Yes, that is right, yet again i have managed to do myself an injury. Last night i was at netball practice. All was going well. Had a little 3 vs 4 game. 3 youngsters against 4 oldies (their words, not mine lol)...Anyway...we won! (Wooooooo) Basically, i had to jump into the air to catch the ball as it was thrown to hard and the opposition would have caught it...As i jumped, i twisted round and came back down with an almighty crash, landing awkwardly on my left leg. It honestly didn't hurt much, but swelled and bruised almost instantly. Carried on playing for a further hour afterwards. Woke up this morning, got out of bed and now i cannot walk on it properly. Warr'am i gonna do with myself eh?! |

Don't worry Mollie, everyone's been taking the mick today. I have really weak bones, so being clumsy is a real crappy attribute. Lol. I think i have just done something to the muscle this time though, so should hopefully be less painful in a couple of days. |

Seriously, I'm very sorry for what I said. I'd no idea you had weak bones, lass. I hope you take calcium for that to strengthen them. If that be the case, then it will be painful, but muscle injury can be very painful as well. Take care missus! |

Hope your ok Jody, you should get it x rayed though to be on the safe side, even if you don't think its broken. I've fractured my ankle before but could still walk cause it wasn't agonizing, but once it was x rayed they confirmed there was a small fracture. Done it on a fairground ride and didn't notice till the next day, anyways hope the pain subsides soon :) |

I'm really not worried about it to be honest. I always get problems with my left leg as i fractured it a few years back and when i had an xray, they didn't pick it up, so was walking around (well hobbling for a while lol) with a fractured ankle and it wasn't picked up until i cracked the bone last year slamming a half tonne walk in freezer door on it lol. |
