Correct. Any of these three could've been correct (since they all fit the description) but you chose exactly who I had in mind.

  • Primrose/Hyzenthlay
  • Buttercup/Flyairth
  • Heather/Thethutinnang

And where is it written that Buttercup = Flyairth and Heather = Thethutinnang? In case of Primrose/Hyzenthlay it is common assumption that they are the one and the same person, which is also confirmed by Wikipedia.

What is more, if we treat Hyzenthlay and Primrose as one rabbit, then she DID appear in the movie.

Buttercup = Flyairth and Heather = Thethutinnang is just something that I assumed after reading the books (I had seen the tv series before buying the books), Buttercup just reminded me of Flyairth (her strange behavior) and Heather, just being rebellious like Thethutinnang. As for Hyzenthlay/Primrose, I consider them different characters because of their name and apperance changes. Don't always believe wikipedia, it can be edited by anyone, but since that is something that is accepted by most WSD fans, then that can be an exception to that.

Fair enough. However, it is still only your assumption. It is not officially confirmed anywhere and there is no consensus on this amongst WD fans. Personally, I rather don't treat Hyzenthlay and Primrose as the same person, but at least it is common knowledge that many think they are one rabbit. Therefore, everybody could eventually guess that you might thinking about this pair. That wouldn't happen in other of these three cases.

Alright. There is two options:

1. You treat Hyzenthlay and Primrose as one person - you describe them as character appearing in books and movie and tv-series.

2. You treat them as different characters - you choose one of them. If it is Primrose - you write she is character, who showed up only in tv-series. If it is Hyzenthlay - you say she is a character from books and movie, but not from tv-series.

Anyway... Let's continue this game. I am thinking of a character...

Is the character part of the Watership Down warren?

------

OT: I would not see Hyzenthlay and Primrose as the same character, even though one replaced the other. Its almost like how film Blackberry cannot be considered the same as tv Blackberry...they are different. Film Blackberry had a sense of cleverness that really was not present in tv Blackberry. The clues in the game would be different if you thought of one and not the other. Making broad character comparisons is not recommended for the sake of the game because you will confuse people.
