‘Thoughts’
~Point of view change~

‘A corridor, a corridor surrounds me…keeping me from the outside world. Like a trapped bird in a cage, I lay here…looking down the corridor with want, needing the light. It haunts me, the light haunts me, even in my waking moments of awareness, it saps my strength, feeding from the deep depths of my soul. The need consumes me as my body slowly and painfully becomes an empty shell. I can’t tell how long I’ve been here…weeks, months, maybe even years…I think I might be dead…but then, wouldn’t I feel no more pain, instead of this dull ache that echoes through the chords of my soul. I ask myself while in this never-ending prison, what did I do to deserve such a fate…did I hurt somebody that bad, did I kill someone…if I did, I can’t remember, all my memories have faded away. I have no such use for them here, why should an empty shell need memories. I’m probably going crazy; talking to myself…they say the first thing to go is your sanity…probably what’s happening to me too. My vision is blurry, I can’t tell where my hands are, I’ve forgotten what I look like, and I’ve lost all feeling in my arms. It hurts to breathe, it’s like the walls are closing in on me, compressing my lungs into a tiny space, squeezing my soul into a tiny box…I long to get out. I hope someone will free me! Maybe I’m in a comatose state... they say your mind wanders and you never wake from the sleep. With my luck that’s probably what’s happened. I don’t know if I have any family waiting for me, probably not…I wish I could remember, wish I could fly free…’

The door slowly opened, it’s dull stopper, scraping across the floor in an eerie fashion. It seemed to be the only sign of life in the room; it was a tidy room, painted a bright white, so much so that it could blind a normal person. The room was filled with many machines, ranging from different sizes, to different shapes. The tile was a boring white color, cracking at the edges, but still pristine and expensive. There were no windows, nor any other exit besides the door, which had been opened. In the middle of the room, was a lone bed, It’s wrinkled sheets were pulled back to reveal a frail girl, that looked to be around 16 years old. Her hair was framing her angelic face, contrasting the pale nature of her skin. IV’s were hooked into her pale arms, and a breathing mask was strapped upon her face. The steady beeping of the heart monitor was the only reassurance that she was alive. Her breaths came in shaky gasps, and it looked like she hadn’t been moved from the bed in years. Her small feet peeked out from the sheets at the end of the bed.
A figure stepped in the room through the opened door and began to check upon the machines. A sigh echoed through the room as the figure gazed upon the girl with sympathetic eyes. The figure crossed the room and sat near the bed. She folded her hands in her lap and began to talk to the frail girl. “I know you probably can’t hear me, but I wish you would come back to us. We all miss you, we loved you so much, and then you got hurt, we didn’t plan for that to happen. We feel responsible for the state you’re in now, and it tears us up inside to see you never improving. You’ve been like this for 5 years now. I’m starting to give up…it hurts to believe you’ll come back to us.” The woman sighed and paused… “Please come back to us, my little moon…” She stood up slowly and brushed a strand of hair from the girl’s pale face. “You’re hurting your mommy my little moon…” she whispered as she bestowed a kiss upon her forehead and silently left the room.
As the woman left, tears streamed down the girl’s face, as if she could feel the sorrow being bestowed upon her conscience. The door closed quietly and the room was clouded in darkness once more…

‘I felt something, what was it? It felt different, sad almost…did I do something, why did I have that feeling. This is confusing me…maybe I am going crazy. I feel like I’m floating, suspended and trapped in the air. I could cut the air with a knife it seems. Traces of sorrow still linger within my mind and I wonder once again, what was that feeling. I can’t seem to take my mind off that feeling…it disturbs me. I have always just thought, never staying in one thought too long. What is this wetness that is flowing from me, it has never surfaced before now. Are these tears, I didn’t think I could cry after being locked up in this silent prison for so long. It’s amazing, these tears slightly comfort me in some strange way.’
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Night fell upon the town, and the light from under the door was extinguished as the workers went home. If there was anyone in the building, they were alone and quiet. The long, dark hallways seemed to go on forever, many doors lining them, but one stood out from the rest. The door that the girl lay in was bleeding an unknown aura.
