Why would any pet be illegal? If people are responsible bird owners than there's no need to have them banned. It's the same for Pitbulls and Savannas. It's the owners responsibility to take care of them.

Endangered species
I understand Endangered Species, but those aren't legal to own to began with. I mane animals that are legal to keep in many states, but banned in others/

Yeah, I can see how that would be a problem. Maybe they should build a preserve for them or something.
