to do it." The two men nod to one another and Maxx takes a swig on his bottle of Guinness. Before Toby can ask another question, Ash reappears in the doorway and walks out into the corridor. Ash looks to Toby, then to Maxx and smirks. Ash: "Lets go find you a bar." A big grin spreads across Maxx's face and Ash leads the way down the corridor. Toby watches the two men walk off and smiles to himself, almost in a self-pitying manner. As Toby saunters off to find his next victim, the scene fades and promptly closes out.