A mist filled the room that the girl was in; it crept onto the bed and encased her within its depths. It covered everything in the room like a thick cloud, hiding her figure from view. Something slimy grew from that mist, grabbing onto her limbs and wrapping tightly around them. Vines grew up from the floor, slinking up the sides of the bed, and crushing the machines with their pressure. The mask became useless, as the air no longer flowed through it, and the IV’s no longer pumped life giving fluid. The girl’s breaths became ragged and her chest heaved with the effort of each breath. Her heart rate sped up as the vines slipped lazily up her limbs, wrapping firmly around her abdomen and heaving her light frame off the bed. The vines rammed the bed through the wall and out into the hallway, causing quite a ruckus. Someone rushed through the door and screamed at the sight before them. The woman, who had screamed, fell to the floor in shock. Many more people rushed in at her scream and went wide-eyed at the scene lain out before them.
The vines seemed to grow larger every second, soon covering most of the room, and forcing the doctors out farther into the hallway…
‘What’s happening…I feel weaker than usual, and my body aches more than usual. The pressure on my lungs has increased ten fold…it hurts! I can hear screaming, SCREAMING! It hurts my ears…it echoes over and over, begging me to die. Where is it coming from, why must this happen to me??? Pain consumes me even more than usual, why is that? Something slimy, something slimy is climbing up my legs and arms. It feels so damp…what’s happening to me?’
Some of the braver doctors grabbed the nearest things they could find, and began to tear the vines down. The vines seemed to wriggle with anger and pain as they were damaged. One of the women knocked the vine carrying the girl, out the hole in the wall, causing the girl to come crashing to the ground. A deafening crack echoed in the air and blood seeped upon the white tiles. The vines retreated for a while, and the mist seeped out of the room. Disgruntled, the doctors ran over to the girl and rushed her to the emergency room for immediate treatment.
“I don’t think she’s going to make it!!!!!” one of the doctors yelled with a large frown. They were wheeling her down the hallway on a gurney. They had hooked about 5 IV’s into her and were continuing to check her pulse as they sped down the halls. Her breathing was ragged, and the blood was still seeping down her arms. The nurses soaked up the blood, while the other doctors steered the gurney into the emergency room. They pulled the curtains and set the gurney in the middle of the set area. The personnel shuffled around, getting ready to treat her. The treatment started and dawn came.
‘I feel trapped, it hurts, there’s something wet and sticky on my body. It smells horrible; it makes me think of death. What’s wrong with me…there’s voices, they’re saying something, but I can’t tell what it is. It feels like I’m being cut open, my arms hurt. I’m being pulled away from here, it is a welcome experience, but I know not where it is taking me! I’m scared, help me!’
The doctors finished and went to clean up. The girl’s eyes fluttered open, and with a groan she blinked at the ceiling. One of the nurses gasped and yelled, “SHE’S AWAKE, SHE’S AWAKE, COME QUICK!!!!!!!” The other doctors came running and looked wide eyed at the girl on the gurney. “She’s awake, it’s a miracle, how did this happen…we thought she would never wake up….” Was echoed throughout the crowd of viewers. She fluttered her eyelashes and struggled to move her hands. Slowly, she brought her hand up to her face and gazed at it with big wide eyes. She tried to speak, but it came out as a squeak. One of the nurses rushed over with some water and helped her drink it. She turned her head slowly and said, “Who…am…I?” in a confused voice. The flock of nurses paled and chorused, “Call Dr. Kousen!” She blinked and tried to speak again, but soon found she couldn’t, because her throat was too sore. So instead she opted to wait for the before mentioned person. She was very confused about where she was, but kept these feelings to herself.
Dr. Kousen hurried in there and almost cried when she saw her daughter awake. She rushed over and grabbed her in a tight hug. The girl blinked and wondered, ‘Why is she hugging me???’ The girl repeated her question to this new face and waited for an answer. Dr. Kousen’s face fell and she choked on her words, “Your name is Tsuki…you’re my daughter…” Tsuki felt like she had done something wrong and hung her head, “I’m sorry…” she muttered with a frown present upon her face. ‘She was so happy when I was awake, then I asked her who I was, I upset her…I didn’t mean to!’ Dr. Kousen shook her head and said, “It’s not your fault, it’s fine, don’t feel bad!” she smiled, “I’m just glad you’re awake…memories can be regained, a life cannot!” Tsuki slightly smiled at the advice and nodded, “So…you’re my mom…” Dr. Kousen nodded and said, “Yes, and you’re my little moon…” she sighed and brushed a strand of silver hair from her daughters face. “You want to go home my little moon??” she asked softly with a caring smile. Tsuki slowly nodded, she felt as if she should trust this woman. A radiant smile lit up her mothers face and she said, “Okay then, I’ll get you a wheelchair, you haven’t used your legs in five years so it will be a while before you can walk.” Tsuki nodded and patiently waited. Her mother left the room and went to fetch a wheelchair.
