Hey guys. This week was unexpectedly busy with life at home, so now a lot has been done. I was able to get that last big performance boost for the generator done, allowing for the following improvements:
I was also able to fix a few bugs, redo the border system and reactivate it, made the shader class more general and less memory intensive, and improved the chunk loading algorithm. I also got the shifting/loading chunk system up and running again, but it has some major bugs with it still, so it isnt done quite yet. Anyhow, thats all for this week. Hopefully Ill catch a break and be able to do more this week ![]() |
