[[I'm so sorry. ;_; I suck. Had like IRL things happening that didn't leave time for RPing, in short: Broke up with boyfriend, got back together, keep fighting with him then making up, and it's driving me insane. >.> But that's why I've been gone. Sooorrrrryyyy!]]

Sage blinked. "I'm fine," she said softly, a broken heart seeping from her tone. She swallowed. "Let's just go on." Before Runt could say another thing, she scurried down the run on surprisingly silent feet, making it impossible to tell when she'd come to the bottom. "Well- it certainly isn't Prince Rainbow's Castle down here, but it's not a total hrakahole," she muttered up towards what she assumed to be an approaching Runt.

Her eyes searched the dark burrow, seeing nothing in the impenetrable darkness, but her senses finding it to be almost like more of a hiding place for a single rabbit, rather than an entire burrow. Disheartened, she slumped back against the side of the burrow and sighed, having expected more. "I can't see you Runt, where'd you go?" she chuckled, mumbling sarcastically, "I wouldn't want to lose you in these great, mysterious caverns."

---

Cayenne held her breath, praying that Rowan would be safe in there. She knew that he could hold his own in a fight, but the idea of losing such an important asset to the entire groups survival was almost unthinkable. She looked for Fireweed, who stared stonily back at her, before shuddering and bracing herself to follow. "Shall it be you next, or I?" she said to Dash, obviously frightened.

Fireweed heaved a sigh, and muttered, "You squeamish piece of hraka, move aside," before slipping in front of Cayenne and under that fence, keeping low and alert for danger. She saw Rowan ahead and crept towards him, her eyes once more large, bright, and innocent. "Do you think it's safe?" she whispered once near enough to him to catch his scent. "No sight or smell of a cat, and the dogs asleep." She smiled sweetly at the buck and whispered, "Just us..."

[[No problem, Speedwell. The real life is always more important than our little RP here. :) ]]

Runt entered the burrow almost right behind Sage. He had to agree with doe's estimation of this place. "Well... This is still some improvement of our situation. Instead of being cramped in one small burrow, we will be cramped in two," he said sarcastically, resting beside Sage. Although this hole wasn't much, it would still provide some protection from bad weather or predators. What is more, they could always enlarge it, so it could better suit their needs, though Runt hoped he wouldn't have to help with the hard work, if they decide to dig a warren.

He started to think about the group, which was looking for fleyrah at the moment. He was worrying about them a bit, well... one of them anyway. He didn't know the rest well enough to care for them. "I hope others won't overstay their welcome on the farm or they'll get into trouble," he muttered.

---

"Well... It looks like she wants to be next," Dash said, as Fireweed slipped under the fence. He could notice that Cayenne was scared. To be honest he was nervous too, as he remembered his only raid on farm (before this one) and his encounter with cat. Nevertheless, he followed Fireweed, trying to move quietly and without attracting attention of the dog. The next one who went into the hole was Arvens, who didn't show any hints of fear or hesitation. It was clear this wasn't his first time raiding a farm.

Gooseberry chewed listlessly at the fresh flayrah. For any other rabbit it would have been a delicacy, especially with the woodland area nearby that was sure to not provide much grass. For Gooseberry she just ate to stay alive, and anyway she was fast enough to escape if she was to get discovered by one of the farm's nuisances. She paused eating for a moment to shake her fur again. She really hated having to go through that small ditch that was filled with water, but it was the easiest way to get into the garden without having to dig a hole under the long expanse of fence.
Her paws froze combing her ear as she saw quite a large band of rabbits across the garden, coming across to the lettuce patch one by one. She crouched down but doubted that the carrots surrounding her would camouflage her chocolate brown fur or the white pelt that continued to make a distinctive marking on her face. It crept up her muzzle and stopped between her light blue eyes. "Hraka!" They had seen her and despite the foreboding worry whelming up in her she was curious.

(Alright, I did so (: If i'm interrupting anything or missing something important, please let me know, I didn't get to read through the whole Roleplay)

Arrow's dark brown pelt stay hidden in the shadows of the bushes, his hazel eyes set on the delicious flayrah that was protected my a measly fence. "How could humans expect that wire thing to keep out a rabbit. And it's not like the bird-brained dog and cat could be smart enough to catch us either." He cleared his throat, shaking out his sleek fur and began to hop towards the farm.

