When you have finished work and its been a hard day, how do you like to unwind? Me, I like to go into my room, I call it my room as its my computer room and it has a great leather suite in it with a fantastic sound system, I love to play my CD's lie on my suite and drink my whiskey and maybe read my book! How do you unwind? :D |

I've always found it difficult to relax however, having said that, the pills I'm on now make me slow down. I also have a secondary sitting room in my house which is being styled in a Native American theme but, with the depressing winter months, I've not quite got round to finishing it off yet. When I do though, that's where I'll take time away from the computer and put my music on and, at long last, read a book again for the first time in a long time. |

I have a little dog who I take out for only short walks as she is old now. so its telly and a glass or two for me in the evening. |

I once took the advice from someone to get some aromatherapy bath stuff, put candles around the bathroom and light off, have some gentle soothing music playing, and a glass of wine. I followed this advice and did exactly that, even though I'm a shower person, rather than have baffy-poos. Anyway, I was so enjoying it and I was beginning to relax when, all of a sudden, I was frikkened to deeth when a big black face appeared over the edge of the bath! :O My cat Joe had decided to come and see what mummy was up to. He thought it was so fascinating that he jumped into the bath with me! That was me done and he was off like a shot!!   |
