Skipping? No longer. Blink doesn't exactly have that kind of energy in her anymore. It's not just the match she's had to fight, it's the fact that she's officially (as she would call it) alone. Her time now is spent with nothing, she's just thankful that she has this date with Sarah to do otherwise she wouldn't know what to do with herself.

She stops at a door looking up to see Sarah's name on it. She should be excited, Sarah shouldn't see her upset. So Blink takes this moment before knocking to work on her smile. Pleasant, happy, don't upset the girl upon first sight. With that ready, Blink lightly knocks her knuckles against the door...no. Instead she looks over and notices one of the clocks up against the wall telling her that it's actually 10:59am. She can't go in now, can she? A minute early? What if Sarah isn't ready yet? Blink said eleven so she's going to make sure it's eleven, it's only right. But...how many seconds into 11:00am? Too late and it shows that Blink may have forgotten or is trying to be fashionably late, totally not like her as it builds up too much attention. Too early it might show she's far too anxious to get things started, and maybe over. Half past? It sounds way too exact for Sarah to think it's a coincidence. When...oh no! 11:01 already?

*Knock-Knock*

Blink steps back. Is there time for one final thing? Blink quickly dusts off her white sundress and straightens out the white bow in her hair. Maybe a bit overdone for a first date, but then again Blink doesn't exactly have the largest wardrobe. In fact given that Emily's always told her that buying such things was hardly necessary. Why would Blink ever have need for nice looking clothing? Following the adjusting to her outfit, Blink wipes away any specs from her cheeks and forehead. Presentable, show her that this date is as important to yourself as it must be for her. Now ready, Blink puts on her pleasant smile. No sense bringing up her fight with Emily if Sarah doesn't enquire, right? Right.

Maybe even if she does.

Where is it? That stupid little slip of paper for the rental. It had to have been left at the arena. And that is why we are here. Sarah steps out of the 2012 Mustang GT convertible that was comparable to her own back in the States. Of course, not exactly everything was right, this was France after all. Keys jingle as the "Mistress of Mischief" steps out of her ride, wearing a pair of denim blue jeans, a black long sleeve v-cut and a pair of Italian leather boots, also black. This was fashionable, and of course only added to her overall beauty.

Down the hall, to the dressing room. Surely they haven't been in there yet? The event was just last night...a Sunday. And it was early, hopefully the cleaning crews haven't come by yet. Turn at the end of the corridor and...Blink. Blink? What is she doing here? Oh right, we have a "date" with her. But why is she at the arena? Sarah had been back at her hotel room since after the show. Luckily for Blink, Sarah had to come back here. Either way, I suppose this timing is perfect.

We still don't know what has happened since the last they spoke, so let's not mention Blink's stupidity in showing up here. I know, we'll act as if this was the plan all along. She hasn't noticed Sarah yet, so this leaves a perfect opportunity for Sarah. She walks up behind Blink and reaches her hands around, covering Blink's eyes.

Sarah: Guess who?

It was playful, and maybe even a little more sincere than Sarah had intended. She was in a good mood after all, two weeks here, and two victories under her belt. She had Blink wrapped around her finger, and everything was exactly how it should be. Sarah doesn't wait for Blink to answer, she just giggles, removing her hands and allows Blink to turn around and face her.

Sarah: I'm so glad you remembered our date....I was almost afraid to think I'd been....stood up.

Another lie. Cover up the fact that Sarah had actually been the one who completely forgot about this "date." It wasn't typically like Sarah to remember someone she didn't care about. But in this case, she does wind recalling the plans. After all, she was to benefit from it all. How are we going to get through this date? I know, focus on everything that you do like about Blink.

.....

Okay, well she does have kind of a cute accent. Australian maybe? British? Not sure, but that was somewhat interesting. I think that's about it. Not much to build on, but it will have to do. She looks at Blink, waiting to see her reaction. Obviously she was going to be excited about this date. About spedning time with Sarah. Wouldn't she?

Blinks first reaction is glee, happy to see Sarah approach her seemingly ready for the date. Then troubled because Sarah didn't come from the dressing room. Indeed, what a stupid thing to do. Of course Sarah wouldn't be there, but then again it's not like Blink knew where she was staying at. In her excitement for this days planning, the Bad Girl completely forgot to ask. She's about to apologize but the remembers that Sarah wants her “strong”. A small smile and then Blink compares outfits. Sarah is on the top line of fashion while Blink looks like she's just walked out of some high school dance. Feeling a little nervous about the difference in their apparel makes Blink want to apologize again...but she needs to remain strong. So again she just smiles and tries to focus on something else.

Blink: [size0]You shouldn't worry, Miss. Sarah, I would never, um, stood you up.

As Blink has never really been on many dates in her life, Sarah's term comes new to her. Though at least she's able to get the gist of it at first thinking it meant helping her out of bed after, well...something Blink shouldn't be thinking about right now. Or ever.

Blink: [size0]I talked...um...with...

Before her talk with Emily, Blink was looking forward to this moment. Telling Sarah that she did as was requested. Now Blink doesn't even want to think about that either. But it was indeed Sarah's idea so the chances of her wanting to hear how it panned out are quite high. Blink eyes to the side biting her lower lip feeling ashamed with how things played out, then remembers that Sarah wants her strong. Whether it meant in this capacity or not, Blink takes a deep breath and eyes her date for the afternoon.

Blink: [size0]I talked with Lady Emily about her correcting me and...and...she dismissed me.

She does feel a little better having gotten it out. She was afraid that if she held it in it might come out as an emotional mess when Sarah did eventually ask. Not something Blink wants to do again, have an emotional episode during a date. Poor Kamen Ranger. Not to mention the fact that after the night she spent with him she made a date with Sarah. What was she thinking? Oh right, Blink just reacted. Went with the flow. Sarah wanted the date and Blink's just here to help a friend.

Blink: [size0]Not that it was your fault or anything, Miss. Sarah. I-I mean because of your idea, it was...it was my fault.

Blink does a little bow out of instinct before straightening herself up with another smile ready to put that mess behind her. She's once more locking eyes with Sarah, but she's not finding herself as mesmerized. Maybe because at the moment there's no sexual tension between them. Blink just sees this moment and date as two friends hitting the town.

Blink: [size0]So, are you ready?

She asks holding out her hand as though it's something Sarah wants to take hold of on the first date. She probably doesn't so Blink pulls the hand back and is ready to leave it with her other but figures that's rude to make the invite and then take it back. So a little blush mixed with a nervous smile later and Blink sort of just leaves her hand out there hanging a little. Just enough so that if Sarah wants to take it she can, but still close enough to Blink that she can easily accept the response if she doesn't want to.

Dismissed she says? Oh how delightful! This couldn't even be any better. Not only would this make things easier with Blink, but it is also quite the ego stroke to Sarah. Blink had mentioned several people who did not agree with Emily's training...and none of them were able to get through. And now, after only one meeting....Sarah has succeeded. It was another testament to just how manipulative she could be. Alright, let's not exhibit any joy on the matter. Sarah widens her eyes as if to appear shocked, and sorry for Blink. But on the inside, she's grinning it up.

Sarah: I...I don't understand? Dismissed you? Simply for speaking to her about it?

On the contrary. Sarah understood alright. Someone with that much control over a person doesn't want to lose it. However, there is only so long that you can beat obedience into someone. This is exactly why Sarah intended to garner Blink's obedience with seduction and lure. Now with Emily out of the way, that was going to be much less difficult to accomplish.

Sarah: Well, I said that I would help to train you. Seeing as you no longer have a trainer. And please....don't think of it as a burden or a bother. It would make me so happy because we'd get to spend more time together.

More like Sarah would get to keep her eyes on Blink more often, to keep out any interference. She wasn't going to order Blink not to spend time with other people, she simply would make Blink want to be with her all of the time. But....wait a minute here. Sarah can easily see that Blink doesn't seem as enthralled with her. Not "under the spell" this time. She needed to remain enchanted, and infatuated with Sarah. That's alright, we can fix that. She wanted to hold hands? Eh, why not? There wasn't anything too disgusting with that. And besides, it would only further keep Blink at Sarah's side.

Sarah: I cherish every moment we get to spend together....

Sure she did. So long as Blink believes that, then that's all that matters. Sarah slides her hand into Blink's waiting palm. She is sure to do it slowly, caressing her way into it, almost tickling it as she took hold. Her soft and smooth hand presses against Blink's and their fingers interlock. Sarah smiles, staring at Blink with yet another twinkle of her emerald eyes.

