Do any of you enjoy working out at all? If so, what type of workout activities do you do and when do you do them?

I would not say that I enjoy working out but I do what I have to. :lol: I usually choose to run, swim, or bike. I have an aversion to structured exercise programs lol.

See I like running and cycling a lot. I also like lower body workouts with machines. I do a lot of P90X and INSANITY video stuff as well. I don't have a 6-pack, but I am pretty strong, that is all that matters to me :) Yoga, tried it once and thought I broke bones... haha... not for me!

Wow I use P90X sometimes! (when I'm feeling brave :lol:) I've never tried Insanity before, but I've heard of it. And yeah, yoga isn't as easy as it sounds. :lol2:

I enjoy working out :) usually do it to de-stress aswell as shape up :) usually I jump on my exercise bike with my favourite music on my ipod for 30 mins a day.
