Chokeslam city! Population…Kimberly? Releasing his grip on Kimberly’s throat, Sadovsky stands back up and looks around the training gym allowing his manager to sit up to take a few deep heavy breaths. Sadovsky looks down at her with disgusted surprise as the blond stares straight ahead of her through the ring ropes at nothing in particular. Sadovsky: Why are you holding back? Kimberly: Huh? Sadovsky: Normally, you would never allow yourself to be gripped by throat so easily. This isn’t most important match, but it leads just to it. So if you are holding back in training now… “It’s Cyndi Sullivan that’s on my mind. I hardly ever lose to anyone, let alone twice to the same person. And the way she fought that second time around makes me wonder if she was just toying with me the first time. I have to find out.” Having not heard from her since “Huh?”, Sadovsky makes coughing noise from deep inside his throat which ends up garnering her attention. Looking up, Kimberly finds Sadovsky staring down with no change in expression. Kimberly: Oh, I am sorry, Pyotr. I, uh, ‘ave something on my mind. I will just be back in a moment or two. Finding it unnecessary to get to her feet, Kimberly instead rolls out of the ring and hurries her way to the back where she can find a means of delivering a message leaving Sadovsky behind in the training ring wondering exactly what’s going on. Rebecca: The next match after this is more important, huh? That voice, that attemptive heavenly voice, leaning both arms on the rings apron is Rebecca Hunter who shoots Sadovsky a quick smirk before gesturing him to follow her. Sadovsky refuses to go any further than just outside the ring so others can step in and get in a little training themselves. Rebecca: Well you’re no fun; I wanted to see how far you’d go out with me. Sadovsky: What is it you want? Rebecca: I just wanted to remind you that there’s more than just you this week in the ring. Sadovsky: I know. Rebecca: First there’s Keith Williams who has gone through such violent extremes just to make his claim heard. Sadovsky: I know. Even if he doesn’t rub it, it’s obvious Sadovsky right now is feeling a little throb of pain in the back of his head as he vividly remembers the repeated chair shots. Rebecca: The of course there’s Ash who has practically got to defend his already secured right to face Jenny. Sadovsky: I understand that, and if he is looking to place blame on this to anybody he should not look at me. This is all merely ball rolling from my retribution over Keith Williams. And I am certain, however, that Ash will not place blame for this but instead excel in thought that he is finally getting chance at retribution. It has not been long on calendar, but for Ash Koopa I am certain it has felt like eternity. Rebecca: Yeah, especially since Keith made him look like a huge idiot that time. Sadovsky: I am referring to Dual Crown contendership garden. Rebecca: Garden? Sadovsky: Yes, because many people never stay there for long but when you are there you feel at ease knowing exactly what is to come. I have visited garden twice and the feeling is quite…nostalgic. But they were both for one night only. Ash Koopa has been there for months feeling the safety and security of future title match that will go unchallenged. For example, it did not matter who defeated Jenny at ReVolt Against Champions, Ash Koopa knew that he would be fighting one of us regardless. Rebecca: So title contenderships are a garden. Sadovsky: But now there is intruder to peace, Keith Williams has barged way in with steel chair in hand. Rebecca: Okay, this is beginning to sound like some fairy tale or something. What happens next? Ash unleashes the holy power of the Grand Prix title and it turns into a sword or something? Sadovsky: You are taking this too literally, I am simply speaking metaphorically. My point is that back when he first won Grand Prix, Ash Koopa knew he would be fighting for Dual Crown title. When he was injured, Ash Koopa still knew when he came back he would be getting Dual Crown title shot. When he returned, Ash Koopa realized he would be getting title shot at Summer of Sin. Up until two weeks ago there has been no hitch in plan and now Keith Williams is forcing for front spot in line. Ash Koopa will still get title shot, but if he loses he will have to wait longer in garden, which will become twisted and mangled. Rebecca: And where do you fit into all of this? I mean, by all rights shouldn’t Ash be just as upset with you this week? I don’t think he’s going to let the whole retribution against Keith thing slide so well, especially since you’ve already had your shot at him. Sadovsky: Yes, that is why I am going for win this weekend. Rebecca: You are? Sadovsky: Yes. A match like this against Jenny would be very intriguing. As I recall she wasn’t too fond of fighting fresh Sadovsky and the thought of another ambush by Keith Williams during match would make things very interesting. Rebecca: So is there anyone in particular then that you’ll be focusing on this week? Sadovsky: Ash Koopa, I understand your knee is not in best of shape. I will try and focus there. Keith Williams, your back must be in pain after taking such a fall off of ladder. A nice target for Final Chapter perhaps? Rebecca: Okay, so both is your— Sadovsky: And Sadovsky, his head has not been feeling too well lately. Rebecca: --answer and…WHAT?! Why’d you just give away your own weakness? A little smirk from Sadovsky. Sadovsky: To make things interesting this week. |