After a short period of waiting, her mother came back with the wheelchair and a bag of clothes for her to choose from. Her mother smiled and laid out the clothes, so that she could choose. Tsuki smiled and pointed unsurely to a loose black dress. Her mother nodded and helped her get to the bathroom. “Do you need any help??” she asked with concern. Tsuki shook her head and replied, “I’ll be fine!”
She came out slowly, holding onto the wall for support. Her mother smiled and helped her into the wheelchair. ‘She’s so nice…maybe she is my mom, I ‘d like to believe that. I’d like to not be alone anymore!’ Tsuki sat in the wheelchair politely and gazed at the halls as they went by. Her mother signed her out and took off for the rest of the day.
They were on the way home, Tsuki gazed out the window of the car in fascination. ‘It’s so beautiful! I’ve never seen anything like it! I can’t believe I’ve missed all this…she said I’ve been like that for five years. It felt like so much longer, but I really can’t argue, sometimes your mind stretches time. I hope that this stays with me forever!’ Her mother smiled and continued to drive down the road, they were about 10 miles from their house now, and she was just glad to have her daughter back. They pulled into the driveway and Tsuki turned to look at the house. ‘It’s so big! It is a beautiful color…blue I think, I’m amazed, all this color is great…I spent so long staring at white that I forgot the colors.’ Her mother helped her out of the car, and back into the wheelchair. Tsuki smiled brightly at the house, as she was wheeled up to it. Her mother opened the door and she was faced with a cozy interior, painted a light blue. Her breath got caught in her throat as she stared in awe at the décor.
There was a large staircase in the middle of the house, which seemed to lead up to the third and fourth floors. There was fuzzy royal blue carpet covering what she guessed to be the living room. A few comfortable looking couches were placed against various walls, and in the center of these couches, was a large glass coffee table. There were three or four hallways from what she could see that branched off from this room to other parts of the house. All in all, this looked to be a very comfortable house.
Her mother smiled and wheeled her into the kitchen. Tsuki blinked and asked, “Who else lives here???” Her mother smiled and said, “Nobody, it will only be me and you…” Tsuki’s jaw dropped and she sputtered out, “…. but it’s such a large house, how do you take care of it all?” Her mother cheerfully smiled and said, “I take it in sections…1st floor on Monday afternoon, second floor on Tuesday afternoon, third floor on Wednesday, and the fourth floor on Thursday!” Tsuki gaped in astonishment, but soon stopped as her mother asked her if she wanted to see her room. Tsuki nodded slowly and took her mothers offered hand to get out of the wheelchair. Her legs wobbled, but with help, she stood up and began to take slow steps up the staircase.
They reached the fourth floor where her room was. Tsuki cluelessly asked, “Why is my room up here???” Her mother sighed and said, “You chose this room, you said you liked the high view, and liked when the birds flew to your window.” Tsuki smiled and said, “It’s a very pretty room, I like it!” Her mother smiled and said, “Well…that’s your bed, and all your clothes are over there in the closet.” Tsuki nodded, pretty much saying that the data registered in her mind. Her mother nodded and said, “I’ll leave you alone for awhile…” Tsuki nodded and sat down on the bed, while gazing through wide eyes at her new or should she say, old bedroom. She sighed in annoyance; she couldn’t remember anything about her past. It was really bothering her, this could be all wrong and this woman could be faking it. She had no proof though, because who would believe her, a girl who couldn’t remember who she was! She then turned her thoughts to the woman… ‘She seems nice enough, she seems to be my real mom, but I don’t know if I should believe so fast. I hope that I’m wrong, because I would hate to find that I was fooled. I really hope this peace lasts and that I don’t go back to the white prison…’
Before she knew it, she had fallen into a peaceful sleep…
wow, I loved the beginning of this story, it was like a blackhole, totally sucked me in. That's saying something, since I have a relatively short attention span. :lol: The way you brought out the visual images of being trapped in a place where there seem to be no end, but also so locked in was fantastic. The thing that interested me most was the vines. I don't know if they were supposed to end the girl's life and sent her to a place where her soul can fly freely or to give her another shot in life. A very good use of symbolisim.
All in all, I really liked it! There's more, isn't it?