Sarah: So I hope it's....o...okay to spend some time training after we're done with pampering? C...cause it'd mean our time together wouldn't have to....well end so quickly.

She pours on the facade again. That nervous tone, looking hopeful that Blink would say yes. And her eyes, that look. Surely she would be devastated if Blink turned her down. She seemed to genuinely want to spend as much time as possible with Blink. And that's exactly what she wanted, to seem to be very in to Blink.

Blink had, at first, let out a girlish giggle when Sarah put in that small tickle to her palm. Now that, that their hands are tightly in one another, she smiles. Not only that but her full attention is on Sarah's eyes. There's a slight blush to her cheeks as she looks down at the floor, but only momentarily as she takes a quick glance back at Sarah's glimmering emerald coloured eyes. Just something about them...

Blink: [size0]I...I really don't want to talk about Lady Emily dismissing me. I...

She shakes her head and looks back at Sarah with a smile. Nothing else of her body matters, just those eyes.

Blink: [size0]That isn't to say that if you do want to talk about it that I won't...

Wait, now she's actually willing to open up to her? How long did it take for Kamen Ranger to get a real smile from her? Now she's willing to go on about personal details with Sarah? It's again, a trouble of Blink liking the cute ones. And to her, at the moment, Sarah is the cutest thing she's ever seen. Especially considering that she's spent the past few silent moment just staring at her. She knows she shouldn't, it's rude, and besides...

Blink: [size0]Though training?

Uh-oh.

Blink: [size0]Well, you aren't a Lady,

Uh-oh.

Blink: [size0]But...I...I think...I think that I can make an ex-cep-tion for you, Miss. Sarah.

Blink sends out a warm smile not even realizing until a few moments in that her thumb is slowly stroking the side of Sarah's hand. She looks surprised at first but then just blushes even looking as though she's about to let out yet another girlish giggle. All that happens though is the playful smile and shrug combination that's just a few shades below actually laughing. Oh the innocent fun these two are having. But if Sarah wants to get in a little training, then they really should be going. Blink, having been so into Sarah's eyes, seems to forget that perhaps Sarah was coming back here for a reason as she starts walking down the hall letting her and her date's hand swing in between them.

Blink: [size0]So...wh-what kind of training were you thinking?

What kind of training? What kind is there?

Blink: [size0]Lady Emily was teaching me proper life etiquette, combat readiness, emotional control, um...

Short laugh.

Blink: [size0]I think if I said “everything”, that would be easier, wouldn't it?

Another smile as Blink looks down the hall.

Blink: [size0]Lady Catherine had to write an entire book on how I was to behave around her.

She turns back toward Sarah aiming her gaze first right on the eyes again.

Blink: [size0]But...you don't have to go that far if you don't want to, Miss. Sarah.

Another little laugh. Is she serious about that? Or...I mean if Sarah insisted, would Blink just tell her she was just bringing it it as a joke? Still, the way she said it, it certainly implies something. She's really trusting of this chick, isn't she?

Blink: [size0]So...did you bring a car? Lady Emily never allowed me to get a license.

Of course she didn't.

No time to get that darn receipt now. It really didn't matter anyhow, it was merely a slip of paper. Surely they could give Sarah a duplicate. She half cracks a smile as Blink begins rubbing her thumb along the outside of her hand. Sarah secures her grip, letting Blink know she was okay with it. But why? She wasn't a lesbian at all. But how do we know that? She's never been in any relationship. Not with a man, nor a woman. Sarah didn't believe in wasting time on relationships. But she did have to admit, this was almost like having a real friend. She'd never even attempted that before. But Blink was so naive, so innocent and so sincere that Sarah couldn't help but feel just a small sense of sincerity in it all from her own self. She almost felt bad about what she was doing here...almost, but not quite enough to stop.

Sarah: Of course I have a car.

She smiles. How could Blink not have a driver's license? She could understand how Emily wanted to control her, because that's what Sarah wanted to do. But not even be able to drive? There wasn't even a plausible explanation for that. Oh well, it is what it is, I suppose. She continues down the hall with Blink, hand in hand. She returns the favor as she gives Blink a rub on her hand as well and the two wind up in the parking lot. There sits Sarah's rental. A gorgeous 2012 Mustang GT Convertible. Jet Black. Sarah presses the electronic door opener and the doors unlock. She pulls open the driver's side door and pauses a moment, looking across at Blink.

Sarah: So, I am not a Lady, eh? What exactly does one need to be doing in order to be a "Lady" in your eyes, Summer?

She addressed Blink by her actual name. It helps to make someone feel human, and not as if they are nothing when gaining their confidence. You certainly don't go about seducing someone by making them feel like shit. But back to the question at hand. Not a Lady? Should Sarah be kicking her ass? Humiliating her? Punishing her and confining her from any and all self made decisions? Is that what Blink thought of as a "Lady?" Sarah was intrigued but at the same time almost insulted by it. She was offering this pathetic twit training and the only response she gets is "You aren't a Lady?" What was that even supposed to mean?

Blink's eyes beam with happiness at both the question and the fact that she's been referred to by her first name. It is a little surprising hearing it being said without her say so, as it is one of the things she tries to be the one to allow it, but she's not too upset because it helps their relationship and again Blink wants to do as much as she can to help Sarah out in figuring herself out. And the question, a perfect topic in Blink's mind. She can go all day explaining the “Lady System” and other things attributing to it without ever losing her smile or the expressions meaning.

Blink: [size0]The Lady System is the greatest thing in the world. Currently it only has five Ladies in it, but each one is special. There's Lady Emily, Lady Catherine, Lady Pixie, Lady Spice, and Lady Nikita. Each one I devote myself to their protection and happiness. How one becomes a Lady is they have something I wish to protect.

Lady Emily you might already know, she saved my life and the system was created then to allow me a way in which I could pay her back. Lady Catherine I wish to protect because I don't like the idea of her protecting me without payment. So I protect her right back! I wish to protect Lady Pixie's warm heart and very caring nature. She may come across as harsh to those outside of her circle, but when you really get to know her she's actually a really nice person. Lady Spice I, um...I...I wish...to protect her devotion toward her dream. Yeah.

Certainly one way of putting it. Actually, Spice forced herself into the system in exchange for allowing her to see her friend. It's a thought right now that has Blink actually lose her smile as she traces a few fingers along her throat. Not a good memory, but she had her reasons and Blink can respect that. Anyway, only one more. Luckily she's one that cheers Blink right back up.

Blink: [size0]Lady Nikita is sweet and she's taught me all kinds of things like how to be a woman. Her loving nature toward her sister, and the amount of respect she showed to everyone around her...it was only a matter of time until I requested she become a Lady.

Sounds like a pretty nice little system, but there lies a darker side to it. It's not that Blink literally signs control of her life to these women, there's also the part of it that builds up a certain sense of confidence in her. So much. Too much. It's scary confidence.

Blink: [size0]So basically these Ladies were chosen by me because their traits were something I am willing to die for protecting. It is my dream.

Blush on the cheeks, Blink lets out a sigh just thinking about dying in the name of one of her Ladies. Then she realizes she's still just standing by the car. Blink quickly opens up her door and gets in buckling herself up before turning toward Sarah.

Blink: [size0]Why do you ask, Miss. Sarah? Are you wishing to become a Lady?

She asks with a pleasant smile as though she were already considering asking Sarah. Not yet, though. She likes Sarah, there's no denying that, but maybe she just hasn't found the trait worth dying for yet.

Interesting definition of "Lady" from Blink. Not what Sarah had thought of at all when she inquired. That's alright though, now the feeling of insult was no longer present. Behind all of the abuse, the control and the lack of decision making, Blink was actually making a choice on her own. Sarah wasn't going to force anything on her. Time would do everything for her. She smiles at Blink, now too getting inside of the car. She straps her seat belt on and turns the ignition. She looks to Blink once more.

Sarah: I will only be a "Lady" if and when you ask it of me. Until then, we will continue on as we have been. If that's alright with you, of course?

She again smiles, looking at Blink with those twinkling emerald eyes. Sarah reaches down and turns on the radio. They were in France, but you'd be surprised at how music is international. The station that was on already has a song playing. Sarah listens for a moment to see what it is.

"You ain't got the right to tell me, when and where to go no right to tell me. Acting like you own me lately. You don't know a thing about me...no you don't know a thing about me."

