Adidas Originals France Soldes Thanks Robert for the engineering perspective as always! A problem with the video is that the human body is not a steel ball as pointed out elsewhere in the comments, and the human body is remarkably good at adjusting in small ways to anything underfoot (changing muscle activation, limb stiffness, etc.). It¡¯s why mechanical testing of shoes can¡¯t always tell you how the shoe will behave when on the human foot. adidas released a promo video today of a ball drop test showing the energy return of BOOST relative to traditional EVA foam. For now that¡¯s all I have ¨C I¡¯ll add more details as I get them. The Hagio is a very firm racing flat, so it¡¯s not going to compress much medially. Probably not enough sole there to even bother with a dual density midsole Adidas Originals Pas Cher . Maybe take a look at the Saucony Fasttwitch? I have no experience with K-Swiss so can¡¯t compare to those. My first thought upon putting the Gazelles on my feet was the they were insanely comfortable. The footbed is glued down (but removable with some effort) and lightly cushioned, and feels great under a bare foot. But, where this shoe really shines is the upper. It¡¯s made of the same stretchy, spandexy (is that a word?) material that composes the entire upper of the Adapt, and is extremely comfortable against the foot (feels kinda like a stretchy sock). There are, however, a number of differences between the uppers of the Gazelle and the Adapt. Obviously, the big difference is that the Gazelle has laces and a more traditional ankle cuff. The laces attach to the adidas stripes on each side, and this combination alone makes this look much more like a running shoe than the Adapt ¨C I really like the look of the Gazelles. If I have one complaint about the shoe, it¡¯s that I can feel the stitching that attaches the stripes to the upper under my arch on one side. I was initially really concerned that this would dig into my ski Adidas Originals Femme France n and either rub it raw or cause a blister. However, it has not been an issue on the run, and it would be fairly easy to remove the offending stitch row without compromising the structure of the shoe. I think this confirms what many others have noted and I¡¯ve found out myself: Boost is a fantastic material, but without thoughtful and supportive design elements it doesn¡¯t create magic just by itself. For me the Ultra Boost road shoe and to a lesser extent the Rave n Boost show that using more Boost is not necessarilyn Boost show that using more Boost is not necessarily better.