He suddenly stopped mid-hop, a rare scent wafting up his small nose, rabbit, and not to mention it was extremely fresh. "By Frith..that can't be." Arrow whispered, taking a look around the farm with his skinny body pressed against the grass. "Other rabbits...still here?" He took a look at the ground with his long ears pinned against his head. It's been since the moon was round that Arrow saw another rabbit, let alone a group of them, which he could clearly smell. Maybe it was a gift from Frith, this was his chance to join a Warren again, if this group that he smelled even was one. Arrow had bad luck with warrens, for he luckily missed Efrafa's deadly fate, and HardStone Warren hardly excepted him for his harsh nature.

Arrow cleared his throat again and hopped on, making his way to the tall, battered fence that has clearly been in a few good storms, with it's mangled wire and large holes. The rabbit took a small breath and slipped through one of these small holes, making his way into the patch of flayrah, the smell of carrots, lettuce, turnips, and other delicious morsels making their way into his nose. He noticed another rabbit, a doe, feasting in the lettuce patch, but he paid little mind to her. He was there for food, but now his interest was more if the group of rabbits that had to be close by. Suddenly his eyes caught the movement of many different colored pelts, his ears pinning down at the sight of the group making their way into the patch as well. "For Frith's sake, that's a small group indeed, but they don't look of trouble." Arrow spoke out loud, but not loud enough for anyone else to hear. He stood up on his find feet, pretending to smell the air by sticking his nose high up into the air, giving his position away as much as possible. Foolish, yes, for he didn't know if these were friendly rabbits or enemies, but it might be his only chance to finally have a home again.

Rowan was about to say something to his companions, but then he noticed another rabbit standing in the field. The newcomer was easy to notice, what with him sitting on his hind legs like that. No doubt the dog would have seen that rabbit too, if he wasn’t sleeping. Perfect. That’s exactly what we need right now: someone who doesn’t know when it’s good to keep a low profile, Rowan thought angrily.

“Start digging out flayrah and carry it beyond the fence. I’m going to talk with that rabbit,” he said quietly to his friends.

“Don’t you want anybody else to come with you?” Dash asked.

“One is enough. We don’t want to scare him into doing something more stupid than standing upright in the middle of field.”

Rowan moved quickly, but without making much noise. He saw one more rabbit sitting amongst carrots. Rowan hoped that dog will stay asleep, because otherwise he would have many targets to chase after. Dark-brown rabbit approached the newcomer and whispered sternly only two words:

“Lie down.”

Making this other rabbit less visible for the dog was bigger priority for Rowan than being polite.

Arrow moved his gaze to the dark brown rabbit, twitching his crooked whiskers with a half-smirk, as if he was delighted by the buck's snappy tone. "I see you're great with introductions, but if you're in such a rush.." The buck pressed his stomach against the ground, delicious flayrah tauntingly staring him straight in the face.

"What are you so scared of, that big ol' dog? Hah! That fat thing isn't even smart enough to wake himself up." Arrow scratched his ear with his back foot, paying absolutely no attention to the dangers around him. "Is that a warren you got there? It's not very big, and a lot of them seem scrawny.." He asked, motioning his head towards the bunch of rabbits that were following Rowan.

"Oh, by the way, name's Arrow, past Owsla of Efrafa and Hardstone Warren." Surprisingly, Arrow's tone turned rather serious and aware, his sensitive ears picking up a tiny disturbance on the far side of the fence.

[[I'M SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE ROLEPLAYER GUYS I'M SO SORRY :( Just know that one day I'm going to have a very complicated autobiography about the events that have kept me from being in a position to continue our wonderful roleplay. I'll get right to this...]]

"Efrafa..." Fireweed's eyes widened, her innocent front suddenly dropping as she heard the name of something she thought was long gone in the past. She stepped forward in front of Rowan, truly with his best interest at this time, as though this strange buck would attack at any moment. "Efrafa, he says. If this stranger is whom he says he is... a member of Efrafan Owsla, past or present..." she spat out the warren's name as though it were bitter on her tongue. "Rowan, we ought to have nothing to do with him."

The first thing Cayenne noticed was a rabbit lying low in the field of greens, as though trying not to be noticed by the strikingly non-malevolent looking group of rabbits which had just entered the field. She did not know what to say in response to this, and rather pulled in close beside Dash, trying to look as unafraid as possible.
The thing that Cayenne failed to notice was the twitching eye of the farm dog, indicating the dog's state of balancing on the thread between sleep and wake. It was as though the slightest noise could offset a reaction that would cause a great amount of unfavorable consequences.