Chapter 2
She slowly opened her eyes and blinked at the ceiling, momentarily forgetting where she was. She sat up and stretched her sleep-ridden legs, then still half asleep; she got up and put her feet on the floor. She groaned as her feet hit the cold wooden floor. She stood up and smiled as she found she could walk. She took slow and unsure steps towards her dresser, collapsing a few times on the floor. She eventually made it to her dresser and opened the drawers shakily. Inside was a mountain of clothes, all of them bright and vivid. A small smile graced her face as she held some clothes up to her scrawny frame. She tried on many pairs of clothes with a giddy expression, and then decided on one outfit. She shed her clothes and put on the new outfit. It was a bright rainbow skirt and a matching shirt, the skirt flared about her legs, and the shirt hung loosely on her upper torso. It was not too tight, and matched her quickly growing happiness. She threw on some socks, accidentally putting them on her head at one point, but eventually she was fully dressed and walking out her door.
She got sure of her movement, and was trying to slide down the banister of the stairs, but couldn’t stay on it right. She fell off the banister and tumbled down the stairs in a colorful heap. “Ow…” she muttered while picking herself up and navigating towards the kitchen. Her mother laughed at her disgruntled appearance, earning a playful glare from her. Tsuki blinked and looked over her mothers shoulder at what she was doing. Her mother smiled and exclaimed, “I’m making my little girl some French toast!” Tsuki blinked and asked, “French toast, is it good??” Her mother chuckled and replied, “Yes, it’s everything you need to get your body going in the morning…of course it all goes to your hips, but with your scrawny frame…we need to get some fat on dem bones of yours!” Tsuki nodded and said, “Will I be going to school like other kids??” Her mother pursed her lips and replied, “Well…probably so, I have to work and you could use some interaction with kids your age…” Tsuki continued asking random questions until her mother replied in playful exasperation, “Are we playing twenty questions or something??” Tsuki blinked cutely, “What is that??” Her mother sighed, “It’s a game…when would you like to go to school??” Tsuki smiled, “Could I go today??” Her mother blinked, “Yes…we could get you enrolled today and you could go, but only if you feel up to it!” Tsuki nodded her head rapidly, “I’m up to it!!!!” Her mother nodded, “Eat your breakfast and then we’ll get you enrolled…” Tsuki nodded and ate her breakfast quickly.
Tsuki was currently in the front passenger seat of her mother’s car, watching as they passed the front of the school. She smiled in awe at the size of the school, her eagerness overcoming her nervousness of this new place. They parked the car in the parking lot and walked to the front office. All the kids turned to look at the newcomers, school hadn’t started yet. Tsuki turned a light shade of pink at all the stares and walked near her mother. Her mother smiled reassuringly and opened the door to the building. Tsuki stepped in and blinked at the appearance of the school. It was a beautiful school with shiny white tile and beautiful cream-colored walls. Her mother led her to the office and began to fill out the enrollment forms.
After about 15 minutes, the forms were filled out and Tsuki was given the girl’s uniform. Tsuki blinked and unfolded the uniform, becoming wide eyed at the shortness of the skirt. She sighed and went to change into it, when she came out her mother smiled and said, “I have to go to work sweetie, but I’ll be by to pick you up, promise!” Tsuki nodded and waved as her mom left, then she received the schedule from the smiling secretary. Tsuki gulped and walked outside, where all the kids were waiting.
Tsuki let out the breath that she had been holding as she stepped outside, she walked slowly through the crowds. Her hair had been put in a braid and her uniform clung loosely to her body. She tugged at the skirt, trying to make it at least hang to her knees, but it refused to do so. She bit her lip and searched for a place to stand and wait. Almost every inch was covered and as she passed, some people glared at her and some just stared at her. She felt awkward as she walked, her head bowed and her eyes downcast. ‘Maybe coming here was a bad idea…’ A tap on her shoulder shook her from her thoughts and a sweet voice spoke, “You’re new here right??” Tsuki looked up and blinked, “Yes…I just enrolled today…” she replied in a timid voice. “You probably need a friend!” The girl spoke with a hyper voice. “I’ll be your friend!!!” Tsuki gaped at her, “…but you don’t even know me, why would you want to be my friend??” The girl smiled, ignoring her question, “I’m Samantha but my friends call me Sammy!!!!” Tsuki blinked again and declared, “My name is Tsuki…” Samantha smiled, “That’s a really pretty name…so do you want to be my friend?” she asked. Tsuki nodded, “I’d like that very much thank you!” Samantha giggled, “No need to be so polite silly!!!” Tsuki laughed at her enthusiasm and let herself be dragged by Samantha. “Samantha, where are we going??” Samantha stopped, “Please call me Sammy, and we’re going to go inside, school is about to start!” Tsuki nodded and let her drag her into the school building. It was her first day of school, and she already had a friend. ‘I can’t wait to see what will happen next!’
