All we, the consumer can do Pam, is keep changing suppliers. I know it's a pain in the posterior, but it's the only thing we can do to get back at them. Without going off-topic, I also pay the same water rates living alone, as a family living in the same street. For example, across the road from me, in an identical three-bedroomed house, they have about three adults and three children living there. It stands to reason that I don't use the same amount of water as them. Toilets flushing, washing machine, washing up, showers/baths etc. Six of them, and I pay the same on my own. It can't be right at all. :sadno: |