Sarah shrugs somewhat as the Kelly Clarkson hit plays on. She had a good voice, but it wasn't Sarah's cup of tea. She changes the station.

"I've got the moves like Jagger, Got the mov..."

*Click!*

Sarah immediately turns the radio from the stations and instead to CD.

Sarah: Ugh, I hate that song!

She shakes her head as she now grabs a CD from her car holder and slides it into the player. The tracks load up and soon Evanescence begins playing. She looks over to Blink again, smiling.

Sarah: So, what kind of music do you like?

She asks casually as she puts the car into gear and they begin off to the salon for the beginning of their date. This was going to go exactly as planned. Although somewhere amidst it all, Sarah was actually starting to have some fun being around Blink. She'd never truthfully admit it, but there was a sense of companionship there whether she liked it or not. How was this all going to turn out? Could she continue to seduce Blink without actually going a bit farther? This might take some thought, but there has to be a way, doesn't there?

Blink rests deeply in the carseat just a little nervous as Sarah begins driving toward their first stop. Already Blink could feel herself changing, she was never exactly used to being in the front passenger seat as she always opted to sit in the back during trips with Alanya and Catherine. Emily had told her not to try for a license under the thought that it would mean she’d grow far too used to driving and would stop walking or running or anything of the sort to certain areas. But looking over at Sarah seems to calm her down with a little blush to her cheeks. She can’t help but feel like their some sort of couple now, even if they are just friends. However, the way they approached the car hand in hand with the little added pressure, the evening discussion they had together, Blink can’t help but smile over how more of a couple than friends they are.

Blink: [size0]It is okay, Miss Sarah. I really like the moment when I give myself to someone like this.

A calm smile as Blink eyes the road ahead of them.

Blink: [size0]Like last time I filled my dressing room with flowers for Lady Nikita’s pact deal signing.

A tender blush as Blink remembers Nikitas reaction to said sight. And what a sight it was; flowers everywhere. Then again Blink had spent every cent she had for said design.

Blink: [size0]She really enjoyed it.

So it could mean she’s planning something with Sarah. Something more extravagant? Knowing Blink she’ll try and personalize it to Sarah’s tastes so maybe instead she’s waiting to get to know her a little better before she can begin planning.

Blink: [size0]Music? Oh…um…I don’t mind Lady Gaga.

Gee, wonder why.

Blink: [size0]Though I don’t really spend much time listening to music. Lady Emily always considered it a dis-trac-tion to my training.

A sudden gasp as Blink turns in her seat toward the new redhead in her life.

Blink: [size0]I-I’m so sorry, Miss. Sarah. I can’t help but keep mentioning her. I’m really sorry.

A sheepish look on her face as she eyes down at her feet shuffling around slightly on the floor mat. She knows that her life with Emily is over and that she needs to move on, yet she can’t help but think about her. Seeing Sarah’s red hair certainly doesn’t help matters. But maybe if she knew what was planned she could further look forward to it.

Blink: [size0]I-I know that I’m only repeating myself, Miss. Sarah, but…what sort of training did you have in mind for later?

If she knew she could make herself excited to do it. With Sarah.

Blink: [size0]And…um, what…what were your, uh, your…parents like?

Obviously a touchy subject, though clearly Blink’s asking with sheer sincerity and a shadowed mind on the instances of Sarah’s life. Still, let’s see how long Sarah can keep her composure, shall we? Then again this is all after Sarah threatened her, so maybe it’s okay to get a little irate with the girl once in a while.

Keeping her eyes on the road, Sarah listens on as Blink speaks. They drive through the beautiful French countryside leaving St. Denis. Just a few miles away was the salon that Sarah was planning to take Blink to. But they had a short while to talk a bit along the way. It did indeed annoy Sarah a great deal that Blink was still speaking of Emily, but she wouldn't mention it as such. Instead, she opts to use her misdirection again to keep that subject buried.

Sarah: No need to apologize. I understand that you spent a great deal of time with her. It's a difficult thing to adjust to. But you have me to spend lots of time with now.

She glances at Blink and smiles, giving Blink that look that screams "I hope that's a good thing!"

Sarah: Not that....well that I would replace her. I just hope I can be there to help start a new chapter in your life.

Of course she wanted to replace Emily. That was the idea from the start, and it was definitely working. But she isn't going to say that. No, no not at all. She needs to be deeply sorry for Blink. And she would be. Now again, we have an opening to move off of the subject. Lady Gaga huh? Dammit! We don't have a Lady Gaga CD with us. That's alright, we'll just leave Evanescence playing.

Sarah: I'll have to remember to pick up a Lady Gaga CD when we get back to the States.

I suppose Sarah could tolerate that. She didn't despise Gaga's music or anything, just not her normal choice of music. Moving along. What kind of training? Hell, Sarah wasn't even sure of that just yet, she'd only asked to keep Blink at her side for longer periods. But an answer, any answer would suffice. A clever answer from the master manipulator.

Sarah: Training? Well, we are going to start out with the most important things...which will be what helps you inside of the ring, as well as out of it. I want to help you completely, not just in one way.

This was actually the truth. No matter what Sarah's ultimate goals were, or what her overall intentions were, there was still that part of her that saw Blink how Rachel once was. So she would indeed help Blink, to some degree. Perhaps this is why Sarah feels more and more sincere about accepting Blink as a friend. A lover, she doesn't see that. But again, even taking a step towards friendship, real or phony, was a leap for Sarah. But then...that question....her parents? She had no fucking parents. The were dead, and even if they were not, they wouldn't exist to her. She does everything she can to hold in her anger at that mention. She doesn't want to ruin all that she's been working at with Blink. Though on this occasion, she cannot help it. The subject is one that runs far too deep for her. It was indeed what brought the hatred, and the evil to Sarah's heart. She shoots Blink a glare. A glare Blink had seen before. The exact look that Sarah had given to her when they very first met, though this one more intense. Even though this glare was more intense, Blink could see in Sarah's eyes that the anger within was not directly for her, but rather what she spoke of.

Sarah: Do not EVER bring them up again. I have no parents whatsoever.

The rest of her words were barely audible, but Blink was able to hear what Sarah muttered to herself with being seated right next to her.

Sarah: (muttering) After what they did to Rachel they have never existed to me.

It takes a few long moments before Sarah starts to calm down. Before she starts to return to the here and now, and focus on Blink and having a good time. She begins singing along to Evanescence as if nothing had just occurred. Maybe this was her way of dealing with it all?

Well...that was certainly something. Blink looks a little frightened of Sarah right now, she was trying so hard to keep her happy, not let that other Sarah out. She looks down at the dashboard right as her date begins singing along to the song. It's not one Blink knows, though even if she did the chances of her actually singing along right now are pretty slim. You'd also think she'd spend that time of silence to apologize but she doesn't. She just stares at the dashboard before muttering to herself deep under her breath.

Blink: Neither do I.

Is this finally a true connection between the two? Not just something built up on lies? Wow. If Sarah had heard that then there's Blink giving the inch. Two self proposed orphans travelling together, sounds like a bad summer movie...no pun intended. Or she didn't hear it as her singing was just too interesting to listen or watch her passenger.

Blink: [size0]Um...M-Miss. Sarah?

She's still pretty frightened of her right now, even playfully pretending like she's going to strike her will be enough to put Blink into hysterics. She's not thinking this was a bad idea, is she? Of course not, she sees that Sarah is upset and really wants her to be happy. Maybe that's...

Blink: [size0]I-If I'm...If I'm a-allowed to ask, um...is Miss. Rachael your sister? Or...

She's about to say “former lover” but cuts herself from saying it figuring that she couldn't be. Unless something so bad happened to her that it first turned Sarah off on women entirely and only now she's able to come from her shell. Oh no, what if asking about her will bring up more problems?

Blink: [size0]I-I also like Katy Perry! She recently dyed her hair pink too. Lady Catherine said it looked fake, like she was wearing a wig, but...I-I don't know. She looks good to me.

Once more Blink eyes the dashboard.

Blink: [size0]I really like her song “Firework”. Lady Emily never allowed me to listen to it. But since...

A deep sigh as still Blink hasn't gotten her out of her mind. She likes the idea of spending so much time with Sarah and she said it wouldn't be a burden so that makes her feel better about it. Still, she did lay down the rule of no kissing and to be honest the longer Blink stays with this woman the harder it is to contain herself. What about an innocent peck on the cheek? Later of course, in this state she's afraid that Sarah will grab her by the hair and slam her face repeatedly against the steering wheel before telling her “no”.

