This coming week is a school holiday here as well. Its what we call "sports break." Parents usually take their kids to the north of the country to ski and do othe winter sports. A lot of them arent very happy with the weather either. Its been -40C(!) up ther for a couple of nights, and thats without the windchill factor being calculated in. With the 15m/s windspeeds they have been having, that knocks the temperature down quite a bit. |

It's basically a family day out that 'takes you back in time' then through different time zones and tells kids about how the world was formed and works - there is a great 4D show, a 'real glacier' tropical rainforest area etc. http://www.dynamicearth.co.uk/ |

Now that is truly amazing. That's definitely the sort of place I'd love to go to, but it's a bit far to travel. Hope you have a fantastic time. Are you allowed to take photos? If so, I'd love to see some. |
