It had been a few weeks that Nhadnay had been in the towers, and still he found the place most peculiar. By now he at least understood some of the basic things though and he had realised that this had been the place of his dreams; the place where the white peackock and the black lizardthingie flew entwined. He had finally understood that these women were like the Ayyad, but apparently of their culture -he had not even heard the word Ayyad here, as well as quite a few things from his homeland- and since they lived in a white tower, they had been white peackocks.

And the men... the men obviously were... male Ayyad -however strange that concept was, for everyone knew that no man could be born with the powers of the ayyad, - and they were represented by that strange black flying thing that he had always had hangig around him in his dreams... It somehow all made sense.
But that was just about it. he had been trying to understand these strangers for quite a while now, and always seemed to end up doing something wrong. so in the end they had put him on a strikt class to only teach him how to write, both to keep him busy as to actually make him conversate with the others since he still did not speak.

So now he sat down in the library at a small table, a book in front of him and some papers on the other side. He was copying the contents of the book, according to the wind talon that had put him here, it would teach him how to decently form his letters and how to make them fast.
he still wasn't any good at actually writing down things he needed to say or was dictated; it was all so difficult, but he was learning, and some things he already knew... small, typical things.

For a moment Nhadnay just leaned back, stretching away the pain that came into his joints for sitting down like this for hours now, and once more he wondered what it would be if he was 'home' with his mistress now.

Freyja walked to the library, as she often did when she had free time. Today she was going to read about the ter'angreal. She had been always interested in them and was sorry that they didn't know the meaning of most of them. You didn't know what spectacular things you could do with the ones made in the Age of Legends when you didn't even know how they worked. Freyja knew that some sisters dedicated their lives to study the ter'angreal but she had no intention in becoming one of them, but she was still interested and preferred to read instead of risking herself through investigating them.

She wore a brown dress for a change, slashed with yellow. She usually wore only yellow or golden, the colour of her Ajah, but this time she decided to give in. The dress was made of silk and it was rather tight without being uncomfortable. The sleeves and skirts were wide, she liked them that way. There was a little embroidery on the hem, but only little. Her long brown hair hang loose and she often had to sweep them out of her face. Her brown eyes sparkled in her pale smooth Aes Sedai face.

She nodded to the Brown sisters in the library and asked for directions. Usually she didn't need any, she had visited the library so often, but this time she thought it was better to ask than to search for the books herself. She walked following the instructions given to her. She didn't pay attention to her surroundings but something stopped her on her way. A man, sitting on a small table. But not just any man. Freyja had never seen anyone like him. His skin was very dark and he had two tattoos across his face. That wouldn't have been enough to catch Freyja's attention, but there was more. He had silver rings pierced in his neck. Freyja had never seen nothing of the like. The man wore the clothes of a Soldier. Something triggered in her memory, she must have heard from this man before, but she couldn't remember what.

The man turned his gaze of the paper he was writing to and stretched himself. Freyja felt suddenly quite silly just staring at him. The man must have seen him by now. She walked gracefully towards him, keeping her face serene. She looked in to his strikingly green eyes and said in a warm voice: "I haven't seen you here before. I am Freyja Sedai of the Yellow Ajah. What is your name, son?"