Blink: I also like CarmellDansen...

Yep, she just keeps going hoping Sarah will ultimately forget her question both recent and last asked.

Sarah continued to sing along, though she did hear Blink's words. This calms her slightly more. She glances over at Blink and smiles. They did have a connection here. Damn it! This makes it much harder to continue to deceive her. No wonder Sarah had this sense about this woman from the beginning. No matter what was to happen, no matter what her intentions were, she did now look at Blink as a true companion deep down inside. She wouldn't say so, not at this point anyhow. But it was there deep inside.

Sarah: I'm sorry....I know you didn't know. It's not your fault.

She wants to make certain Blink knows she wasn't angry with her. Just the subject altogether. Blink did mention not having parents herself, or that they disowned her. So the two were in the same boat as far as emotions. Now though on to the next statement from Blink. This one does not at all make Sarah angry. She can't believe Blink heard her muttered words. She was paying attention to everything that Sarah had to say. This actually made Sarah feel....well good inside. She'd never had anyone to talk to about these things, not since Selene. But she never opened up about them either. She smiles and nods, warmly speaking now to Blink.

Sarah: Yes, Rachel is my sister.

She reaches a free hand over and clutches Blink's hand in hers, holding it firmly. This wasa connection. And Sarah takes the initiative here, she wanted to hold Blink's hand. Maybe this whole idea of spending time with Blink would benefit her in more ways than one. I don't know what Sarah is thinking right now. It's probably a mixture of confusion and a sense of warmth, something she never expressed with anyone. But somehow, this simple woman who recently came into her life, was able to coax it out of her unknowingly.

Finally they arrive at the salon. Sarah pulls up to the parking lot and parks. This was a high end salon without question. Elegant and pristine. Sarah gets out of the car and instructs Blink to come with her. As they enter the building they are greeted by a woman in her mid twenties. Blonde haired, blue eyed beauty who looked like something off the cover of one of those fashion magazines.

Woman: Welcome back Miss Twilight. How are you doing today?

She speaks with an accent, as of course they were in France. Her English was spoken well. After all, this was an international hotspot in the world of salons. The woman acknowledges Blink as well. Sarah had obviously been here plenty of times before to be remembered by name. And indeed, anytime she had to travel to France, she'd make a stop here.

Sarah: Nice to see you again Yvette. For me, the usual, clear coat, protein glazed. No C-Cuts just push. And, work the roughs....

Sarah never got tips or acrylics or anything like that. She grew her own nails. They were elegant long, coming just about a half an inch past the tip of her finger. Not that gawdy long that some women would have, like a foot or any of that nonsense. She took pride in growing her nails on her own, but wasn't afraid to break one. She was, after all in the wrestling business. Though the protien glaze meant her nails would stay strong and would not easily break. Sarah pauses, taking one of Blink's hands and she looks at her nails. Nailbeds were nice, but it was obvious they'd never been manicured before. She looks back at Yvette now.

Sarah: For her, let's do french tips half inch, with three quarter wraps. Clear coat and soak. And for the both of us, wash, fluff and dry.

You see, no matter what country you're in, salon lingo is all the same. What all of this meant was that Sarah wanted only a clear polish on her nails, the kind that gives you a shine, but doesn't alter the nail's natural coloring. She was also getting a protien glaze for nail strength, she did not want her cuticles cut, but rather pushed back. For Blink, she was going to get nail tips placed, and as one might guess, they were half inch, meaning they'd come one half of an inch past the fingertip....much like Sarah's own nails. Three quarter wraps meant the nail would be wrapped in silk, rather than those gawdy acrylics. Two quarters of the nail clear and one quarter french white, is the ratio to make the nails look most natural. Clear coat for shine, and the soak was to massage the hands and fingertips in case of any future manicures. The both of them were also getting their hair washed, "fluffed" meaning to add volume, and blowdried. Sarah did take a big step here making this call for Blink, but she figured it would be a nice treat.

Sarah: Place that on my charge.

And she was going to pay for it all. This was a high end salon, so the prices were quite...well let's say high end as well. But with Sarah's earnings from previous contracts, and the newest, lucrative contract she'd gotten, this was nothing big to her. She looks again to Blink, smiling as the two prepared to get pampered.

Sarah: I hope you are enjoying yourself so far. And I hope that we can do this more often....well, spend time together I mean.

What was she doing? This was actually sincere. Was she really enjoying her time spent with Blink? Indeed she was. This was something she hadn't experienced in a long time. Just having someone else to talk to, to spend time with. But no, we can't let this cloud things. Their is a plan at work here, one that must be fulfilled. Real emotions and relationships are for the weak. Don't forget that, Sarah. Don't forget it!

Blink puts out a bit of a bashful smile toward Sarah knowing she too wanted to spend as much time as she could with her new friend. With Emily out of her life and no other women to really talk with, beyond an interview, Sarah was really the only path. Though she knows that Catherine will be returning, with everything Blink learned about childcare she knows her partner will be far too busy for moments like these. And it's too bad because being here with Sarah makes Blink realize that she and her could possibly make a couples date with Catherine and Alanya. A real girls night out at a bar, as Blink has seen done so many times in films. She pictures them laughing about jokes in between their drinks, though Blink will have a glass of water in front of her as well as Catherine, but things would still be nice. Blink's about to offer that suggestion but feels a hand press lightly against her back as a salon artist steps beside her with a warm smile offering her a seat so they can begin. Blink obliges, obviously, as she sits down resting her hands on the small counter between them as instructed so that the worker can get a good look at her nails. She shoots Sarah, who by now is in the midst of having her nails done as well, a glee filled smile as if to say “I can't believe I'm actually doing this”. Thankful, so thankful.

Alexis: I'm Alexis, what's your name?

Conversation? With the worker? Not that Blink thought herself above the employees here, actually she felt quite the opposite, but she was hoping she could keep talking with Sarah. Though perhaps a proper break can help make their relationship far greater in the end.

Blink: [size0]Su-Summer.

Alexis looks up noticing Blink eyeing over toward Sarah. She too looks over at the redhead and smiles before looking back down at Blink's nails. Blink's never had a manicure before, but that doesn't mean she hasn't been properly grooming herself. If asked, her answer would most likely involve Emily in some way.

Alexis: That's a nice name, bright and warm.

There's another smile as Alexis eyes up at Blink while trying to make the small talk a full fledged conversation. She doesn't come across as forceful as she leaves Blink with plenty of opportunities not to respond. BTW, I'm not describing the work being done because it's not my strong point. One painted finger nail done at home in Essie's Russian Roulette, that's as far as I go. Speaking of which, I will need to do a touch up later. ...dear god, what's happening to me?

Alexis: So just visiting I take it?

How did this woman know that? Blink looks at her a little astounded at her psychic ability when Alexis smiles ready to clarify.

Alexis: Your accent. It's a little Australian, isn't it?

Blink nods her head as it's really the first time anyone has ever said anything about it. Her accent may not be prominent to most, given that as a child she was hardly allowed to speak and the fact that she often speaks in such a low tone nowadays, but for someone living in France it's a quick pick up. Really any country which houses their own “heavy” accent. Blink is again looking toward Sarah and once more the worker takes notice.

Alexis: You like her, huh?

It's clear that this woman doesn't think anything negative about ones orientation, to each their own, nails are what require her attention. Blink again looks over at Sarah this time not smiling, just studying for a moment. Once she's figured everything she needs to, she turns back toward Alexis.

Blink: [size0]Yes.

Sarah is seated a few tables down from Blink as Yvette sets her up with a manicurist of her own, Lucy. The nail technician immediately gets started on Sarah's naturally gorgeous nails. Taking a file and clearing out any rough edges as well as loose clips. (That's when a very small piece of nail has separated from the rest and hangs out like a splinter almost.) These were natural and anyone who has nails with any length to them gets them now and then. As Lucy works, Sarah glances towards Blink, and notices that Blink was looking in her direction. She smiles and stifles a laugh. You know, that kind of laugh that comes out when you feel giddy and embarrassed all at the same time? Partly because Blink had obviously now noticed Sarah staring at her, and also because she enjoyed knowing that Blink was staring back. But why was she even concerned with this? Why should she care? I don't know yet, this has never happened before.

Lucy: It has been a while since we've last had your company, Miss Twilight.

