Teachers don't really make that much. Many of them need a second job just to get by. |

They make quite a lot over here depending on where they teach and what they teach. |

The teachers here that make the most are Maths / English and similar teachers who work at private and grammar schools. :L |

It depends what school you teach in. If lots of people take art, you'd make more. |

Over here we have something called "no child left behind" and it's destroyed schools. They keep giving students tests and that's hitting the budget hard. The arts and sports have been hit the hardest. |
