11th Declan can't get hold of Katie and is unsure of where she is. Soon afterwards, Andy visits Declan to collect some of Katie's things as she is staying with him. In the shop, Kerry complains to Megan about how much attention Katie is getting from Andy, gossiping about how close they are. Megan gets home and tells Declan to apologise to Katie, but is gobsmacked to hear that he thinks their marriage is over. At the same time, Katie wants to see Gennie, as she is planning on leaving the village for a while. Gennie reluctantly lets her in and thaws towards her when Katie apologises for the christening. Katie tells Gennie that she is leaving Declan. Not long afterwards, Katie is packed and ready to go when Declan arrives, wanting to know how long she's going for. Katie explains that she needs space. Declan then leaves, telling her that he's done. Later, a drunken Declan looms over Andy. Megan tries to intervene, but Declan means business. Andy moves away but Declan takes a violent swing at him. Andy chins Declan back, knocking him to the floor. As Andy drags a defensive Kerry away from Declan, Megan sees the extent of Declan's hurt over Katie. Meanwhile, a rattled Bernice tries to sort out the float as Gabby asks her about money for her school trip. Ashley is short with Gabby - he doesn't have the money and she maybe doesn't deserve to go anyway. Ashley tells Bernice that he can't afford Gabby's school trip and no-one sees Gabby swiftly pocket £40 from the till. Later, Laurel is with Gabby and finds the money in her pocket, but Gabby lies that Bernice gave it to her. Laurel is unimpressed, knowing that she'll have to confront Bernice over it. Elsewhere, Dom is not impressed with Debbie's modus operandi as she has got a new contract and has hired Robbie who will work for peanuts, while Amelia asks Rachel if Sam is her boyfriend as Ali gives her sister a knowing look 12th Gabby secretly sneaks half a bottle of vodka from the pub on the way to school. Soon afterwards, Chas works out that Gabby has taken money from the pub till and tells Laurel, Ashley, Bernice and Steve. They all bicker as Ashley takes a call from the school, saying that Gabby and her friends have been caught drinking. In the head teacher's office, Ashley is mortified to discover that Gabby brought in the bottle, and Bernice blames Laurel and Ashley's split for her behaviour. Miss Davies suggests that Gabby needs some control and needs to feel part of decision-making, and Laurel agrees. Back in the pub, Gabby apologises to Ashley and he's at a loss when she says that she wants to move back to Mulberry with Bernice, but also wants to live with him too. Laurel is hurt when Bernice says that Gabby will have to move in with her. They're all shocked when Ashley explains that Gabby wants him to move in too. Bernice suggests they could try Ashley living at Mulberry with her and Steve, but both Laurel and Ashley think it's a mad idea. Meanwhile, Lisa is concerned about how much time Sam is spending with Rachel, and she worries that Samson is being palmed off. At the factory, Ali feels unsettled when Lisa suggests that Rachel is taking advantage of Sam. Ali thinks Rachel and Sam are like brother and sister, but is thoughtful when Lizzie suggests that men and women cannot just be friends. Ali later suggests to Rachel that she should she cool things off with Sam as he maybe wants to be more than friends, but she's shocked when Rachel admits that she has feelings for him too. Elsewhere, Priya is happy when David suggests that she should move in, and she is keen to get her things straight away. Pollard warns David that Alicia and Jacob are returning tonight, suggesting that David should tell Jacob about Priya moving in. Later, on their first cosy night in together, Priya storms upstairs when David suggests delaying mentioning a divorce to Alicia. Also today, Andy feels sorry for Declan and makes peace with him, while Charity has a business proposal for Declan and won't take no for an answer. 13th Priya softens towards David when he gives her an engagement ring, but he is embarrassed when it's too big. Soon afterwards, David is cornered when Priya explains that Georgia has found a wedding venue but they must see it now. Up at Home Farm, Alicia discovers that her wedding appointment is actually with David and Priya. Nicola suggests that Alicia should show she is not beaten and prove she can do the job. As an awkward David gets dragged into Home Farm, he think it's a bad idea to have the wedding there. Alicia enters their meeting bold, efficient and determined to do a great job for them. As she goes through the wedding information, neither Alicia nor Priya back down, both insisting they're okay with the wedding arrangements. Alicia agrees to start her own divorce proceedings with David, while David realises the full reality of it all. Meanwhile, Marlon assures Laurel that Ashley won't move in with Bernice and Steve just because it's what Gabby wants. Over at The Woolpack, however, Bernice is considering the idea of Ashley moving in and wants to call Laurel