Aw, thanks for the Paul Anka one. We used to do a medley of Paul Anka's Diana, and Neil Sedaka's Oh Carol as they were the same beat and same key, so we started off with Diana, and finished the song with Oh Carol. :E |

here's the 3 for today, the first one for Buddy Holly, Oct 29th 1957 for 3 weeks on the top spot and then coming up to Christmas was this one by Harry Belafonte, 7 weeks from the 19th of November the third for today featured this mon, Jan 7th 1958, 2 weeks, rock starting to warm up enjoy Edited by aitch, Feb 14 2011, 03:44 PM.

gather round my friends, here is the selection for today, featuring th 67th, 68th and number 69, after the first one they quieten down a bit, so here's the first, Elvis with this top of the British charts from Jan 21st 1958 for 3 weeks next a bit of a ballad from this Mon, Feb 11th for 2 weeks this from the 25th feb 1958 for the grand total of 8 weeks, the records we used to like in the late 50s altogether now ooh enjoy the nostalgia, I am, some of these Ive not heard for years. :thumbs: :angel: Edited by aitch, Feb 16 2011, 04:18 PM.
