It's reported that a work out on a Wii Fit, is much better than a walk or run. This is because you have to use the brain at the same time. I tried the Wii Fit last year, Lasted about two weeks. I found it boring and had no insentive to carry on with it. :) A good long walk with the dog was better. I used to like running many years back. Started doing some bike riding. Till I fell off, and ended up with a very bruised bottom. :snicker: |

i have the Wii fit, i think it is good for keeping track of your weight, in a morning it takes about 10 minutes to do a body test, it tells you your bmi, weight and your wii fit age, other than that i rarely use it, as like you say the games get a bit boring after a while, i have another game on the wii called your shape it has a camera that comes with it so you can see where you are going wrong or if you are doing it right. the game tells you what to do for each exercise and through the camera tells you if you are doing it wrong, i agree though going out for a walk or a cycle is alot better exercise, it is also more sociable as well Edited by Amy, Jan 18 2012, 03:37 PM.

I don't play the games Amy. Leave that to the Grandkids. :snicker: You are right. It's more sociable going for a walk, Though you need to wrap up warm at the moment. /cold |
