In addition to running in them, I¡¯ve Nike Lunar Cheap UK also found the Free 4.0 Flyknit to be a fantastic casual shoe. I bought a pair in black since I like to have a few conservative looking shoes for casual wear, and I¡¯m typically sockless in them while walking around. They are amazingly comfortable.ConclusionThe Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit is a fantastic shoe, easily one of my favorites so far this year. If you want something with a minimal upper, a flexible sole, and a roomy toebox these should be at the top of your list of options to try. Purchasing Options

Nike Terra Kiger 2The tongue is slightly less padded than that of the Kiger 1, but actually feels better. The heel collar is also less padded and yet feels just ascomfortable. Nike used their regrind material as overlays mainly in the heel area to increase structure. It works well. The Kiger 2 feels much more secure laterally in the upper, and many of the problems I had with the heel being unstable in the Kiger 1 are remedied because of this (and changes to the midsole which I will get to below).Bottom line, the Kiger 2 represents some of the best upper design I¡¯ve seen yet in a shoe, and I¡¯ve tried a lot of shoes. Nike Air Max Classic BW 91 Mens uk The Kiger 2 is at the top of my list.Midsole & Ride Nike Terra Kiger 2

Nike Wildhorse 2 sideI chose the Wildhorse due to consistently positive feedback from trail runners (I was debating between this one and the Terra Kiger 2, but went with the Wildhorse since the Kiger 2 has already been reviewed on Runblogger by David Henry). It was also one of the top five trail shoes chosen by readers in my 2014 trail shoe survey. Combine the high praise with a good deal from Running Warehouse on a closeout color and I was sold. I¡¯m happy to report that the shoe lives up to the hype ¨C I¡¯m loving it!

Conclusion: In summary, the Nike Free Run+ is a great looking, very comfortable shoe that is an excellent choice for someone who runs in traditional trainers and wants to transition to less shoe. For someone who has already made the switch, it can serve a role as a recovery and distance shoe, and my feeling is that the Free Run+ would hold up well as a marathon shoe for more minimalist runners as it provides some protection from late-race form-breakdown (though I would probably recommend the Saucony Kinvara over the Free Run+ as a marathon shoe since it is a bit lighter and has a bit less heel). The Free Run+ will likely see continued use in my rotation, and although it is far from barefoot-like, it fits nicely in the transitional minimalist category.

The fit is one of the areas in which this shoe really shines. I¡¯d compare it to the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit, but a bit more dialed in. The shoe hugs the foot nicely through the midfoot, then opens up into a wide forefoot that allows some room to move. However, the forefoot volume from top to bottom (vertical volume?) is not huge, so the foot feels secure.

The upper mesh is open in the midfoot and forefoot to provide for some Nike Air Max 90 Mens UK Sale air flow. Unlike the new Free 3.0 Flyknit, which I have heard fits fairly tightly, the 4.0 has a traditional tongue, and I think this allows for better customization of fit. I¡¯ve run sockless in the shoes a few times and have had a bit of abrasion on one run near the midfoot/arch (maybe from one of the Flywire bands?), but this has been inconsistent. May have just been a hot day with more sweat leading to chafe. No issues at all while wearing socks (side note ¨C these shoe Nike Air Max 90 Womens UK Outlet s seem to hold a stink when you use them sockless).
