Nope, me can't float either! It was a bit of bugger when I did summat daft and I went head down into the water, but somebody grabbed me ankle and brought me up again! I wasn't scared though.  I swear this is true. You go to the pool on Sunday Pam and try swimming as I'm sure it will be helpful to your hip and knee. Let us know how you get on. :) |

My nan has had two knee replacements, she goes to aqua aerobics every week and she said though it was painful at the beginning she was glad she took to it as she was enjoying it, getting exercise without damaging it more and overall it helped a little bit. Hopefully it will also help you Pam :) |

This is true I swear just before my Old man died some smart Alec in the pub told him to spray WD40 on his leg and arm joints as it was a sure pain relieve and cure for Arthritis. The old man asked the wife to get him a large tin of WD40 Not knowing what he intended to do she bought him one. He sprayed himself jumped into bed and slide accross the blankets and nearly ended up going through the window. The wife and my sister who heard the bang from downstairs rushed up the stairs but could not pick him up he was to slippery. My wife did the washing and said it looked like a north Sea Oil slick in the washing machine after she had done his bedding. Another time he phoned my brother to ask had he a small file When my brother took him one up he filed down his false teeth said they were hurting his gums after 50 years or so. True all true I swear. |
