TT&S is a site of Ogier, Channelers, and Warders (hence the name) where members will grow in Wisdom, Power, or skill respectively, according to their Path. Upon reaching the second rank of their Path, any member may join one of the seven Ajahs, allowing all members to be part of two overlapping families. All members of at least second level are also eligible to choose their representatives in the Hall in the event of vacancies - Path Leaders are elected by their Path, and Ajah Heads by their Ajahs, and each member of the Hall has an equal vote on various issues, most of which require a 2/3rds majority to pass.

In our quest to create a community which truly belongs to its members, we've also reexamined other traditions common to White Tower-centered Wheel of Time sites. With regard to Bonding, we have concluded that it is a celebration of deep friendship between two individuals, and that such friendships should not be restricted according to Paths and Ajahs, nor should anyone presume to judge what friendships are and are not worthy of this celebration, or limit them to one or two deep friendships per person - these are not weddings, after all. There is a process which must be observed by those wishing to Bond, to ensure that it is not taken lightly, but applicants who observe this process are not refused their Bond.

TT&S is a site that truly caters to the community and works hard to make all its members owners, rather than simply members. We are very community oriented and are always glad to have new members.
