The falls in Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis completely froze as it's been about -12 F (-24 C) over the last few weeks. Perfect photography weather, right? I thought you'd enjoy seeing my photos. I can share my film photos once I get them developed.

The frozen Minnehaha Falls are absolutely gorgeous. I need to go back and get some medium format film slides before it thaws out. But at least I got some excellent MF Kodak Portra shots before the SLR mirror started to stick. I don't think it affected the shutter so the photos most likely turned out okay, but I wasn't going to push things. My digital camera that my father was using had a frozen zoom lens. The digital shots turned out pretty well despite the equipment failure. It took about 5 hours for them to warm up in plastic bags to prevent condensation from forming on and inside the cameras.

But this wolf is built for cold (unlike the cameras, lol), and no temperature was going to prevent me from seeing this beautiful sight. The colder it gets, the better the espresso tastes afterwards.

Warm and fluffy, I am. Awooo <3

For the camera nerds amongst us, I'm wearing a Pentax 645N medium format film camera around my neck. It takes shots that are essentially the same size as 15/70 IMAX movie film frames.

Hey I didn't know you're a Minnesotan too. That's cool I never been to the falls during this time of year. Amazing pictures you took there.

Thanks! I didn't know you were a local rabbit. If you'd like to meet for coffee or something, please let me know.

For a moment I thought you would take pictures with the Disney princess Elsa XD
They are very impressive photos, it shows that you are a wolf that moves well in your forest environment. :fox

Beautiful pics! Send some of that winter my way because over here we are lacking for snow and the ski resorts are suffering! :)
