The Lunarglide has rubber in Nike Air Max 2015 pas cher vente all major wear spots, and my pair is not showing any unusual or accelerated breakdown after about 30 miles on roads (note ¨C I do tend to catch rocks in the forefoot grooves, not a big deal though).I haven¡¯t been wowed by this shoe, and on several occasions I¡¯ve almost shelved it, but for some reason I keep coming back to it. I like the soft feel, I love the upper, I love the look. I don¡¯t like the snug midfoot, but I can tolerate it.

Typically not quantified, but another way in which the soles of the two shoes differ is in width. The sole of the 5.0 (bottom image below) is quite a bit broader across both the heel and forefoot.Nike Free 3.0 v5 SoleNike Free 5.0 sole

The Nike Lunarglide 5 has a lot going for it, and I¡¯ve enjoyed running in them (minus the blisters mentioned above), but it wasn¡¯t an ideal match for my stride. I would recommend it as a solid lightweight trainer to people who like a snug midfoot fit, and who like a soft sole with a very cushy heel (maybe those wit Nike Air Max 90 vente h a prominent heel strike). The closest comparison I can come up with among shoes I have run in is the adidas Energy Boost, both in terms of fit and feel. If you like that shoe, the Lunarglide would be a decent alternative.

Nike Free Run+ Review A few last thoughts on running midfoot or forefoot in the Free Run+. It took a lot of work for me to transition to a midfoot striking running stride, and I still lapse from time to time, but I can run midfoot fairly easily in the Nike Free Run+ now that I have become comfortable with the gait (see video below). That being said, as I have mentioned above, I would not choose this shoe as the ideal one to get someone off of their heels. It will help you get a feel for what it is like to run in less shoe, and will help in the process of acclimating to a lower heel lift, but my feeling is that if you really want to work on a midfoot/forefoot running stride, you need a shoe with as little heel as possible.

The upper mesh is open in the midfoot and forefoot to provide for some air flow. Unlike the new Free 3.0 Flyknit, which I have heard fits fairly tightly, the 4.0 has a traditional tongue, and I think this allows for better customization of fit. I¡¯ve run sockless in the shoes a few times and have had a bit of abrasion on one run near the midfoot/arch (maybe from one of the Flywire bands?), but this has been inconsistent. May have just been a hot day with more sweat leading to chafe. No issues at all while wearing socks (sid Nike Air Max Flyknit pas cher vente e note ¨C these shoes seem to hold a stink when you use them sockless).

The remainder of the upper is soft and flexible, and the interior is super comfortable and suitable for sockless wear. The laces are slightly offset to the side, and loop through flywire bands that help to lock the middle of the foot down. The mesh over the forefoot has a bit of give/stretch ¨C very nice.Overall, I¡¯d go so far as to say that the Free 5.0 is the most comfortable shoe I have worn this year Nike Air Max Lunar 90 vente . I¡¯m having a hard time keeping them off my feet!