Tsuki was in her third class of the day, and so far everything was going great. She had avoided the preps, caused minor trouble, and met some new people. Sammy was a great friend, and just being around her made Tsuki feel more confident. Sammy just had the aura of a courageous person. Sammy had introduced her to other people, one of them being Yuriko Sakurai, a quiet yet temperamental girl. She had almost bitten some preps head off during lunch. Everyone was scared of her, it was hilarious really, but once you got past her outer appearance, she was a fun loving person. She had a habit of poking people though, sometimes with very lethal weapons. Tsuki had six classes with her, and two with Sammy. Yuriko like to be called Yuri better than her full name, and Tsuki was getting used to it now.
Third period started and Tsuki turned her attention to the front of the class where the teacher was motioning for her to come forward. Tsuki blinked in confusion, but walked up and stood in front of the class. The teacher began to talk to the class, apparently about Tsuki.
“Class, this is the new student to our class, her name is Tsuki Kousen, please treat her with respect!” The teacher droned in a boring voice. Tsuki almost fell asleep where she was standing, but managed to keep herself awake. The teacher pointed to a new seat, near a strange red head. She cocked her head, “There?” she asked in a soft voice. The teacher nodded and repeated the command slowly as if she was dumb. Tsuki resisted the urge to glare at the teacher and sulked towards her seat, with a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach. She could feel that this red head wasn’t normal.
For a few seconds, their eyes met, and she turned her eyes to the floor, sitting in the seat next to him. She set her backpack down and turned back towards the teacher. “Resist…resist…” she muttered softly under her breath. She sighed and sat out the rest of the class, totally ignoring the teacher.
A note soared onto her desk, folded neatly and pressed on the corners. Tsuki blinked and slowly unfolded the note, it read:
Yo Tsu,
I thought you looked bored, so here is a note to make your life less boring. You know the red head near you, his name is Shuichi, and he’s the most popular guy in school. Best to avoid him, his fan girls swarm around him every second possible. They are vicious, but pretty fun to mess with. Write back to keep this going!
-Yuri
Tsuki silently laughed and replied:
Yuri,
I know, thanks for the name, but he doesn’t feel normal, I’m probably just being weird, but…Oh, never mind, but I do understand about the preps. I saw them beat someone up in the hall; the teachers just turned their heads. The powers in this school are corrupt, bribery is running this service. Well, I’ll continue to reply, but I really dislike this teacher…
-Tsu
She passed the note to Yuri and then turned back to the class as Yuri opened it and began to read. Tsuki felt someone’s eyes gazing at her and slightly turned her head to see a pair of emerald eyes. Tsuki found herself studying those eyes, and once she realized that, she turned her head and waited for the next note.
The next note didn’t come in time, as the bell rang and they were dismissed from their classes. She grabbed her bags and headed over to Yuri’s desk. Yuri slammed her hands on her desk with a smirk, “I saw you making contact with the pretty boy…he’s trouble, I’m warning ya!!!” Tsuki blushed lightly; “It was an accident…I don’t find any interest in him whatsoever!” she defended with a slight smile tugging on her cheeks. Yuri snickered, “Sure ya don’t, it’s your first day and you’re already crushing on the popular guy…” Tsuki glared and said, “Am NOT!” Yuri rolled her eyes, “Sure ya don’t…keep telling yourself that!”
They walked out of class together and split up to go to separate fourth periods. Tsuki walked to her Algebra class, by using the map that had been drawn by Sammy.
