I dont go up any ladders Mollie, the room isnt very high so a chair is enough, in fact 3 chairs and just walk from one to another, any way I have finished now, done mi ceiling in a white silk emulsion, and the walls in magnolia silk emulsion, all this just because I decided to get a new bedroom carpet, still job will be complete when they come to fit the carpet on Monday, so hers the next 3 hits, and then I am off to get mi sphag bol ont stove this was the 33rd number 1 for 4 weeks from the 24 th May 1955 34th for 3 weeks from June 21st this was number 1 for 2 weeks from july 12th 1955, I used to like her voice. reminds me of Brenda Lee later on. tea time is a calling may be on later if I can get this paint off mi yed.  Edited by aitch, Feb 6 2011, 12:06 PM.

I have a Slim Whitman LP as well Mollie, still here's today's batch and is this the start of the rock and roll era. 3 weeks from the 22nd Nov 1955 then just to remind people what time of year this is about, for 3 weeks from the 13th of dec the 40th number 1 and then this was 1 of my favourite records enjoy these Mollie, it seems that there is only me and you enjoying these, not seen many other comments, still as long as we are being a bit nostalgic, why worry. |
