What is Dungeon Defenders? Dungeon Defenders, is what I would call an action adventure Tower defense. Sounds kind of weird but it's really a great game.

Gameplay: In Dungeon Defenders you control 1 of 4 heroes(without DLC) The Apprentice, The Squire, The Huntress, and the monk. Each one of these characters has their own different set of defenses they can set up(Monks use Auras, Huntress uses traps etc..). Now the neat thing about Dungeon Defenders, is that not only can you set up defenses, but while your defenses are defending the Eternia crystals from the old ones, you yourself, as one of the heroes can run around and kill enemies during the waves of enemies. Each level in your quest has a set number of waves that you must complete to progress further in the game. Initially(without DLC / patches) there were only 12 levels, the first 4 with 1 crystal the next 4 with 2 crystals and the last 4 with 3 crystals. Obviously the more crystals you have to defend the harder the game is. Every 4th level has a Boss, generally they aren't very difficult to deal with but it still requires some extra preparation. It's your job to make sure these crystals do not get destroyed, because if they do then you lose.

I find that the characters control quite nicely, with several different options of camera angles (First person 3rd person bird's eye) It's quite easy to find a game with people online, and very entertaining to do so.

Each Hero has their own special traits I'll go over them in this spoiler right here:
Heroes

Gameplay gets a solid 9/10

Graphics: Although the graphics aren't anything to write home about they aren't bad either. The game looks smoothe and has a cartooney vibe to it, and it fits perfectly with the style of game.

7.5/10

Music: I honestly couldn't really whistle any of the songs off the top of my head, not very memorable, like at all, but not bad.
5/10

Plot: The 4 Legendary heroes have left the castle in etheria on some sort of errand, and have left their children in charge. Being kids, they're bound to mess up some where so they ended up releasing "the old ones" an evil race that had been sealed away by the 4 legendary heroes. The old ones are sealed within the eternia crsytals, and when destroyed will release even more of the old ones, so it is up to our new heroes to make sure that the old ones don't destroy any of the eternia crystals! You work your way through the bottom of the castle all the way to the roof top protecting all of the eterna crystals.

Cheesy plot but it fits well 8/10

Replayability: Considering Ive already clocked over 240 hours on this game Ill let that speak for itself. The game is extremely addicting and has so much to offer.
10/10

Multiplayer: Now I will add this section because Multiplayer is once of the best things about this game, You can play with up to 4 different people (Without DLC), and having one of everyone can really make the game go by much more easily and with a lot more fun. The way they incorporated multiplayer into this game was just brilliant it really enhances the game.
9.5/10

Overall:
This is my most played game on steam, and I am seriously glad for getting it, it's so much fun and I would highly recommend this game to anyone with half a brain, very easy to get into and HOURS of fun can be had. 8.2/10

It goes on sale quite often... And even if it doesn't $15 is a totally fair price to pay for this game.

I would recommend getting a job. I mean $15 is less than buying food twice at Mcdonalds.

What kind of expensive-ass food do you get at McDonalds, Odin? Or is everything 5 times as expensive for you, seeing as you're Canadian and all?