School was over, and Tsuki walked out of the school building with her small backpack in her arms. Yuri and Sammy waved from near the gate, or more like Sammy waved and Yuri just looked automatically cool. Tsuki chuckled and walked over to them. “Hi!” she chorused as she met up with them at the gate. Sammy bounced over and hugged her, “HI TSU!!!!!!” she yelled with hyperness lacing every syllable. Yuri nodded and said, “Hn…” It was a sort of cover for when she was in public…it pretty much meant, whatever in Yuri language. Tsuki sighed, “What are you guys waiting here for??” Sammy grinned, “We wanted to talk to you before you got picked up!” Tsuki nodded, “Okay…what do you need to talk to me about??” Yuri muttered, “We wanted to know if you’d like to go to the mall with us tomorrow, I need to get more lethal weapons, and Sammy just wants to be a girl.” Sammy glared, “There’s nothing wrong with being a girl, if you dressed in girl clothes, you’d have guys asking you out left and right Yuri!!!” Yuri rolled her eyes, “I don’t want anyone to ask me out…it’s better that way…no heart breaks!” Tsuki was lost in the middle of their argument, “Uh…sure…” she replied in an exasperated voice. Sammy grinned, “GREAT!!!” she yelled as she pumped her fist into the air. Yuri rolled her eyes and pushed off from the wall, “See ya…I have things to do and people to torture!” Tsuki waved goodbye as her mother pulled up to the school. Sammy and Yuri set off down the road.
Tsuki climbed in her mother’s car and smiled as her mother began the usual first day questions.
Chapter 3
The next day arrived quickly, and Tsuki was awakened early by her mother to get ready for school. Tsuki informed her mother with great excitement that she was going to the mall with her friends after school. Her mother smiled, “I’m so glad you have friends, be home by 9:30 okay?” Tsuki nodded and got into her school uniform, also packing an extra pair of play clothes. Her mother left to cook breakfast and to get ready for work, while Tsuki readied her school bag. She slid down the stairs and took a piece of toast, before dashing out the door and down the road.
Tsuki gripped her school bag as she walked down the road towards the school. She looked around, seeing many kids walking to school, and some being driven. Tsuki sighed and entered the school gates, searching for her two friends. Nothing unusual was taking place, everyone was conversing amongst their groups and the preps were messing with people they thought were lower than them. Tsuki glared at the preps, but continued on her path to find her friends.
She was sent sailing to the ground as something hit her in the head, “OW!” she muttered while rubbing her head. She turned to look at the person who threw the item. “Watch where you’re throwing that!!!”
The person turned towards her and snickered at her expression. Tsuki glared and threw the item back at the person, nailing them in the head. “Jerk…” she muttered as she walked off. The bell rang and Tsuki retreated to class, hoping to see Sammy and Yuri later.
The first period of the day, and everyone was either whispering about her, or glaring at her. It seems that she had nailed one of the jocks, and now everyone was upset. Nothing could bring Tsuki’s spirit down though. She doodled in her journal while waiting for the class to start. Yuri sank into a chair yesterday and gave Tsuki a high five. “That was awesome, you nailed that jock, I was laughing so hard!” she said with a smirk. Tsuki grinned, “Thanks…he hit me…I wasn’t planning on hurting him, but he was so rude. I guess I lost it…” She sighed afterwards, “Now everyone hates me…great…” Yuri shook her head, “It’s not that big of a deal, and you don’t need them anyway!” Tsuki smiled, “Thanks…my mom said it’s okay for the mall visit!” Sammy walked in and grinned, “YAYERZ!!!!” Tsuki and Yuri sweatdropped, “God, please let me die…” Yuri muttered with an exasperated sigh.
Class started and everyone took their seats, waiting for the teacher to check roll. Whispers filled the classroom as the teacher checked roll. Tsuki blinked and whispered, “Does everyone know about it??” Sammy bit her lip, “Of course, the jock had to blab…Yuri threatened to kill him, but he still told everyone…” Yuri cracked her knuckled, “I’ve been looking for a victim, and I think I’ve found one!” Tsuki scooted a few inches away from Yuri, who was wearing an evil smirk. “When she gets that look on her face, you know somebody is going to suffer utter humiliation…” Sammy muttered with a scared look.
You could almost imagine a light bulb lighting up in Yuri’s mind, because her smirk grew and she gripped the katana hidden somehow under her school uniform. It was beyond everyone how she hid it, and how the teachers didn’t notice it, but that was just her luck. It was also a myth that she had over 30 weapons hidden under there, but many people doubted it. Sammy and Tsuki didn’t put it pass Yuri to bring that many weapons. Yuri tossed and evil glare to the preps, snickering as they flinched and let out girly screams. Tsuki sweatdropped and sunk in her seat, she hoped nobody would end up dead by the end of the day.
Class started once more and everyone turned their focus to the now lecturing teacher. Tsuki once again found her mind wandering, her eyes got heavy and she struggled to stay awake. She buried her head in her arms and was going to fall asleep, if it hadn’t been for the smack of a ruler on her desk.
