I must confess I've never liked ginger beer. Don't know what it is about it, but I don't like it. There again, I don't mind a nice glass of bitter occasionally, which you probably wouldn't like. Not had any beer for a long time now though. |

He's turning this topic into a Soap now. Wiv gor'a place for that! :E :E The nicest drink in all honestly that I can say I've ever had was Warsteiner Pils when I lived in Germany. Contrary to popular belief, the Germans drink beer, not lager, and Pils comes in licht (light) beer which looks like lager, or dunkel (dark) beer which looks like Guiness but tastes nothing like it. I've seen it in bottles over here, but I've never tried it. It's mighty powerful though. :D |

My dad bought me a Guiness when I was having my daughter. Said it was full of Iron. Took one taste, it was awful. |

I used to drink Pils bottle lager One day we went to red hills just outside of Castleford and in the club they sold Pils on draught. Very strong stuff I ended up fetching a couple sheep home with me. Lovely looking lassies until I sobered up. and i spotted a ugly one with a Castleford rugby shirt on. Last part is not true it was the wife who gave me a ultimatum the sheep or her. I wonder to this day what happened to the first wife   |

I, tonight have been on chauffeur duty, picking my daughter and hubby up from Little Lever, for which they bought me a nice bottle of a delicious red wine which I have now consumed, (on my own I hasten to add, sobbing ) Now I am just seeing how many of my friends on here are still sober, I dont include myself amongst them, but I will sleep, mayhaps not the sleep of the just, but almost, so again my friends Nytol and ahl sithee  |