----
Sage jerked her head to the side in the direction of Runt's voice, scoffing at his knowing tone. "I'm sure, if anything, that silent one will just spread his head feathers and fly off for help at the first sign of trouble. Though, with a group like that, I'm sure none of them are even in sight of harm..." She turned over on her side, feeling Runt just a couple inches from her face. "Unless, of course, they cross paths with that red one. She looks as though she's got more than a few thistles in her bumhole."

Rowan looked from Arrow to Fireweed. To be honest, he had heard nothing of either Efrafa or Harstone, so he didn't understand doe's apprehension. She clearly knew something about one of these warrens though and if she was wary of this newcomer, then perhaps so should he. Then again, Arrow looked like he would make a fine addition to their not-exactly-a-warren. Rowan was torn between inviting Arrow to join them and telling him to leave. At the end he chose neither.

"We have a work to do here," he said to others. Then he turned to Arrow. "This isn't the place or time to talk. Whatever you might think of this dog, I prefer to take fleyrah and leave this farm as soon as possible." Saying no more, he pulled the nearest carrot out of the ground.

Although Dash was curious of the new rabbits, he was more focused on the dog, who was still sleeping. Dash noticed the twitching eye of the dog. It seemed that this dangerous creature no longer was in a deep sleep and could wake up any moment now. "I think we might be running out of time," brown rabbit whispered to Cayenne.

---

"I see you don't like Fireweed very much," Runt said with a chuckle.

[[I assumed that by "red one" Sage means Fireweed. I hope I didn't misunderstand that phrase. ;) ]]

Cayenne spotted Dash's observation just as he spoke, all of the bravery escaping from her form. "Frith-rah, if that thing wakes, it'll have all the men in the countryside running this way." She could not help but shrink up against Dash now, her femininity getting the best of her. "Let's just... take what we can and get out of here as soon as we can..."

Fireweed eyed the stranger warily as she followed behind Rowan, setting to work at sloppily digging up a head of lettuce. Racking her memory of her life once lived, she could not place this buck's name or face, and it was quite likely they had never met at all... though if he recognized her name and called her out for who she was...
It was here that she noticed that, in her frustration, she had slashed the lettuce to shreds. Stonily, she inched away from the mess in the most discreet manner possible and set to digging up the nearest thing she could.

---

Sage shook her head with a small chuckle, muttering "No, no, I've never spoken with her, really. Or if I have, I wouldn't remember," she sighed longingly, now being able to pick out the cracks and crevices of the tiny burrow they sat in. "But I can't say she strikes me as terribly friendly-- though, neither did you earlier on. Why? She a friend of yours, this Fireweed?"

[[KiddCampion: Assuming that there is some backstory between Efrafa and whatever the name of Fireweed's warren was (not even sure if I've named it xD), feel free to PM me if you want to invent whatever super awesome relationship these two have from the past. :D]]

[Sorry I took so long to reply, I was with my friend for a few days before school. And that sounds like a great idea, Speedwell ^^ ]

Arrow's eyes merely widened at the doe's harsh and sudden words directed to his past. He pressed his ears against his brown fur, looking at Fireweed with a sense on remorse in his hazel eyes. "I'm not proud of what I've done, miss. Every single day when I was Owsla of Efrafa, I dreamed of a happier life. I hope you won't judge me on the past."

He turned to Rowan, giving him a small nod of agreement. The dog was merely minutes away from awakening, and now wasn't the time to get their tails in a bunch in the middle of a field. "Let me help you, it looks like you need all of the flayrah you can carry." Arrow took a look at the dog, it's hateful eyes beginning to show through it's droopy eyelids. "Look - if it wakes up, I'll distract it, so your war- 'group' can escape." Without another word, Arrow quickly began to dig up the carrot that was at his side. Honestly, it was a hard task for him, although so simple. In Efrafa, he never needed to lift a paw, besides putting the slaves in their place.

With one carrot sloppily dug out of it's place. Arrow began to move to the next patch of flayrah, taking a glance at Fireweed along the way. Why was she worked up from him being from Efrafa? Was she once a doe who was forced to work underground, somehow finding a way to escape before the warren's tragic ending? If he somehow was accepted into the small warren, Arrow wanted to answer these questions, and get an answer to who Fireweed really was.
