Blink sits alone on the floor inside of her dark bedroom, the curtains are just as wide open as the blinds yet the fact that there isn’t a sun out is the real reason for the darkness. There’s some moonlight, but there’s only just enough to point out Blink with her back planted firmly against the wall and knees pushed tight into her chest with arms wrapped around and head hanging low.
Yakuhara isn’t around, thankfully, as he’s out on yet another party run.
He really seems to enjoy going out to those. Plenty of girls willing to get drunk and willing to do anything to get drunk. Luckily, there’s Yakuhara to help them out on that,
Catherine is resting inside her bedroom lying on her side reading a novel with the lamp shinning from over her shoulder.
Not a raunchy novel or anything you’d probably expect someone like Catherine to read, actually it’s “Pelican Brief” by John Grisham. She doesn’t seem too far into it, but at the same time she’s not exactly at the beginning. Possibly just beyond the main characters first hurdle. I myself haven’t read it, but I did see “Time to Kill”.
There’s noise too coming form Catherine’s bedroom, actually if given a moment…yes, yes it is.
The “Macross Plus” soundtrack. “Information High” by the sounds of it, and judging by the little circular arrow on the stereo’s display, she seems to have been listening to this one over and over again.
It’s no surprise that Catherine seems to really enjoy this song as her foot bounces off the other legs ankle to the beat but she still seems to maintain a good focus on her novel.
Normally, the light from Catherine’s reading lamp would illuminate most of the kitchen as her door is indeed situated to face it. However, said door remains closed as Catherine has chosen not to interfere with whatever Blink is doing. Therefore, even the music is at a suitable volume.
Resting on the table by her stereo is Catherine’s barbwire skipping rope with the two rounded off wooden handles that seem to shimmer in the moonlight. Something she keeps close by should Yakuhara ever try anything to her, but more importantly she keeps it close by to stop him from molesting Blink.
Not that it’s what Catherine would aim for, but if it came to either protecting herself or Blink from Yakuhara, or anyone for that matter, she would obviously and selflessly shove Summer from the path of destruction and take it full brunt instead. That seems to be her current mindset and therefore finds relief in the fact that they’re the only ones currently occupying the residence.
As mentioned Yakuhara is away on his own description of business, so he’ll be gone all night. It’s actually not an impressive thing to bring girls back to a laundry room and to your bedroll. Yakuhara probably just rents out a place downtown and claim it to be his own, with all the money he has that’d be no surprise. However, Catherine doesn’t really care as all it means is he’s gone all night and most times the following day.
Right now Catherine’s mind is on two things, her book and the music, but mostly her book. Yet in the back of her mind there is the thought of how Blink is doing right now. She did seem okay by her wish to see her girlfriend,
But something still seemed troubling by her demeanour, like there was something else.
Catherine realizes she’s been reading the same sentence for longer than the songs duration and lowers the book to stare ahead at the wall.
There can’t be anything wrong with Blink right now, therefore Catherine shakes her head and lifts her book back up to resume reading. Besides, if something were wrong she’d come talk to her.
Having not moved an inch, Blink sits in the near absolute darkness of her room as outside the windows, tree branches sway and dance a slow waltz to the winds own brand of music.
Blood trickles down from her lower lip over where Blink is biting down on it.
Blinks eyes look at the floor between her feet as though something there were alive and moving innocently enough.
Blinks eyes suddenly shut tight.
