Sup everyone. A nice bit of progress was made this week. Armatures, bone properties, key frames, and everything else required for animation is now extracted from DirectX files and put into a nice condensed custom format. The loader was reconfigured again to load in all of these properties, and the model class was fiddled with to store all of the new data. I also did a few bug fixes and improved the player class a lot. Now, all the data that animation needs is loaded up into the game, but I am still working on the actual "animating" of the model. Still learning how armatures (bones) work, such as, how their position changes, if it is relative to their parent or the global coordinate system, etc. Shouldn't be long now till I get animation licked. Though, I do have exams this upcoming week, so I don't know how much I will be able to program this week. Anyhow, all for this week