Lucy also began some small talk. It was a common thing among salon employees. You want to make the customer feel as relaxed as possible. They are being pampered. Though initially, Sarah didn't even hear exactly what Lucy had said, she was too busy looking over at Blink. Damn it Sarah, you don't even like this girl. You're only trying to gain by hanging around her, now snap out of it! And, Lucy's voice eventually catches her attention.

Sarah: Oh...oh yes, it has been a while. I've been all over the place.

Lucy nods and continues to work her magic on Sarah's nails. And Sarah, she yet again is looking back over at Blink. What are you forgetting who you are? You are The Mistress of Mischief dammit! You terrorize little twits like Blink. She is not Rachel. She may remind you of her, but that is not your sister. You don't need to protect her, you need to use her! You need to get your head out of your ass and stop staring! Is she really that attractive? You have never even been in a relationship! Who or what are you even attracted to? No one! Keep it that way....dammit listen!

Lucy: First time I've seen you bring a friend before. Usually you travel alone.

Again, Sarah was in her fog. Not listening to the voice of her inner self telling her to forget this twit, and not paying full attention to whatever it is that Lucy had said...that is until the word "friend" was spoken.

Sarah: What was that?

Sarah looks back and inquires of Lucy. There was a bit of a snap to her voice, probably as she didn't quite know what she'd heard. Lucy feels as if she's now insulted her client, however does repeat her statement at Sarah's request.

Lucy: I mentioned that you never have brought a friend here with you.

Sarah thinks about this for a moment. Friend? Is that what Blink was? Is that what she wanted Blink to be? Or did she actually want more? Was this whole idea a mistake? She'd never tried to seduce a woman before. Is she herself becoming seduced? There was no question in Sarah's mind about how much Blink wanted her....however, did she want Blink equally as much?

Sarah: I suppose I haven't.

She says very blankly. There wasn't any emotion to her answer at all. It was just straight and plain to the point. It was as if she didn't even know herself what she really wanted here with Blink. Was any of this even necessary? Did she need to seduce Blink? What was she going to gain? Surely she could beat Blink on her own if they both advanced to the tournament finals. So what was there to gain here? A servant? Maybe, but was all of this something else? Was there something that did catch Sarah from their first meeting? Something that has allowed this to begin heading in this direction?

Lucy: You want her to be more than a friend, don't you?

The thing with salon employees is, they hear it all. They hear everything, so it is very natural for them to open their mouths and say the first thing that pops into their head without first thinking about it. By now, Sarah's manicure was complete. She looks back at Blink once more and then back to Lucy.

Sarah: Manicure looks great, thanks.

She wasn't going to even acknowledge the question. Perhaps because Lucy was wrong, Sarah did have this all under control and was only leading Blink on. Or perhaps, well perhaps Sarah didn't really know. Or still yet, maybe she did know the answer. Maybe she knew the answer was yes, but couldn't admit that to herself? What if she did want this to be more? Could she even handle that? Thoughts run wild through her mind now as she is led to the hair and styling area of the salon. By now, Blink is finished with her manicure as well and the two are seated next to each other during the wash, fluff and dry.

Her nails, they're like Sarah's eyes to the Bad Girl now, she can't look away from them. They're just so...so...different looking. Alexis was very kind to her after their brisk conversation explaining the procedures she was going through with the manicure. They even parted ways with a smiling good bye, that's just as good to Blink as a bare handed pat on the head, and we all know how much she loves those. Once she realizes she's sitting next to Sarah again Blink tries her hardest to focus on her and not the nails she's given her.

Blink: [size0]Thank you, Miss. Sarah. I'll pay you back for these, I promise.

Blink stretches out her fingers to give her nails another going over visually as another attendant works through Blink's hair. Lather, rinse, repeat. The extent of my knowledge here. I'm going to be honest, the last time I ever set foot inside a salon was when I was eight and my mom went to have her nails done every other week or so.

Blink: [size0]Although I think it is a bit much for someone like me.

This attendant doesn't talk and this is why, not because Blink is sounding like a pathetic little baby but because she's talking with Sarah and therefore doesn't wish to interrupt unless need be. As she works, Blink eyes over to her date with a small smile appearing on her face. It's one of those looks that would drive someone to either ask angrily or jokingly “What?”.

Blink: [size0]You look really beautiful, Miss. Sarah. I'm...I'm sorry I haven't told you that yet.

The attendant hasn't even started on Sarah's hair yet so Blink saying this is to the, what she believes, natural looking Sarah. That should prove as a nice confidence boost for Sarah and her huge change in living, not to mention the fact that Blink really means it.

Blink: [size0]Um, Miss. Sarah?

Her eyes shift downward but only for a moment as she looks back into the glittering emeralds.

Blink: [size0]Miss. Alanya tells me that she and Lady Catherine will be coming shortly, is...is it okay if we, um, if we...double date? As couples?

There's no hesitance as Blink really did mean to ask those questions separately. As a couple? What's she implying here? I've been silent long enough. Blink, wasn't your primary goal to help a friend through what some might consider a trouble spot? Not to find a girlfriend? What's with the double date as a couple? Are you trying to show Sarah that gay couples really can make it in the world together? That does sound like a nice plan, a very nice plan. But that still doesn't explain why you want you and Sarah to be a couple in this date. A couple of friends maybe? Blink's hopeful green eyes stare across the open area toward Sarah wishing that she'll agree and the image of them laughing at jokes in a bar will become certain reality. However, it shouldn't be Sarah's answer that should cause the only worry, the other thing should be Catherine. Nothing specifically, just...Catherine.

Indeed the redhead was very natural in all aspects. Her hair, was naturally red. Her nails, naturally grown. She didn't wear any make-up. And she enjoyed having the natural beauty she was gifted with. However, we all know that beauty is only skin deep. On the inside, there wasn't much of anything "beautiful" about Sarah. She was normally a terrible person. Ruthless, sadistic, self serving and even somewhat maniacal! This is why it is so hard for me to understand why it is that she is being so pleasant with Blink? I normally would just attribute it to the overall intentions we started out with. But no, this is different. Some of this is starting to be sincere!

Sarah glances over at Blink once again as she's spoken to by the Bad Girl. She smiles as she notices Blink checking out her new nails. Sarah looks at them too. It fit her perfectly. Blink was a natural for french manicures. Sarah now stared at Blink's hands much in the way that Blink would stare at her eyes. Perhaps she was looking for something to entice an attraction? Perhaps she was already attracted and needed a distraction? Nails are a good distraction. Yes, just look at the finished product and that lets us avoid staring directly at Blink. Hold on a minute, was that a better alternative though? What if Blink thinks that Sarah is staring at her hands because something is wrong? Or worse, that she's fixated on them for some weird sexual reason? She looks away, but now she's again staring at Blink, and she wasn't going to look away now. The two pairs of green eyes meet into a dead lock.

Sarah: You don't need to repay me, your company is more than worth it.

Are you kidding me?! What kind of crazy talk is that?! Blink is a twit! A loser, she doesn't matter! She is far beneath you and you need to remember that. Now what you need to be doing is taking those fake nails you've just bought Blink and rip them out one by one at the skin! Then you can start ripping her hair out by the roots. Suffering, misery....that is what you are all about, Sarah! Not this mushy gushy, lovey dovey crap! What is it about this airhead that is making you act all.....nice? She compliments you on being beautiful, so what?! You know you're beautiful, we all know you're beautiful! You don't need to have this twit tell you that.

Sarah: Thank you. I really appreciate that. You are quite stunning yourself.

Sarah blushes. She smiles again and still can't take her eyes off of Blink. Well. at least not until her head is titled back for another rinse. She closes her eyes for the rinse to begin and lets out a sigh of contentment. Never in all of her time spent as a professional wrestler has she connected with anyone. Not one single person! She's never even tried to. Why now? Maybe it was just the relaxation of pampering herself? Everyone is calm and serene during this, aren't they? No, she's thinking! Probably about Blink.

So now, Blink goes from nothing of attraction to being "quite stunning?" Why don't we gather up the lot of them in FIW and get them all make-overs. Will they all be "stunning" then?! Maybe I am overreacting here? There has to be a method to this madness, doesn't there?

After the rinse is complete, Sarah's head again turns to face Blink. And again her gaze meets Blink's. It was as if some unknown magnetic force was pulling her gaze to Blink. She couldn't stop. And now, mentioned as a couple? This can't be happening! No relationships! She will never agree to this.

Sarah: A couple? Us?

Sarah's face starts turning red once again and she remains silent for a long moment.

Sarah: Well, I'd love to. But, what do you mean by that? I guess I am asking, where do you want this relationship to go?