Slowly, Blink’s eyes open up as they remain situated on the spot between her feet before slowly rising up to her feet. The song repeats itself over inside of Catherine’s bedroom when the door opens slowly. Catherine peers up and is somewhat relieved to see Blink standing there with a far away look in her eyes. However, she could just be sleepy as Catherine smiles closing the book over her index finger. Catherine: Hey, Summer. Nice night we have out there, huh? Not a word or change, or even addition, of emotion as Blink steps into the room. Feeling uncertain about the way her partner is behaving, Catherine slowly gets her feet on the floor and stands up in front of Blink. Catherine: Summer? Something wro— To Catherine’s surprise, Blink pretty much rams her lips into her own while holding her head still by both sides of the jaw. Shaking hands causes Catherine to drop her book and for a brief moment she seems to really be into this, but suddenly comes to her senses and pulls away from Blink. Catherine: Summer! What was that all a— Blink: Shut up… Catherine: Pardon? Blink: I said shut up! Blink slaps a hand fiercely across Catherine’s face knocking the blue haired hellcat off her feet causing her to land face first back on the bed. Catherine rolls around quickly but finds her wrist caught by Blink who takes hold of the other wrist before laying them over one another keeping them pinned down over Catherine’s head by a hand. With her other hand, Blink starts ripping away at the top of Catherine’s shirt in attempt to force the seams holding the buttons in place to break. Catherine: Summer…stop it! No matter how much Catherine seems to struggle, she’s pitted up against a new found strength and scary determination in her partner the likes of which she’s never seen. All the harsh training under Emily has finally paid off, though it’s pretty safe to assume that this isn’t what she had in mind how Blink would use it. With this new might Blink manages to get whatever buttons are set to their job to break away or either become undone as the front of Catherine’s bra now lay exposed. A redness in Catherine’s cheeks as she continues to squirm afraid of what’s coming off next. However, it’s not her bra that Blink goes for as she instead uses her free hand to begin unbuttoning her own shirt until it becomes as open as Catherine’s shirt. Catherine: Please stop. “Stop…I can’t stop.” Blink’s mind seems to be the only thing sane in her entire body as her free hand now works down at Catherine’s jeans fidgeting furiously with the belt before working away at the button and finally the zipper as Catherine lets out a few more shrieks now wishing anyone, even Yakuhara, were around. At least someone like him would cause enough of a distraction so that she can break free. Yet another glance into Blink’s eyes brings to light the fact that nothing could deter her from continuing. “I don’t…” Blink tries her best with one hand to get Catherine’s jeans entirely off but can barely get them to mid thigh level and therefore releases her grip of the wrists to use both hands. Now’s her chance as Catherine pushes herself up but only gets her face pressed back down by the scary strength of Blink who begins pulling at the jeans one cuff at a time. “I don’t…I don’t want to feel this way anymore. Please, Catherine…” Blink manages to slide them off as Catherine struggles with both hands to get the one hand off the side of her face. Though the more she struggles there the more pressure that gets pressed down. But it’s not like it’s all Catherine does as she kicks and flails her legs around but that only seems to backfire as Blink uses enough of the momentum to get the jeans entirely off before tossing them onto the floor. “Hate me.” Without stopping to think, Blink digs her fingers underneath Catherine’s panties before giving them a few furious tugs causing the wearer to let out a few moans of pain until they finally snap enough at the ends that they soon dangle loosely around the thighs. “Please…Please hate me.” Blink crawls onto the bed quickly straddling the half exposed body of Catherine before pinning both hands over her head once more. The two girls lock eyes and before Catherine can once again plead for some sanity to return to her partner, Blink presses her lips once more against hers more forcefully than before and much longer. This time, Catherine feels her eyes begin to roll back and close as though having lost the will to keep up the struggle. This kiss lasts a bit longer than necessary as Blink pulls away letting the saliva trail between their lips act as some sort of conduit keeping them together. A glazed over expression, Catherine looks to the side of the room away from Blink as the woman in question softly slides off grabbing hold of the barbwire skipping rope on the table by the stereo. “I beg you, I don’t like this feeling I’m having lately.” Catherine rolls her head over slowly just in time to notice Blink standing over her holding onto the skipping ropes rounded handle in the opposite sense. An underhand grip near the connection point of where the barbwire is attached. At first Catherine isn’t certain of what Blink is planning, but when she feels her leg being shifted to the side she quickly puts up a sudden protest. Catherine: Don— Once again Catherine’s pleas are interrupted, this time by a hand gripping hold of her throat forcing her to remain lying on the bed. A quick moment as Blink waits to see if there’ll be any more disruptions before she continues to slowly spread Catherine’s left leg to the side locking it with her own leg. Her eyes firmly locked on Catherine’s as she watches and whimpers silently over the hand gripping her throat. Without breaking this gaze, Blink begins running her tongue along the sides of the already glazed handle. “Please…don’t look at me…don’t talk to me…don’t acknowledge me…just…just HATE ME!” Blink’s hand powers forward toward the open target as Catherine lets out a bloodcurdling shriek of pain that keeps going for what seems like hours in this time. As though having been brought back to her senses, Blink releases her hold over Catherine’s throat and begins to stumble backwards before turning to leave finding it somewhat awkward just to walk. She stops in the doorway to look over her shoulder at the still openly sobbing Catherine lying on her side with a small blood trail below her and barbwire jump rope sticking out of her like a tail prior to making her way entirely out of the room closing the door gently behind her. Like a marionette whose strings were just cut, Blink staggers back to her room before dropping face first into her own bed curling up into the fetal position weeping a little herself. |
