Valeria "Wear it tonight" She looked at the box in her arms and back at Alek. She couldn't help but think something was up with him. This had made the third time in the past two months he had made her a new leotard and she new it wasn't by Perin's request. Perin was the one who decided when it was time for any performers o receive new outfits so why did he keep making them for her? Before she could think anymore about it, Alek had grabbed her by the arm raging on how indecent he was and was pulling her from the C&P house. Without even anytime to retort, he had pushed her out the door, said a few random good byes, and slammed the door. "Whatever! You are so annoying!" she shouted at the door in a loud enough tone she was sure Alek could hear. "Meet me outside my tent when you're ready to go see Perin unless you want her to behead us." she said before storming off. She entered her tent and flopped down on her bed. "What is with him lately" she asked herself rhetorically. She looked over to the box had given her, now lying by her side. With a sigh, she sat up and opened it, thinking it couldn't hurt to at least see what he had made her this time. As she pulled the leotard out, she gaped at it. It was a striking cobalt blue decorated in silver and black rime stones. The material felt like satin against her fingers. This had to be one of the nicest leotards she owned. and the most expensive looking at that. How log had it taken him to make this? Placing the leotard back in the box. she shook her head. Alek was one person she knew she would probably never understand and that was probably one of the tings that annoyed her the most about him. The light outside the tent was falling so she knew it was getting close to dusk. She stood, and went to stand outside her tent to wait for Alek so they could go and get their next assassination assignment. She had a feeling Perin was liable to be in a bad mood when she saw them |

Alek "Whatever! You are so annoying!" Alek shuddered. What was that all about? Girls. They were so weird. Here he was, going out of his damned way to make her a pretty present and she had to gall to call him annoying. Like Valeria said, though, whatever. Alek had a job to do, and he better look damn nice for it. He got up from his pitiful corner and, after checking on Charles, drew himself a warm bath. Nearly forty minutes later, Alek emerged from his steaming bathroom dressed in his usual work outfit---black jacket over a dark gray button up shirt, ironed black trousers, and combat boots; his mother's old wristwatch was strapped onto his wrist. He stuffed his black powder revolver into his messenger bag, swung that over his shoulder, grabbed his antique walking cane, and left the room. Hands in pocket, Alek walked towards Valeria's tent. He didn't manage to get very far, however, before he bumped into... something. "I... err... sorry there." He cocked his head. Alek didn't get out very often, but after living with the cirque his entire life, he was relatively sure he knew everyone. No matter. He looked down at his watch. Time to get going. "Well, err, nice to meet you. I must be off now." |

Camille "Camille!" Rickett said, "Are you looking for something? Need anything?" She was startled. "Uh... oh... ummmmm......" she hesitated, "Do you, uh need a new costume?" Then she remembered to whom she was speaking, "Oh, of course you don't, you're not a performer... does anyone you know need one?" This was embarrassing. One person who actually cared what she did, and she was making a fool of herself. Oh, well, she thought Rickett's too nice to judge me on this, anyway. |

Megumi Pleased with her own appearance, Megumi wasn't really looking where she was going. She jumped around and hummed, wondering who would be her victim today. Or victims. She just hoped there will be lots of fun. However, before she could even start singing "Donald Duck's Theme Song", she bumped into something hard. Well, hard and kinda soft. And warm. It took her by surprise, making her fall onto the ground. "Oof!" She looked up. A man. Brown haired and definitely taller than her. She pouted slightly. Then she stood up. As if a small mist was lifting, she realized his eyes were of the most beautiful gray she had ever seen. Actually, she had never imagined gray eyes could be so... so pretty. He cocked his head on the side and apologized rather awkwardly. Cute. Definitely cute. There were still such awkward and cute boys in this world? She smiled and cut him in his way to wherever was his destination with a step on the side. "Well, before I forgive you, you'll have to answer a question." She leaned closer, looking deeply into his eyes as she whispered softly. "Are you an angel?" Then, she grinned and put her hand on his chest She winked. "Not that I'd mind if you're a simple mortal." |

Alek "I... WHAT?!" Alek was confused. Very much so. The girl.. guy... person... fingered his buttons. Honestly, what was it with people today. "Are... are you ok?" he asked, his face blushing deep red. "I..." her hands moved up a bit; his face grew redder. "I... err... what?!" At this point he was getting rather antsy. He flapped his hands up and down and yanked at his bag. "C-can I go? I have an appointment to get to." |

Conrad the Clown Having acquired a new flashy pair of pointed shoes from someone's tent, Conrad strode merrily along. Oh, who was that? The young tailor who'd made his fetching purple suit being molested? How delightful! He really did need to get laid. Say, didn't he look like he was heading towards one of the acrobat's tents- oh, of course. That mission-thing he'd heard about in whispers. Well, honestly, if they wanted to keep secrets around him, they really ought to stop meeting behind closed tent-flaps in dark tents speaking in hushed whispers while everyone else was busy and thus no one around. Security! Think of security! Oh, maybe he really ought to at least find out who they were killing. Maybe he'd go watch, that'd be a real show. He had to ask Piren about that. Live killings, all part of his act. He'd make art until someone dies...and then move on to the next one. |

Megumi Megumi smiled softly, her hands still all over him. Cute, cute, cute. His entire being was screaming cuteness to her, fueling her amusement further. "I think I actually feel a little faint." She put immediately her head on his shoulder, grasping on his bicep as she faked a tumble. "Aren't you an angel? You should..." She moved her lips closely to his ear, blowing against his flushed skin. "Take care of me." She squeezed his arm meaningfully, batting her lashes as she added pitifully, "Or would you leave me like this behind?" She snuggled closer, |

Valeria Valeria stood with her arms crossed in front of her tent. It was already dusk and he still hadn't shown up. "What, is he pissed about me calling him annoying or something?" she asked herself. Deciding it would be useless to wait any longer, she decided it would be best to go and find him. She hadn't been walking for more than 5 minuets when she spotted him. He stood seeming rooted to the spot, his face blood red . A person close to their age playfully messing with the buttons on his shirt. As she got closer, she realized the person seemed to be a girl, for he feature where far too smooth, to soft to be that of a guy's.This was the reason he hadn't shown up? So he could 'play' with some girl? She didn't know why, but the scene made her somewhat angry. She watched on as the girl rested her head on his shoulder as she moved her hands seductively about his body, as if testing the waters. Then as she the girl moved her face close to Alek's, Valeria decided it was time to interrupt his 'fun'. "Oh, so this is what you were up to. No wonder you were hadn't shown up. Looks like you were late entertaining your fangirl. Is that why you were so eager to push me from the C&P house? Late for your little 'playdate'?" she asked clearly miffed. |

Conrad the Clown Oh, this was just boring. A lover's spat? Conrad groaned and sat down on a box of props. Well, anything could happen. Maybe the acrobat girl, or Batsy as he liked to call her, would get pissed and stab someone with that delightful blade she kept concealed in her sleeve. |

Alek She appeared out of no where, it seemed. And she was mad. But at this point Alek couldn't bother to care. His harasser was getting more and more bold with every passing moment. He turned to Valeria and whimpered, "Help me." |