That was a fair question. Perhaps Sarah is thinking this all through. The plan still intact. And this mention of Lady Catherine and Alanya? More of these "ladies?" What now? Sarah had more to compete with? She may need to up the ante here. Does Blink want her or not? It looks like she is going to wait and see where this relationship is heading before addressing Catherine or Alanya.

Where are they going...where are they going...Blink doesn't know. She likes Sarah, she likes to spend time with her, but isn't she just being selfish? She already has a boyfriend and now she;s out here picking up a girlfriend? What about Ariel? Isn't she girlfriend material? Or Honey, she's nice isn't she? Did she forget her attraction toward Pixie? It seems none of these girls can move on because Blink keeps pulling them along closer and closer but eventually what'll happen is the Three Stooges syndrome where everyone will be caught in the door to commitment. And now Sarah is being set to orbit around Blink, what is with this girl? Blink really needs to consult Lady Catherine's guidelines again about romantic endeavours.

Wait, no she doesn't. There's a way she can let Sarah out of orbit but still maintain a perfectly healthy relationship. Blink swallows because she knows she's making a huge personal sacrifice here as she could one day find herself actually loving Sarah. But she can't allow their relationship to approach that stage.

Blink: [size0]I want us to be friends.

The green eyes lower down pointing toward the floor as Blink looks quite saddened for saying that. That's in no way the truth but again nothing should be about her. Then Blink remembers something she read somewhere, Catherine's guidelines.

Blink: When faced with an decision too hard to make, follow the option of the heart.

So listen is what she does, to her heart. It doesn't help but influence the decision as she stares back across into Sarah's emerald eyes. She gets this warm sensation once again looking into those eyes, but this one isn't like the other times. It's far deeper than even when Sarah was brushing her fingers against her cheek, or any time she saw her smiling and sounding so nervous that it was cute. Now she's so upfront with her, it's like she's grown to like her enough to come from her shell overnight. It's this ability that Blink wishes she could have, to no longer be nervous about anything. Maybe she can ask Sarah how she got so strong and self confident. It's now that Blink begins to speak but before feels a sudden shiver go through her.

Alexis: Summer?

It's her that notices what it is Blink is doing and her calling out in a bit of shock drives the Bad Girl to notice as well. The reason for the shiver, the reason for the warm feeling, and the reason for feeling oh so good these past few moments. She removes her hand and quickly rushes out of the salon crying from embarrassment on her way out the door past Alexis who made the move to try and catch her to calm her down.

Outside in the parking lot, Blink looks around for the quickest place she can hide. Her hair is still wet and that's not a good thing in this cold weather. However, Blink doesn't care about that as what just happened was far worse to her than having her skirt ripped off during a match. She needs a place to hide, somewhere where Sarah will never find her. Afterall, if anyone's to be disgusted in her actions it should be her as she was the image Blink was doing it to. Well, that and the workers and other customers at the salon.

There aren't many good hiding places out here so Blink opts for what she thinks is the best one; the other side of a white 2007 dodge caravan. There Blink feels safe enough to continue crying her little heart out knowing that her and Sarah must be over with the exact kind of ending someone like her deserves.

Did Blink really just do that? It couldn't have been...yes it was! If Sarah hadn't spent the past few weeks getting to know Blink. If she hadn't felt something towards the girl for whatever reason. If she hadn't made the connection that she did, she would be disgusted by it. It would probably rank among the most disgusting and unforgivable things she'd ever seen. But that was not the case. Sarah looked a bit stunned by it, but she wasn't disgusted. She sat for a moment in awe and complete shock as Blink runs from the salon. It takes a moment for her to snap out of it before deciding to head after her. Looking around, she doesn't spot the Bad Girl. Oh No! Where could she have gone? After a few minutes of searching, she hears the unmistakable sounds of sobbing and whimpering coming from behind a white Caravan. Sarah slowly walks around to find Blink, hovered there against the front wheel, crying. Sarah kneels down and places a hand on Blink's shoulder.

Sarah: I guess it was a good thing your nail polish had dried.

She tries at a lighthearted joke, in an attempt to show Blink that it wasn't such a terrible thing in Sarah's eyes. Though that probably wasn't quite enough to ease the embarrassing pain that Blink was feeling. Sarah wasn't very well versed in easing the pain of others. Usually she was the one causing the pain intentionally. She takes a seat on the concrete beside Blink, leaning back against the Dodge Van and continues to speak with Blink. She just begins to say everything that is on her mind right now.

Sarah: I know that you want me, I've known that before now, before what happened inside. And I also know that something is holding you back from telling me that. Like you are afraid to. .... Well, don't be afraid, because I want you to know that I want you too. When you talked about us being a couple, that was something I'd been waiting to hear. So please, don't feel ashamed.

This was the first time Sarah had expressed any of her true thoughts and feelings with anyone. Though with Blink, there had been a lot of firsts. Blink knew more about Sarah than anyone before. She'd seen Sarah nude, she'd gotten to know a little bit about the Mistress of Mischief, and even was able to make enough of a connection with her to discover that they both had something in common. All of the manipulation, and trying to get Blink to be strong, that was pushed aside for this moment. Sarah needed to be her true self now. Strong, confident and take charge as the natural leader that she was.

Sarah: It's funny how things happen. How life throws you into something that you didn't ask for, or expect. I know what it's like to be beaten. What it feels like to think that you're doing something wrong because the ones who are supposed to love you, and support you are the ones who cause you the most pain. How hard you try to please someone, to make up for whatever it is that you did to make them upset. But after a while, you start to realize that maybe you aren't the one that's fucked up. Things change, emotions fade, and now it's just you. I always had Rachel, but even so, she was in the same boat as I was.

Sarah just stares ahead, for the first time ever just spilling out everything. Letting Blink know that whatever she was feeling, whatever she'd been through, Sarah knew it all too well, and nothing was going to make her leave Blink's side right now. She continues on without ever stopping to think about what she was saying. She was finally releasing it all.

Sarah: So when I come across someone like you....I can see it all over again. You may not believe that you were being beaten, but that's because you haven't reached past the point of denial just yet. When you give your all and it still isn't good enough, it's not you that's the problem. I think all of this happens for a reason.

She laughs a moment as she recalls a major turning point in her own life.

Sarah: You know, I never even wanted to become a professional wrestler? I had no desire or dreams of it whatsoever. It just happened. One day, Selene takes me out to try something and here we a decade later and I am at the top of the world in this business. Multiple world championships, a brand new contract that's taking me global. And it's not even something I wanted to do. You push yourself and push yourself to be the very best. It's the one and only thing that you have now, and it's all yours. Nothing matters to you but being the best. No one matters to you. Why? Because no one is going to take away that ONE thing you have in life now. It's just funny how things turn out. Something is put right there in front of you. You weren't looking for it, you didn't want it. But now it's there and there's a reason for it.

Sarah half smirks with one of those "isn't it so damn ironic" sighs. She continues to stare ahead, still having a hand on Blink's shoulder. By now, she didn't hear Blink crying anymore. That was probably a good thing. Maybe that meant she was paying attention and not thinking about what had happened inside.

Sarah: So here we are. You and I. What cosmic force out there brought us together? Out of all the contracts that were laid in front of me, why did I choose the one that would lead me here with you? What force caused you to relentlessly come looking for me? I have never had a relationship before, and I never wanted one. But again, things change. I guess it's true what they say about not being able to control your heart. Because I am sitting here now, wanting everything to be perfect between you and I. Six months ago, I'd have gotten into my car and drove off, not caring about anyone but myself.

She continues to speak, that half smirk on her face yet. She was just letting it all out, but there was more here to it than just that. When Sarah did want something, she was strong, and relentless until she got it. Just like in the ring, this situation was no different.

Sarah: So I've had that one thing in my life....for almost a decade now. I have done everything I can to maintain who I am, and where I want to be in this business. Though never before have I had someone I wanted to share that with. Now, I do. And I am not going to just give up and walk away...I have never been a quitter.

Sarah pulls herself up from the concrete now, and again she kneels down beside Blink. She takes her hand, brushing Blink's hair back. The woman still hovered in the corner, as if she was so ashamed to look at Sarah. A warm smile goes unseen by Blink as Sarah leans in a bit closer. She gently pulls Blink's cheek to have the Bad Girl face her, and Sarah's lips touch Blink's. She locks them into a slow, meaningful kiss. It takes a few long moments before she finally, slowly pulls her lip back. Being nose to nose with Blink now, her emerald eyes sparkle and she smiles widely. Her teeth forming a very attractive smile. This may have been the first time ever that Sarah had smiled so genuinely. She rubs her nose against Blink's playfully and continues to stare at her.