over for a meeting. In the café, Bernice and Laurel's discussion about Gabby becomes fraught and Laurel is shocked when Ashley agrees to move in with them. Later, Laurel is afraid that she has lost Gabby for good, worrying to Marlon that she doesn't mean anything to the youngster anymore. At Mulberry, Ashley is grateful to Steve when he agrees that Gabby should be punished for her behaviour. But it's clear that the new living arrangements are going to be awkward. Elsewhere, speculation over Sam and Rachel having a potential relationship starts getting in the way of their friendship 14th Hour-long episode Priya thinks Alicia shouldn't be organising the wedding, and David covers his sadness over their impending divorce. When David sees that Jacob has lost Val's dog Cheryl, he feels shunned when the youngster won't let him help look for it. Later, David calls Jacob with the good news that he's found the dog and is pleased when Jacob seems to thaw towards him. Over at the shop, Alicia arrives with a surprise announcement for Priya - she will get an annulment so they can speed up their wedding plans, and soon David is railroaded into agreeing to set a date for the wedding. David and Priya later try to get a table at the B&B, but it's too busy. Jacob offers for them to join him and Alicia at theirs, and soon Priya and Alicia are talking competitively about weddings. Meanwhile, Samson and Amelia secretly hide a Valentine card in Archie's pushchair for Rachel. She is thrilled when she finds the card, believing that it's from Sam. Later, Rachel makes an effort when she glams up and heads to the Dingles' to see Sam. She tries to talk to Sam about the card, but there is confusion as he doesn't know what she is talking about. Thinking Sam needs some coaxing, Rachel hands him the card - just as Ruby and Ali arrive, wanting to spare any embarrassment after learning of the mix-up. Ali tries to snatch the card from Sam, but it suddenly clicks for Rachel, who rushes out mortified. Back home, Ali tries to talk to Rachel, but she feels that she has humiliated herself with Sam. At the Dingles', Lisa and Zak also talk to Sam about Rachel, trying to encourage him as they can see that he likes her. Sam is scared of him and Samson getting hurt, but he heads out to see Rachel. Rachel dares to hope as she lets him in, but will they manage to confess how they truly feel? Elsewhere, Moira and Chas drink a toast to John. Moira is reluctant when Chas suggests that she should put her make-up on and go out, but Chas is determined. Chas takes Moira to the pub and they see it's going to be an interesting night when a group of rowdy, drunk men enter. Cain gets wound up when Moira speaks to one of them and glares as she flirts. Cain tries his best to back off when Chas reminds him of John's anniversary, but he can't resist interrupting Moira as she chats to a guy called Neil. Later, Cain goes to see Moira, but retreats when he sees Zak there with flowers. Also today, Ashley confronts Steve for rewarding Gabby's bad behaviour but Steve thinks he is overreacting, Andy is frustrated when Debbie declares that she doesn't trust Kerry and therefore won't leave Sarah and Jack with her, Nicola wants to send Thomas home but he overhears and begs to stay, while Belle gets a Valentine's card. 15th Moira receives flowers from Holly and Hannah on the anniversary of John's death, as Adam disapproves about what she got up to last night. Chas apologises to Moira about Cain, but sees the damage he has caused. Later at the garage, Chas confronts Cain about upsetting Moira. However, Cain hasn't forgiven Chas for the Debbie situation and she is shocked at the depth of hatred he still has for her. In the Woolpack, Cain insults Bob and they argue, with Zak having to intervene. Chas tells Cain that he can't take it out on everyone just because Moira is sick of him. Chas fronts up to Cain, telling him they need to have a chat. Cain is forced to go outside to talk to her, which alarms both Cameron and Zak. Will Chas get Cain to see sense, or is she putting herself in danger? Meanwhile, Belle discovers that Sean sent her the Valentine's card, not Thomas. However, she is mortified when Sean then tries to cover his embarrassment by ridiculing her in front of Gemma. Belle is excited when Gemma suggests they should give her a makeover, as she's worried that Thomas won't ever fancy her. Belle glams up and Gemma takes suggestive photos of her on her phone. Later at the bus stop, Sean can't hide his attraction to the new glammed-up Belle. Gemma suggests they could hang out and he should get Thomas out. Knowing he's being used, Sean is torn, but he wants to spend time with Belle. Thomas arrives, but will he notice Belle's new look? Elsewhere, Debbie is shocked by Belle's new attitude, Rachel tries to clear the air with Sam and is heartbroken to have lost her chance with him, Debbie continues to snub Kerry, Sandy is sick of being treated like a child and Ruby is concerned at how low he is, while Laurel feels stung as Gabby is obviously happier now she's with Bernice. |
