Too much of a stretch to really be that funny. Maybe if it was just the second part, but in the context of "This list is 'incomplete'" there shouldn't really be a misunderstanding, becoming a serial killer doesn't make the list less incomplete so you wouldn't be "help[ing] by expanding it", in fact it would make it more incomplete.

And the fact that "incomplete" and "expanding it" are links, which would make one assume those phrases would be expanded on if one were to click the link.

Humor is serious business.
