Can someone give me the details on rookies as i can't find them anywhere on the forums...

I need to know what's the deal with rookies. can they play matches while in the rookie list and if not can we promote them and what's the rules of promoting rookies?

the reason is because I wanna see how Lee and Hynes do in some games so I need to know what happens with promoting players.

You have to have a player on the long term injury list, so they must be injured for 8 or more weeks. Then you can promote a rookie

I dont think its necassary that they have to be injured, they just have to be placed on the Long term injury list. You can put a fit player on it but he wont be able to play for 8 weeks.