Sarah: Come with me, I want to show you something....make this perfect again.

She extends her hand out to Blink. Hoping that the Bad Girl would take it.

Blink was surprised that Sarah had come out to look for her, but that was the first thought as she soon realized that she must only be coming out to scold her. A young lady never does that in public let alone at all. If nothing else Blink feels she needs to be yelled at, told off for being so revolting. Yet when she hears her footsteps approaching the van she has other thoughts. Thoughts of crawling away to a new hiding spot, one further away so that Sarah doesn't have to go through the trouble of seeing her again. Blink would leave, never return to Sarah's sight again, that would be a typical Emily sized punishment for her if she heard about this.

When Sarah sits next to her and begins to talk calmly it's an even bigger surprise. Unless this was just one of those conversations that would build up to something. Blink tries her best to calm down in her crying wanting to listen to everything Sarah has to say as it's only right. Blink screwed up, big time, so she needs to face the music. However, the things Sarah is talking about...nothing sounds like angry yelling. Blink sits there amazed that Sarah can be so calm about things given what they just went through in the salon. How can she be this forgiving over what happened? Doesn't she hate Blink?

Then it hits her like a smack on the lips, because it is a smack on the lips that hits her. The nighty, the caressing, the take charge attitude, calling her by her real name, and now the kiss. It seemed to Blink that Sarah was making excellent strides in accepting who she was...and loving the Bad Girl at the same time. Was that it? It had to be. Sarah never said it, but that had to be the reason. No one just called her Summer, and no one just put on a black nighty for her. It's enough to make her cry again when she sees the fellow Hellcat smiling down at her offering her hand. She takes it but only as a vault to get her up hugging the redhead.

Blink: Thank you! [size0]Thank you, Miss. Sarah. Thank you for being so kind to me these past few days. But I've been bad, I've been horrible and selfish. I never saw and I apologize so much for that. I thought you just needed help coming out, accepting who you were. But you already had. That's why from now on I promise to be true with my own feelings as well. I want us to be a couple, Miss. Sarah, I really do.

Now it's Blink's turn as she breaks away from the hug for a moment before leaning in to kiss Sarah on the lips. Not that she's trying to out do Sarah's, but she does let it linger on a little longer than their first before squeezing her tightly again in her arms. Blink then takes hold of Sarah's hand again letting out a refreshing sigh knowing that she can finally be truthful with her about how she feels.

Blink: [size0]I would love to go somewhere with you, Miss. Sarah. But being with you is what makes anywhere perfect, especially when I'm with you.

That...didn't exactly come out right. Insert stupid, nervous smile and Blink's ready to go. Hold on.

'choo.

Sissy sneeze, really sissy sneeze, and now we're ready to go.

Sarah embraces the hug and additional kiss. She doesn't know why, but this all just feels right to her. Now, as Blink takes her hand again, she leads the Bad Girl back to the car. Sarah again unlocks the doors and lets Blink get inside. Oops, we almost forgot something! Sarah heads to the trunk and rifles around for a bit, eventually retrieving a bandana from her bag. She climbs in to the driver's seat and looks at Blink with a smile.

Sarah: Now, this is going to be a surprise, so there's no peeking, okay?

She folds the bandana a few times and gently places it over Blink's head, around her eyes like a blindfold. Once she's sure Blink can't see where they're headed, she turns the ignition and the two are off once again. And, for the ride...Sarah has a little more information for Blink.

Sarah: You did very well today. No matter how prim and proper you are trying to be for all of these rules in your life, you still couldn't help but be yourself. You wanted something....and whether subconsciously or not, you took steps in order to get it.

What was Sarah talking about? Did well? Did well at what? Blink embarrassed herself at the salon and this is doing well? Something's going on here. Something that not even Blink knows about just yet. However, as Sarah speaks, it's pretty clear what the missing pieces are.

Sarah: I told you that I would help you...help you train. And so far you have passed. I held back purposely, because I wanted to see if you would try and get what you wanted. And although you didn't exactly do that, what happened at the salon shows me that you are making changes deep inside. You know what it is that you want. You know what decisions you want to make. And you can, even at times, be yourself.

The ride continues for a short while and Sarah continues to explain everything to Blink. She wasn't saying that she didn't want Blink all of the sudden. She was saying she didn't tell Blink earlier how she felt on purpose. Sarah very much so still wanted to be around Blink.

Sarah: I do things slightly different with my training. There will of course be punishment...nothing like what you were getting before, but punishment nonetheless. But don't worry about that right now, as you haven't done anything to deserve punishment.

The car comes to a stop and Blink can hear Sarah get out of the driver's seat. A few moments later, she helps Blink out from the passenger's side. They walk for a little while, through a few doors and eventually an elevator. Even without being able to see, Blink should be able to tell this. Another short bit of walking and another door. Finally they have reached their destination.

Sarah: But my system...also has reward....

We can now see that the two are back at Sarah's hotel room. Oh boy, I wonder why that is? Sarah leads Blink near the bed and leaves her standing there for a moment. She unbuttons her shirt and slides it off, tossing it onto the floor beside the bed. Now she sits on the edge of the bed, her chest covered only now by her bra. She reaches down and unbuttons her jeans, though she doesn't remove them. Now, she smirks almost evilly again. Sarah's never been with anyone! Not even once! Maybe this is what she needed? A night of steamy passion to get all of this crap out of her system? Who knows? Anyhow, she looks at Blink, who is still standing there oblivious to where she was and what was going on. That is, until Sarah takes Blink's hands and places them onto her breasts. Blink may have been blindfolded, but Sarah could sense the Bad Girls eyes widen as her hands were now cupping Sarah's breasts.

Sarah: Very....special rewards.

She reaches up now, lifting the blindfold from Blink's eyes. She allows Blink a moment to take it in, where she was and the entire situation before pulling her down on the bed beside Sarah. The Mistress of Mischief gazes again into Blink's eyes, looking at her longingly. Perhaps this all was too much? The attempted seduction, the time spent alone with Blink. Opening up to her. And now...now they are in the most intimate of situations. The next thing that would happen probably took Blink completely by surprise as Sarah takes one of Blink's hands and moves it to a place...well....south of the border on Sarah. She flashes a genuinely warm smile at Blink as she continues her gaze.

Sarah: So why don't you go ahead and do to me with those hands...what we both know you wanted to do instead back at the salon? Take what you want...because I am giving it to you. This is going to be your reward everytime you succeed.

WHAT?! No, this can't....this just.....why?! WHY? WHY?! Don't do it! This isn't right...you aren't a lesbian! Well, maybe now you kinda are, but even still! Giving your body to Blink? As a reward for...for pleasuring herself to you...in public of all places! I guess it was inevitable, no relationships your entire life. At some point you had to get horny. Ugh...but why now? I give up!

Sarah moves Blink's hand right where it needs to be, and now it's up to the Bad Girl to do as she wished. She has Sarah here, lying next to her, willing to give herself. Blink wouldn't have known that Sarah was a virgin, but...give it a few minutes, she'll know. Sarah just continues to gaze into Blink's eyes, the look that is given shows Blink that this is something Sarah wants just as much as Blink.

Sarah: I'll return the favor, of course.

She says so calmly, with such confidence. You'd never know that she was a virgin because of how she just took charge of this entire situation. However, she is a bit nervous inside. She won't show it, but she's never felt anyone touch her like Blink was about to. How would she react? Can she handle it? Would she now embarrass herself? Just from what she'd witnessed back at the salon, it was obvious that Blink...well she knew what she was doing. So Sarah knows that at least for now, during their intimate time...Blink was going to be in control. Surprisingly, that doesn't seem to bother Sarah much. She remains strong, but still the nervous thoughts run through her head. Blink was about to be a part of another first for Sarah....a major first at that!

This is wrong, this is all wrong. To Blink nothing about this is right but she keeps moving her fingers about in slow movements. This isn't what she wanted when she came to pick up Sarah this morning. She wanted the manicure, the nice lunch at the bistro, laughing and story telling. Good times, clothes remaining on. They should be at the bistro right now, Blink should be biting into her BLT listening to one of Sarah's stories about past instances in her career. Water is supposed to be sipped through a straw as she nods in agreement before telling another story about Catherine, or Emily, or Pixie, or any of her other ladies. She's not supposed to be here lying in bed working her hand in between flesh and clothing of a woman without a shirt on.

Blink misses the nervous Sarah, the cute one that was so uncertain about everything. So shy yet adventurous, the woman Blink wanted to be. She misses the happy Sarah who was singing along with Amy Lee in her car. The one that was smiling at the salon, willing to pay for the bill. She misses the courteous Sarah when she came out of the salon looking for her to sit down and comfort her. The one that stole a kiss and accepted another. Blink had thoughts then of the two of them strolling in a park, their afternoon training having come to an end. Hand in hand they'd find a bench and sit down watching the moon hover through the sky. Blink would rest her head on Sarah's shoulder and she would stroke her hair gently in return. Sarah would obviously drop Blink off at her hotel first and maybe before the door was closed they'd kiss a third time. Blink would enter her room and flop on the bed with a satisfied smile on her face letting the days moments replay in her mind.

She doesn't want this.

Blink finally acts the way she believes Sarah would want her to; on her own wants. Blink swiftly removes her hand and just as quickly makes her way to her feet turning toward the bed to bow.

Blink: [size0]I'm sorry, Miss. Sarah. I-I can't do this.

The Bad Girl remains bowing too afraid of meeting the gaze of those emerald eyes, too afraid of the disappointment or even anger they might deliver toward her.

Blink: [size0]You told me you were disappointed I didn't strive for what I wanted, well I know what I want and I want you, Miss. Sarah. But I don't want this you, Miss. Sarah.

Great, she's crying again.

Blink: [size0]I want the Miss. Sarah from the dressing room, the one who wanted this date.

Really? You want that Sarah?

Blink: [size0]I want the Miss. Sarah who cares deeply about her friends, the one who would never put someone in an un-com-for-ta-ble position like...

So this little intimate moment between them was an uncomfortable position for Blink? When did she become so selfish? Blink finally gazes up, her lower lip trembling with fear over how Sarah has taken this little bit of news. She doesn't say anything further but straightens up reaching in behind her. One moment later the sound of a zipper, the next moment the dress is down on the floor. Blink has an arm resting over her body with the hand gripping around the elbow of her other arm as she steps out of her sneakers. No longer gazing at Sarah, Blink crawls back onto the bed and remains there staring down at the bedspread.

Blink: [size0]I'm really sorry, Miss. Sarah. I'm ready if you want me to continue.

The feeling of Blink moving her hand around was definitely a good one...but Sarah was a bit...well, not ready for this. Sure, she'd stated that she was, but...oh wait, she's stopped. Phew! Hopefully this doesn't make things awkward yet again. And, so far...it's not seeming that way. Sarah watches on as Blink once again asserts herself in what she actually wants. Sarah smiles again and shakes her head. Maybe there was some hope here with getting Blink to think for herself. She reaches over and gives Blink a gentle pat on her head.

Sarah: You just keep on impressing me.

Sarah stand from the bed and buttons her pants back up. There was a reason she'd kept most of her clothing on. She reaches out her hand again to Blink, who was submissively back on the bed, ready to continue with what she thought Sarah had wanted her to do. With the other hand she gathers her shirt. Blink obviously was confused by now, and Sarah was ready to explain what was going on.

Sarah: I like that, you thinking for yourself. But...don't go back on it. When you say something, stand your ground. You like me the way I have been? Good, because I like you making decisions for yourself.

She smiles again and helps Blink up from the bed. There was actually another reason that Sarah had brought her back to the hotel. Once Blink was back to her feet, Sarah heads over to the coffee table in the living area of her suite and grabs a small sheet of notebook paper. She holds it up in between her thumb and forefinger and looks at Blink.

Sarah: I wrote down the address of this great little Bistro downtown. But, I was in such a hurry this morning that I'd forgotten it.

So, more training? What if Blink did want to...well "pleasure" Sarah in that way? Was Sarah going to lay there and let her? I guess we'll never know...at least not today, not on this date. The awkward sexual tension had boiled over and at least for now, they were going to be able to enjoy a much calmer date.

Sarah: Are you ready to get some lunch?

She asks with a warm smile. She leans in and gives Blink a peck on the cheek. After slipping her shirt back on, she again offers out her hand, ready to take Blink to their next planned destination of their date. She waits for the Bad Girl to get dressed again. Understanding if there is any....well confusion.

To say that Blink is confused is a fair sized understatement as she watches Sarah slide herself off the bed to get dressed. Didn't she just want to...no, Blink shakes her head free of those thoughts. She's happy with Sarah's decision as she crawls backward eventually stepping back into her dress.

Blink: [size0]Yes, Miss. Sarah. I'm starving.

She says with a smile stepping into her shoes now. Finally, things are back to normal with them and there's no tension. Just two friends having fun again. To be honest, that's all Blink is looking forward to right now as the meal itself will be the afterthought. The conversation she hopes to have, the little jokes that'll be shared, the...uh, oh. Blink notices something about her hand as she reaches down to pull up her sneaker. A little embarrassed, Blink steps up and begins looking around for a door leading into the washroom.

Blink: [size0]Um, I-I'll be right back, Miss. Sarah.

The Bad Girl hurries into the small room closing the door behind her. After turning on the tap Blink begins reaching for the soap that's clearly already been used this morning. However, before Blink grabs hold of it she pauses. Her attention turns to the hand that's in need of the cleaning as a thought crosses her mind. Ever so slowly, Blink begins to raise the hand up with hesitant movements toward her waiting tongue.

Moments later Blink steps out of the room with hands perfectly clean, though she doesn't exactly show them off. She steps back into her shoes wiggling her feet about to get them comfortable before heading for the door opening it up for her date.

Blink: [size0]I was hungry for a sandwich, but I think a bowl of soup will do nicely.

She says just...because. She doesn't know the exact reason with being so open with useless facts, but it does make her feel oddly closer to Sarah. Just as close as she gets to the door when a question comes to her mind. She doesn't think this is a proper question, but...well, if she's being open about what she plans on eating then maybe she can be open about this.

Blink: [size0]Um, Miss. Sarah, was...was I...a-any good?

She eyes the redhead nervously as what she did isn't exactly something she does a lot. To other people.

Blink: [size0]And on topic of the reward, f-for the future...I...never mind.

She finishes with a smile though still looks a little nervous. She was about to say that instead of what took place she'd rather just have the pat on the head. Bare handed if Sarah was really pleased.

Sarah's face turns beat red as Blink asks her that question. I think that Blink already knew the answer, with having to wash her hands and all. Maybe she just wanted to hear it from Sarah? As awkward as it might have been, Sarah squeezes Blink tightly with a hug and again looks at her with those sparkling emerald eyes. Though this time, those eyes are calm and serene, as if filled with happiness.

Sarah: Let's just say...that when the time does come....I certainly won't try and stop you.

She winks. And that was an understatement. Was she good? Another few minutes of what Blink was doing and Sarah would have been all over the place. Maybe that's why she was alright with Blink stopping? Maybe she couldn't handle it? Who knows? Maybe this slightly awkward chain of events was a good thing. It would surely make them both more comfortable for when it was going to be the real thing. But more importantly, it was bringing them closer together. Experiencing a multitude of things together, learning so much about each other. If anything it only strengthened the relationship.

Sarah: You can have whatever it is that you'd like, Summer.

Sarah takes her hand, and she holds it, still looking deeply at Blink. Though for a moment, she does look down at Blink's hand...the one that just.....no, we aren't going to push things. It's just that, well...when you've never experienced something before....something so good, it tends to stay with you. In reality, Sarah wasn't ready, however to say that she didn't want to climb back into bed with Blink would be a lie. Blink was the first...the only person to have ever done such a thing, even if briefly. Needless to say, this was on Sarah's mind. She would love to give Blink future rewards...hopefully, they could finish what they'd started here at some point. Don't stare, she'll notice! Too late, Sarah's face had already become flushed again inadvertently and Blink was still looking right at her. She knew Sarah was looking at that hand, and now....embarrassed. Sarah clears her throat a bit.

Sarah: Well, uhm....we were going to get lunch, weren't we?

She offers it as a distraction from what she was just doing. Try to get back to the subject at hand, lunch. There's no use now though. Blink already knows by now that Sarah was just as taken in by Blink, as Blink was by her. Maybe they can just get through lunch? If the conversation comes up, Sarah will tell Blink truthfully that she does want to be intimate again...eventually. But unless it's brought up, let's try to move on.
